傅斯年學術觀念中的反形式理則傾向
傅斯年一生所提倡的科學與啟蒙思想,對中國現代的學術界與思想界都有很大的影響。然而,他所提倡的科學與啟蒙思想中所具有的「反形式理則」傾向,在其思想中的淵源、發展、體系、重要性及其含義,學界卻缺乏進一步的探討。本文企圖說明「反形式理則」及其相應的「經驗論式的還原主義」傾向,實為傅斯年一生學術思想的一條主要線索。傅斯年各個時期的學術方法論,大體都導源於這個基本傾向。希望本研究一方面可以讓我們對於傅斯年學術思想的基本特質有進一步的瞭解,一方面也有助於釐清中國近現代的史學思想,及中國近現代所輸入之所謂「科學與?蒙思想」的一些基本性質。所謂「反形式理則」的傾向,在認識論上意指一種對於形式邏輯(formal logic),以及一切透過演繹邏輯所建立的論證(argument)在實有界(reality)之有效性的懷疑。在宇宙與本體觀上,「反形式理則」者不認為世界是由固定的理則所支配,而強調事物的多樣性與變化性,並懷疑「本體界」或「實體界」之作為這個世界之本質或摹本的說法。限於主題與篇幅,本文將集中?述與分析傅斯年「學術觀念」中,也就是他的學術方法論與認識論中,所表現的「反形式理則」傾向。整體說來,傅斯年的「反形式理則傾向」使他一生自覺以及不自覺地所排斥的,其實正是作為西方學術與思想數千年大傳統之核心的「理性主義」。他雖然提倡科學,而其學術方法,基本上卻繼承了中國傳統偏重經驗的思維方式。本文實證地顯示,無論是在現實或知識的層面,傅斯年不但無意於追求一個確定的世界,反而努力於開發一個動進變化的世界。他這種信念,主要是由求道的傳統、進化論、實驗主義、傳統宇宙觀、革命風潮以及反形式主義所塑造。至於他後來所受西方當代具有反理性主義意涵的學術與思想之影響,亦循此一基調進行

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
