Dynamic Optimal Power Flow Pada Sistem Microgrid Mempertimbangkan Uncertainty Dan Baterai Management Sistem Menggunakan Whale Optimization
Optimalisasi pembangkitan daya (Optimal Power Flow) tetap menjadi isu penting dalam operasi sistem tenaga listrik, seiring tuntutan efisiensi ekonomi dan kepedulian lingkungan. Selain mengejar biaya pembangkitan minimum (Economic Dispatch), integrasi energi terbarukan juga menjadi perhatian utama, meski menghadirkan tantangan intermitensi dan ketidakpastian. Karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan optimasi yang adaptif terhadap dinamika sistem dan integrasi energi terbarukan secara efektif. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm (IWOA) dengan bobot adaptif berbasis Fuzzy Logic Controller untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi non-linier dan kompleks. Sistem tenaga dimodelkan selama 24 jam operasi, dengan integrasi Photovoltaic, Energy Storage (ES), dan Wind Turbine guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan. ES menyimpan energi saat surplus dan menyuplainya saat beban puncak untuk mengurangi beban pembangkit termal dan emisi karbon. Wind Turbine dimodelkan melalui fungsi biaya kompetitif berbasis distribusi Weibull serta mempertimbangkan pajak karbon guna mendorong pertumbuhan energi terbarukan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa IWOA mampu menghasilkan biaya pembangkitan harian yang lebih rendah (selisih US25/hari), iterasi lebih sedikit (20 vs 26), dan solusi yang lebih stabil dibandingkan WOA standar. Model ini juga menjaga keseimbangan pengisian dan pengosongan ES secara akurat, dengan State of Charge akhir yang konsisten dengan nilai awal. Penggunaan model biaya energi angin berbasis distribusi Weibull terbukti memberikan estimasi biaya yang lebih akurat dibandingkan pendekatan Levelized Cost of Energy konvensional. Dengan kebijakan pajak karbon sebesar US50/MWh, simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pembangkit angin dapat menyuplai hingga 50% dari kapasitas terpasang harianya dan bersaing secara ekonomi dengan pembangkit berbahan bakar fosil.

Optimal power generation (Optimal Power Flow) remains a critical issue in power system operations, driven by the increasing demands for economic efficiency and environmental sustainability. In addition to minimizing generation costs (Economic Dispatch), the integration of renewable energy sources has become a central focus, despite the inherent challenges of intermittency and supply uncertainty. Therefore, an optimization approach that can adapt to system dynamics and effectively accommodate renewable energy integration is essential. This study proposes the use of an Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm (IWOA) with adaptive weights generated by a Fuzzy Logic Controller to solve complex and non-linear optimization problems. The power system is modeled over a 24-hour operational period, incorporating Photovoltaic (PV), Energy Storage (ES), and Wind Turbine systems to enhance overall efficiency and reliability. The ES is utilized to store surplus energy and discharge it during peak demand periods, aiming to reduce the load on thermal generators and lower carbon emissions. Wind turbines are modeled with a more competitive cost function using the Weibull distribution and incorporating carbon tax considerations to promote renewable energy growth. Simulation results indicate that IWOA produces a lower daily generation cost (by US25/day), requires fewer iterations (20 vs. 26), and yields more stable solutions compared to the standard WOA. The model also accurately maintains the balance of charging and discharging within the ES, with the final State of Charge (SoC) matching the initial level. Moreover, the wind energy cost model based on the Weibull distribution provides a more accurate cost estimate than the conventional Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) approach. With a carbon tax policy of US50/MWh, simulations show that wind power can supply up to 50% of its installed daily capacity and compete economically with fossil-fuelbased generator

