    Mitra Media Persada merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Advertising. Banyaknya ‘pemain’ di industri advertising memotivasi Mitra Media Persada untuk selalu berupaya membangun, menjaga, dan menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, sehingga Mitra Media Persada dapat menjadi pilihan bagi para calon customer mereka. Oleh karena itu, Mitra Media Persada mulai memasuki bidang social media manager. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas social media manager ini kemampuan berkomunikasi sangat penting sehingga dibutuhkan ilmu-ilmu Public Relations, seperti Online Public Relations. Tujuan praktek kerja magang ini untuk menerapkan ilmu yang didapatkan selama bangku perkuliahan serta mendapatkan pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dengan dunia Public Relations. Selain social media manager, dalam menjalankan aktivitas marketingnya Mitra Media Persada, banyak menggunakan strategi Public Relations seperti Event Management, Customer Relations, Teknik Lobby dan Negosisasi, serta Marketing PR. Hasil selama menjalani praktek kerja magang, penulis banyak mendapatkan pengetahuan seputar Online PR, bagimana cara me-manage dan meningkatkan awareness publik terhadap suatu brand melalui social media. Kesimpulan, setelah kurang lebih tiga bulan penulis melakukan praktek kerja magang di Mitra Media Persada, penulis mengetahui bahwa dalam aktivitas marketing pun banyak digunakan ilmu-ilmu Public Relations, sehingga tidak mengherankan apabila masih banyak aktivitas Public Relatios yang masih berada di bawah divisi marketing. Saran untuk Mitra Media Persada, agar lebih aktif dalam memberikan artikel menarik untuk meningkatkan interaksi di social media

    This study aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing and payment system at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Baru. The author conducted research to determine system performance and whether the system meets community needs. This research also provides benefits for writers, PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Baru, and readers. The research was conducted using qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through observation, interviews and document studies at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Baru. This final project discusses the organizational structure and billing/payment system of PT PLN (Persero) Medan Baru Customer Service Unit. The Billing System is neatly arranged using a flowchart. The billing process involves recording electricity usage, generating bills, and sending bills to customers for payment. If the bill is not paid, the electricity can be disconnected and the customer can be terminated. then the System uses PPOB for payment and AP2T for centralized customer service.48 HalamanKertas Karya Diplom
