Measuring and analyzing German and Spanish customer satisfaction of using the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud service
This paper presents the customer satisfaction analysis for measuring popularity in the Mobile Cloud, which is an emerging area in the Cloud and Big Data Computing. Organizational Sustainability Modeling (OSM) is the proposed method used in this research. The twelve-month of German and Spanish consumer data are used for the analysis to investigate the return and risk status associated with the ratings of customer satisfaction in the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud services. Results show that there is a decline in the satisfaction ratings in Germany and Spain due to economic downturn and competitions in the market, which support our hypothesis. Key outputs have been explained and they confirm that all analysis and interpretations fulfill the criteria for OSM. The use of statistical and visualization method proposed by OSM can expose unexploited data and allows the stakeholders to understand the status of return and risk of their Cloud strategies easier than the use of other data analysis

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the program planning practices of the College of Psychology and tried to plan an ideal program finally. The qualitative study approach and the questionnaire investigation were adopted to examine the Teacher-Chang College of Psychology program. The program planners were interviewed concerning their beliefs of the program goals, the curriculum design of the programs and their evaluation procedures. Through interviews and questionnaire investigations the findings are as follows:
1. People didn’t know the Teacher-Chang College of Psychology very well.
2. The recruiting of lecturers were mainly inner teachers. The groups and workshops were their main curriculum style. The curriculum contents were almost about self-growth and human relationship. The problem of curriculum design was that the Teacher-Chang College of Psychology didn’t have steady lecturer recruit.
3. The Teacher-Chang College of Psychology didn’t have enough program planners and program planners didn’t have enough ability. However there was a discrepancy between the head of Teacher-Chang and other centers.
4. There were not concrete marketing strategy and experts. Marketing strategy is to use old-fashioned media.
5. The main evaluation was quantitative and interview, while qualitative evaluation and whole program evaluation were being neglected.

Dr. Gordon H. Chang will speak on the history of anti-Asian violence in America on April 27, 2023, at 1:00 EDT for one hour. Dr. Chang recently stepped down as the Senior Associate Vice Provost for Under Graduate Education at Stanford and is a professor of history. He is also the Olive H. Palmer Professor in Humanities at Stanford University. He is the author of nine books, primarily on U.S. China relations and the Asian-American experience
The 64-bit .NET e-portal applications for e-Learning and e-Science
This is one of the first comprehensive 64-bit .NET research to be completed in a British University. The objective is to investigate (1) the techniques to develop 64-bit applications; and (2) how 64-bit computing can be used for e-Learning and e-Science communities. This paper is focused on an emerging technology for e-Learning and e-Science communities -- a 64-bit .NET e-portal application, and its functionality, development and technical implementation are described. Currently, additional troubleshooting is required to make .NET Framework 1.1 working in stable ways on 64-bit Windows operating systems. After stabilizing .NET environment, the next step is the application development, which is a dynamic repository with functions such as registration, download, login-logout, product submissions, database storage and statistical reports. The technology is based on Visual Studio .NET 2003, .NET 1.1 Framework with Service Pack 1, SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 4 and IIS Server 6.0 on the Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 platform with Service Pack 1. The 64-bit .NET e-portal integrates further with Java Web Services, and a demonstration described in this paper can show how different types of services can work in harmony. Furthermore, the interdisciplinary area between e-Learning and e-Science has been investigated and in the process of further integrations. As an example for such integration, the 64-bit .NET e-portal is also an illustration for (1) the methods of technical implementations and (2) cost-effectiveness; and these two issues are also among the current research interests in e-Learning. Finally, the new insights identified by this paper have also achieved the two objectives: (1) learning about emerging technology and (2) understanding how Web Services can complete jobs
DAYA TARIK BRAND AMBASSADOR JI CHANG WOOK PADA IKLAN “KINTAKUN X JI CHANG WOOK” (Studi Deskriptif Kuantitatif terhadap Pengikut Instagram @jichangwook_id)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya tarik brand ambassador Ji
Chang Wook pada iklan “Kintakun x Ji Chang Wook”. Permasalahan ini diangkat
karena maraknya penggunaan brand ambassador dari Korea Selatan di Indonesia dan
salah satunya adalah Kintakun yang merupakan brand bedding goods pertama di
Indonesia yang menggunakan aktor Korea Selatan, yaitu Ji Chang Wook sebagai brand
ambassador produknya. Pemilihan Ji Chang Wook pada penelitian ini juga karena Ji
Chang Wook pertama kali menjadi brand ambassador produk Indonesia. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana daya tarik brand ambassador Ji Chang Wook pada
iklan “Kintakun x Ji Chang Wook”.
Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan
menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang yang
merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @jichangwook_id dan menyasar pada generasi
milenial (usia 24-39 tahun). Kuisioner dari penelitian ini memiliki 14 pernyataan di
dalamnya, yang mana juga sebelumnya telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya.
Analisis data juga menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis deskriptif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik brand ambassador Ji
Chang Wook tinggi pada iklan “Kintakun x Ji Chang Wook”. Hal tersebut dikarenakan
nilai mean dalam penelitian ini sebesar 3,87 sehingga dapat dikategorikan kuat. Pada
penelitian ini, aspek likeability memiliki nilai mean sebesar 3,93 yang berarti aspek
pada daya tarik brand ambassador ini menjadi aspek paling unggul dibandingkan
dengan aspek lainnya
