No full textDe uitvoeringsgegevens waarover men inlichtingen wil hebben moeten gemakkelijk en snel te vinden zijn, en niet alleen geven wat er in het Veersegat gebeurd is maar ook waarom het zo werd gedaan. Behalve de wijze van totstandkoming van de definitieve constructies (hoofdstuk7) zijn daarom in aparte hoofdstukken de "Al.gemene-\u93 en "Organisatorische aspecten\u94 van de uitvoering beschreven (respectievelijk hoofdstukken 3 en 4), zomede de "Bedrijven of arbeidsafdelingen\u94 (hoofdstuk 6). Het lag verder voor de hand \u93De sluiting" (hoofdstuk 8) apart te behandelen, omdat de werkzaamheden in deze periode geheel verschilden van de normale uitvoering. Voor een goed begrip is voorafgaand aan de feitelijke uitvoeringshoofdstukken de totstandkoming van "Het Qntwerp\u94 (hoofdzaak 2) besproken, terwijl de omvang en enkele grondslagen van de uitvoering zijn aangegeven in \u93Materialen, hoeveelheden en verrekening; tijdschema\u92s\u94 (hoofdstuk 5). Het verslag wordt afgesloten met \u93Conclusies" (hoofdstuk 9). De hoofdstukken zijn zoveel mogelijk zo opgezet dat zij een afzonderlijk leesbaar, afgerond geheel vormen. Waar mogelijk (in het bijzonder in de hoofdstukken 6 en 7) is dit ook getracht bij de paragrafen. Het verslag heeft dus overwegend het karakter van een naslagwerk. Het onderscheid tussen de "horizontale\u94 uitvoering (materieelsets, samenstelling arbeidsploegen,produkties) (hoofdstuk 6) en de \u93vertikale\u94 uitvoering (van materialen tot constructies (hoofdstuk 7) is te begrijpen uit de analogie met de organisatievormen uit de F.B.O. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

No full textGedeputeerde Staten van Noord Holland voeren een terughoudend beleid t.a.v. winningen in bestaande plassen en meren op het vasteland van Noord-Holland. In de toekomst zal naar verwachting dan ook vrijwel alleen zand gewonnen kunnen worden in IJmeer, Markermeer, IJsselmeer ter hoogte van Medemblik, Waddenzee en Noordzee. De grootste behoefte aan zand ligt in het Noordzeekanaalgebied. Omdat Noordzeezand relatief duur is, ontstaat een grote druk op het IJmeer. Zo'n omvangrijke zandwinning in het IJmeer geeft grote milieuproblemen, verder is de kans op verstoring van de zandvoorziening door bezwaarschriften-procedures groot. Het slechts beperken van de IJmeer zandwinning doet echter prijsstijgingen ontstaan, waarvan de zandproducenten zouden kunnen profiteren. De overheid dient dan ook aanvullende beleidsmaatregelen te nemen. Hierbij kan gedacht worden aan - subsidie van Noordzeezand - het leggen van dusdanige heffingen op IJmeer- (e.a. goedkoop) zand dat de vraag niet groter wordt dan wenselijk. Deze heffingen worden dan gebruikt om zand uit relatief dure winplaatsen (Noordzee) te subsidiëren.Transport & PlanningCivil Engineering and Geoscience
