among youth in Myanmar. Data for individuals aged 15-24 were sourced from the
2019 Myanmar Inter-censal Survey. The research utilized descriptive analysis, Chisquare tests, and multinomial logistic regression. The sample comprised 85,851
youths. The results show that 12.5% of the youth have reached higher education or
above, 65% have completed secondary education, and 18% have achieved primary
education or less. According to the multinomial logistic regression analysis, the key
factors influencing the attainment of higher education and above include age, gender,
marital status, occupation, place of residence, the states and regions of residence,
household size, and type of housing. The study underscores the need for establishment
of policies to address the issues, including region-specific education strategies,
improvements in rural educational infrastructure, gender equality initiatives, support
systems for balancing work and education, financial aid for low-income students, and
better housing conditions, so that it is able to create a more inclusive and equitable
education system in Myanmar, promoting broader socio-economic development

investigate the impact that the expansion of the bank had on the performance of Shwe
Bank. In order to accomplish these goals, an analysis was carried out in February 2023
using the replies provided by 68 individuals in Shwe Bank who filled out standardized
questionnaires. These individuals held positions ranging from Manager to CEO. The
aspects of financial service, bank performance, geographical location, and pricing are
taken into consideration in this research. According to the findings of an investigation that
involved multiple regressions, the three factors of financial service, bank performance, and
costs have a substantial impact on bank performance. According to the findings of this
research, locational considerations do not affect bank performance. The performance of
banks contributes, among other things, to the growth of business organizations and the
even distribution of economic activity in Myanmar
Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty of Trade Finance Services at BIDV Bank ( Tin Htet Khaing Win, 2025)
This study explores the interrelationship between service quality, customer
satisfaction, and customer loyalty within the context of trade finance services at BIDV
Bank in Myanmar. The main objectives are to identify the level of service quality as
perceived by corporate customers, examine the effect of service quality on customer
satisfaction, and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Using
a quantitative method, data were collected from 99 corporate customers through
structured questionnaires employing the SERVQUAL model, which includes five
dimensions: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.
Descriptive analysis showed that all dimensions were rated positively, with empathy
receiving the highest mean score and tangibility the lowest. Multiple regression analysis
revealed that empathy, responsiveness, and assurance significantly influenced customer
satisfaction, while tangibility and reliability were not statistically significant predictors.
Furthermore, customer satisfaction was found to have a strong positive impact on
customer loyalty, confirming its function as an intermediary factor. Based on these
findings, the study recommends enhancing physical facilities and digital platforms to
improve tangibility, investing in personalized services to strengthen empathy,
leveraging digital tools to improve responsiveness, clearly communicating procedures
and standards to reinforce assurance, and establishing structured feedback mechanisms
to continuously refine service delivery. These actions are expected to further improve
customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby strengthening BIDV Bank’s competitive
position in the trade finance sector
Design and Implementation of Alcohol Detector and Accident Detection System using GSM Modem
Nowadays, the number of vehicles is increasing significantly every year. Many accidents are occurring because of the alcohol consumption of the driver. After drinking alcohol, driving is the most reason for accidents in almost all countries all over the world. Therefore, alcohol detection system and automatic finding car accident place using GSM modem and GPS are presented in this paper. The combination purpose of alcohol detection and car accident detection systems is to save human life. If the car driver drinks alcohol, the alcohol sensor will sense alcohol concentration, will display it on the LCD and will turn off the car engine. In the accident detection system, the vibration sensor senses vibration when an accident occurs. If the sensor senses the car accident, the vibration sensor will give the digital output to the microcontroller. By using the GPS module, the latitude and longitude of the place where the accident happened are sent by message to the assigned phone number through the SIM900 GSM Modem. By implementation of this system, human beings can be protected from harm and other non desirable outcomes on road accidents.
