No full textIn the world, thousands of people have consumed millions of liters of water and milk in Tetra Pack containers, which has been a very important development for humanity, as it helps to protect the nutritional value such as the taste of the product that they contain. in this research, the most important elements of the Tetra Pack packaging were highlighted in order to give the reader a better understanding of the subject. The research was done through the university´s virtual library book and on web pages. It has been shown that this type of material has been of great industry and it is important to know its correct disposal so as not to generate a negative impact on nature.

No full textTato práce se zaměřuje na intenci autora a intenci čtenáře v současných teoriích interpretace, konkrétně v mimetické teorii interpretace a teorii fikčních světů. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, co je v těchto konkrétních teoriích důležitější pro určení významu díla, tj. vzájemný vztah mezi intencí autora a čtenáře, respektive jejich možnou hierarchii. Výsledné poznatky jsou pak využity v analýze konkrétního díla, kterým je drama R.U.R. od Karla Čapka.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the intention of the author and the intention of the reader in contemporary theories of interpretation, specifically in mimetic theory of interpretation and the theory of fictional worlds. The aim of the thesis is to explore what is more important in these particular theories for determining the meaning of the work, i.e. the mutual relationship between the intention of the author and the reader, respectively their possible hierarchy. The resulting knowledge is then used in the analysis of the specific work, which is the drama R.U.R. by Karel Čapek

Neotrusteeship as an approach to dealing with fragile states
No full textThe thesis deals with the analysis of the use of neotrusteeship in Kosovo and East Timor. The thesis is divided into four chapters, and in the theoretical part the author situates the concept of neorusteeship in international relations theories and defines it, as well as the author higlights its positive and negative aspects. In the empirical part, the thesis then analyses the application of this approach in Kosovo and East Timor, including the involvement of key actors and mechanisms. Subsequently, in the last chapter, the author then compares the use of neotrusteeship in three key areas: institution building, security provision and economic recovery. These three areas identified helped the author to answer the tentative research question and fulfil the aim of the thesis. The conclusions of the thesis then highlight the differences and similarities in the approach of applying neotrusteeship in Kosovo and East Timor.Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou použití novoporučenství v Kosovu a Východním Timoru. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, přičemž v teoretické části autorka zasazuje koncept novoporučenství do teorií mezinárodních vztahů a vymezuje jeho definici, stejně tak jako jeho pozitivní a negativní aspekty. V empirické části pak práce analyzuje použití tohoto přístupu v Kosovu a Východním Timoru, včetně zapojení klíčových aktérů a mechanismů. Následně pak autorka v poslední kapitole s ohledem na získané poznatky komparuje použití novoporučenství, a to ve třech klíčových oblastech: budování orgánů, zajišťování bezpečnosti a ekonomické obnovy. Tyto tři vytyčené oblasti autorce pomohly k zodpovězení stanové výzkumné otázky a naplnění cíle práce. Závěry práce pak poukazují na rozdíly a podobnosti v přístupu aplikace novoporučenství v Kosovu a Východním Timoru
Bleisure - A Phenomenon of Generation Y in the Czech Republic
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá takzvaným trendem „bleisure“ a jeho rozšířením mezi pracovníky generace Y v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům a vývoji v oblasti pracovních cest a volnočasového cestovního ruchu a je také důležitým podkladem pro pochopení změn, které s sebou generace Y přináší. V praktické části je pak pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního průzkumu zkoumán postoj pracovníků generace Y k trendu „bleisure“ a jejich preference při pracovních cestách a jejich případném prodlužování. Zjištěná fakta jsou pak konfrontována s nabídkou tří vybraných hotelových zařízení, kterým jsou posléze na základě tohoto porovnání doporučena zlepšení, která by mohla zatraktivnit jejich nabídku pro „bleisure“ klientelu.This master’s thesis focuses on the so-called "bleisure" trend and its expansion among workers of generation Y in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts and developments in the field of business trips and leisure tourism and is also an important basis for understanding the changes brought by the generation Y. In the practical part of the thesis, the attitude of Y generation workers to the "bleisure" trend and their preferences for business trips and their possible extension are examined through the quantitative and qualitative survey. The facts found are then confronted with the offer of three selected hotel facilities. Based on this comparison, some improvements which could make their business offer more attractive to the „bleisure“ clients are then recommended

No full textBakalářská práce se věnuje vlivu sociálních sítí na turismus s ohledem na generaci Y. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části byla provedena rešerše české literatury k tématům souvisejícím s prací, a to definicí turismu, marketingu v turismu, generaci Y a následně metod vhodných k analýze vybraného subjektu. V praktické části práce pak byla provedena analýza jak vnějšího prostředí vybraného střediska, tak také vybraných konkurentů a jejich aktivit na sociálních sítích. Tyto analýzy pak sloužili jako podklad pro návrh strategie na sociálních sítích střediska Lísek ČR.This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of social media on tourism with regard to Generation Y. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, a search of the Czech literature on the topics related to the thesis was conducted, namely the definition of tourism, marketing in tourism, Generation Y and then the methods suitable for the analysis of the selected subject. In the practical part of the thesis, the analysis of the external environment of the selected resort as well as the selected competitors and their activities on social networks was carried out. These analyses then served as a basis for the design of the social media strategy of the Lísky ČR resort

No full textCílem této diplomové práce je ocenění podniku Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s., a to tržní hodnotou k datu 1. 1. 2018. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoreticko-metodologické a praktické. V první části autor popisuje postup, který je následně použit pro ocenění podniku. V druhé části probíhá strategická a finanční analýza podniku Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. Následně je komplexně vyhodnocena finanční stránka podniku a dochází k prognóze finančních výkazů na období 5 let. Finanční plán je pak dále využit pro ocenění podniku zvolenou výnosovou metodou DCF Entity. Výsledná hodnota je dále porovnána s tržní metodou a úplným závěrem práce je zhodnocení reálnosti výsledné hodnoty podniku pomocí simulace Monte Carlo. Podnik Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. je k 1. 1. 2018 oceněn tržní hodnotou na 782 000 000 Kč.The aim of this Master’s thesis is business valuation of Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. with the market value to the date of 1. 1. 2018. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretically-methodological and practical. In the first part the author describes the process, which is afterwards used for the company valuation. In the second part the strategic analysis and financial analysis of Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. is executed. Consequently, the financial view of company is evaluated in detail and the future financial sheets are forecasted for the next 5 years. Financial plan is then used for business valuation with selected yield-basis valuation method the DCF Entity. Final value is then compared to market method value and concluding the thesis is the simulation Monte Carlo uncovers the accuracy of estimated market value. The company Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. is evaluated with market value as of 1. 1. 2018 on 782 000 000 CZK
