Penggunaan Kata Roh Sang Hyang Pengardi Sebagai Terjemahan Kata Roh Kudus Dalam Alkitab Bahasa Bali
In the process of translating the word Holy Spirit into the Balinese Bible, there are differences in concepts with the understanding of balinese people in general. Therefore it is necessary to put forward the proper concept of the Holy Spirit in accordance with the correct meaning as the concept of the Bible itself. Thus the author conducted research on the meaning of the word about the Holy Spirit that can be used in the context of the Balinese language so that the meaning in question is actually understood as intended by the Bible itself, so that the translation of the Bible into Balinese does not deviate from the original meaning. The research approach that the authors use is qualitative research. After conducting the analysis, the author found the word Roh Sang Pengardi as a relevant word for the word Holy Spirit. The word Roh Sang Pengardi can actually provide an understanding that is more in accordance with the concept of the Bible. The word describes the creator person, of which the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity who is the creator of the universe. AbstrakDalam proses penerjemahan kata Roh Kudus ke Alkitab bahasa Bali, terdapat perbedaan konsep dengan pemahaman masyarakat Bali pada umumnya. Opportunistic detection of Fusobacterium nucleatum as a marker for the early gut microbial dysbiosis
BackgroundThe essential roles of gut microbiome have been emphasized in modulating human health and disease. Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum), an obligate Gram-negative microorganism residing in oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract and elsewhere, has been recently considered as a potential oncobacterium associated with human cancers. However, the consequence of its enrichment was not extensively explored in terms of microbial homeostasis and stability at the early stage of disease development.ResultOur analysis on longitudinal metagenomic data generated by the Integrative Human Microbiome Project (iHMP) showed that F. nucleatum was frequently found in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) subjects with reduced microbial diversity. Using non-parametric logarithmic linear discriminant analysis (LDA) effect size (LEfSe) algorithm, 12 IBD- and 14 non-IBD-specific bacterial species were identified in the fecal metagenome and the IBD-specific ones were over-represented in the F. nucleatum-experienced subjects during long-term surveillance. In addition, F. nucleatum experience severely abrogated intra-personal stability of microbiome in IBD patients and induced highly variable gut microbiome between subjects. From the longitudinal comparison between microbial distributions prior and posterior to F. nucleatum detection, 41 species could be proposed as indicative "classifiers" for dysbiotic gut state. By multiple logistic regression models established on these classifiers, the high probability of experiencing F. nucleatum was significantly correlated with decreased alpha-diversity and increased number of biomarker species for IBD and colorectal cancer (CRC). Finally, microbial clustering confirmed that biomarker species for IBD and non-IBD conditions as well as CRC signature markers were well distinguishable and could be utilized for explaining gut symbiosis and dysbiosis.ConclusionF. nucleatum opportunistically appeared under early dysbiotic condition in gut, and discriminative classifier species associated with F. nucleatum were successfully applied to predict microbial alterations in both IBD and non-IBD conditions. Our prediction model and microbial classifier biomarkers for estimating gut dysbiosis should provide a novel aspect of microbial homeostasis/dynamics and useful information on non-invasive biomarker screening.11Ysciescopu
Worship is a demand for everyone's life, this means that worship is a human nature that is God's creation. As created in the image and likeness of God, in man there is a need to worship something outside himself, which is greater or higher than him, the creator himself.
In the Christian life the totality of a Christian's life is worship. The service will be pleasing before God if it is done in the direction and direction of the Holy Spirit. If a person surrenders himself to be controlled and led by the Holy Spirit then his life will bring forth the fruit of the Spirit with nine tastes which certainly glorifies God and also blesses others

Applying control theories and ABM to improve resilience-based design of systems
Applying optimal control theories and agent base modeling to improve resilience assessment of systems is a new field which has not been explored yet. A resilience decision support system should include some critical elements: (i) Assess risk, (ii) identify choices (Identify choices for reducing vulnerability that focus on joint solutions across social, economic, and ecological systems; provide decision support, including Web-based guidance and scenarios to assess options) and (iii) take actions (Help communities develop and implement solutions). The field of structural control provides loops which are able to approach the problem in a more rational way and provide practical solutions to the resilience design strategies. The paper describes the concept and provides some promising applications of the proposed interdisciplinary approac
Damage diagnostics on a welded zone of a steel truss member using an active sensing network system
In this paper, a sensor network system based on an active sensing scheme is introduced to identify cracks, which may occur at a welded zone of a steel truss member. The active sensing network system offers special potential for real world applications, as it is light, cheap, and useful as a built-in system. Four pairs of pitch-catch Lamb wave signals are utilized from the active sensing network system. In order to extract damage-sensitive features from the dispersive Lamb waves, a robust wavelet transform is applied to the original response signals. Peak values in the wavelet coefficients corresponding to the A(o) Lamb mode are only considered for application to the damage index. The root-mean-square change of the peak values due to damage is proposed as a damage index. In addition, a least-squares curve-fitting algorithm is applied to the damage indices in order to obtain a practical damage indicator with a threshold value that presents the damage tolerance. Finally, damage localization is carried out by investigating the change rates of the damage index according to each damage step. The applicability of the proposed methods has been demonstrated by an experimental study. (C) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. Inhibition of the oligosaccharyl transferase in Caenorhabditis elegans that compromises ER proteostasis suppresses p38-dependent protection against pathogenic bacteria
The oligosaccharyl transferase (OST) protein complex mediates the N-linked glycosylation of substrate proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), which regulates stability, activity, and localization of its substrates. Although many OST substrate proteins have been identified, the physiological role of the OST complex remains incompletely understood. Here we show that the OST complex in C. elegans is crucial for ER protein homeostasis and defense against infection with pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA14), via immune-regulatory PMK-1/p38 MAP kinase. We found that genetic inhibition of the OST complex impaired protein processing in the ER, which in turn up-regulated ER unfolded protein response (UPRER). We identified vitellogenin VIT-6 as an OST-dependent glycosylated protein, critical for maintaining survival on PA14. We also showed that the OST complex was required for up-regulation of PMK-1 signaling upon infection with PA14. Our study demonstrates that an evolutionarily conserved OST complex, crucial for ER homeostasis, regulates host defense mechanisms against pathogenic bacteria. Author summary N-linked glycosylation is essential for the function of various proteins, but its effects on physiology at an organism level remain poorly understood. Using the roundworm Caenorhabditis elegans, we show that the oligosaccharyl transferase (OST) complex, which mediates the N-glycosylation of substrate proteins in the ER, reduces susceptibility to pathogenic bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We find that OST enhances defense against P. aeruginosa via maintenance of ER unfolded protein response (UPRER) and up-regulation of cytosolic p38 MAP kinase signaling. Our findings propose an intriguing model for the organellar crosstalk between the ER and the cytosol in host defense mechanisms. Because the OST complex components are highly conserved among eukaryotes, our study on the regulation of cellular signaling and C. elegans physiology by the OST complex will provide an insight into the function of its mammalian counterpart.11Ysciescopu