The problems to be discussed in this research were (1) what are the structural elements of serial story a Body in The Last Railway Wagon? (2) what are criminalities action and causal factors of criminality serial story a Body in The Last Railway Wagon by Kukuh S. Wibowo? The purposes of research were (1) to describe the structural elements of serial story a Body in The Last Railway Wagon according to Burhan Nurgiyantoro, (2) to describe the criminalities action and causal factors of criminality serial story a Body in The Last Railway Wagon by Kukuh S. Wibowo. The theoretical benefits of this research are to enrich the using of literature theories and its application, especially the structural theory and sociological literature related to analize a belles-lettres for revealing criminality aspects which contained in serial story. The theory used of this research are the theory about structural approach according to Burhan Nurgiyantoro and sociological literature. The method used in this research were literary study that was descriptive qualitative. The data source of research was the serial story of Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan by Kukuh S. Wibowo 2016-2017th and the author of the serial story of Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan. Primary data in this research structural elements of serial story with the author’s sociology aspects and sociological belles-lettres. The Secondary data contained of photo, as well as book and references which relevant to this topic of research and supporting the research analysis. The conclusion of research was as follows. (1) the structural elements aspect interrelated which were built from the structural elements summarized in one interrelated unity. The theme taken was criminality (2) the author’s sociology in describing criminality life in Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan affected by the author’s personal life and surrounding society. The criminalities shaped in Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan were murder planning, reclination, attack, deception, robbing, threat, violence, and murder. The background factors appeared the criminality of the figures in Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan were economical motive, political motive, and morality. The culture attitude of the author ini Kunarpa ing Gerbong Pungkasan was anyone must responsible their criminality action. Digital controller for active power filter based on P-Q theory under non-ideal main voltages
This paper proposes a control strategy active power filter under non-ideal
main voltages. The P-Q Theory is used to generate three-phase active power
filter reference currents, but the P-Q Theory has a weakness when
implemented under non ideal main voltages. This paper proposes a reference
current generation method using modified P-Q Theory under non-ideal main
voltages conditions. Before calculating the P-Q Theory, the non-ideal voltage
at the source is normalized by using PLL to determine the phase angle which
is then carried out by generating an ideal three-phase signal. The proposed
method is simulated and implemented in a three-phase active power filter
controller. The test results show the improvement in the performance of the
P-Q Theory under non ideal main voltages with THD 7.21% to THD 3.29%
Relay Protection of Over Voltage, Under Voltage and Unbalance Voltage Magnitude Based on Visual Basic Using Arduino Mega
Electrical energy is widely used by most humans, especially the use of electrical loads that are sensitive to damage. To secure electrical loads that are sensitive to damage, protection system are needed, especially in this problem is the voltage disturbance. This research tries to solve the problem of over voltage, under voltage and unbalance voltage with a visual basic based voltage protection system. This system research use visual basic as an interface and as a data logger to facilitate the operator in analyzing disturbances, and with the help of the Arduino Mega2560 microcontroller which can be used to process and send data to visual basic. This protection system has a tolerance of +10% and -5% of the set point voltage (mesh). Thus this research is expected to help users to more easily monitor and analyze interference

SASTRA ‘MUNGKIN’: KONTESTASI SIMBOLIK ANDREA HIRATA DALAM ARENA SASTRA INDONESIA
The article entitled Sastra ‘Mungkin’: A Symbolic contestation of Andrea Hirata in Indonesian Literature Arena is discussing the literary practices of Andrea Hirata, a novelist who surprisingly popular in Indonesian literature from 2006 to present. This article aims to explicit the views and contestation of Andrea Hirata literary practices based on his views in gaining legitimacy of his works as an author. This research applies Pierre Bourdieu’s Arena Cultural Production, which assumes that literature is not just a question of aesthetics but also the struggle of positions between agents operating in the literary arena. According to the research that has been conducted, the result reveals that Andrea Hirata actually has a tendency, furthermore, obsession, in order to gain a specific legitimacy as an author (literar y figure). In doing so, Andrea Hirata impose his views about possibility in Indonesian literature.

Informal worker phenomenon in housing construction project
The informal workers phenomenon on housing construction projects in Indonesia is different from workers in other sectors who would always request as permanent employees. Substantively, the informal workers are disinclined to be bound as permanent employees which different from the general labor paradigm. Hence, the objective of this study is to find out how the labour selection process, the factors that affected their performance, and the suitable wage system to achieve the target completion of housing construction project. The qualitative method is used to uncover and understand the meaning behind the phenomena (numina) of informal workers action and their influence on housing construction project which called phenomenological approach. Five informal workers and two project managers were selected as informants based on predetermined criteria with in-depth interviews. The results showed that the informal worker were more satisfied with the wage based on unit price while working in the housing construction project for the flexibility in working hours. In addition, the developer was also relieved because they only control the quality and the achievement of the project completion time which supported by informal worker leader. Therefore, these findings are beneficial for both of developer and government as policy maker to succeed the housing program in Indonesia
Ultrasound Disinfection in Domestic Drinking Water System
The quality of treated drinking water in the distribution network might deteriorate even though the quality of water leaving the treatment plant has been set to be at the highest level. Regrowth of microorganisms or known as microbiological instability is found to be one of the responsible causes for the change of the water quality. This instability might also occur in household connections due to the higher temperature, longer residence time, and the possibility of mixing with contaminated water from the household. However, chlorination is not desired to be applied in the treatment process, especially in the Netherlands. Moreover, the Dutch future heating system will be replaced with a heat pump system where the temperature of the water will be estimated at around 40°C, as it is a comfortable temperature for showering. Whilst, the hot water supply system in current situation heats the water until around 60°C and then is combined with cold water until it reaches the comfortable temperature. The future heating system will enhance the risk of microbial contamination since the temperature is within the range where Legionella can survive. Ultrasound disinfection emerges as a solution as it offers a physical disinfection method, which does not change the quality of the water chemically. According to this opportunity and the risk of bacterial regrowth in the household connection, an investigation on the efficacy of ultrasound disinfection in microbial growth control in the household is desired. At the end of this research, an experimental set-up and research plan are established to investigate the efficacy of ultrasound disinfection for microbial growth control in household water system provide water of 40°C.CIE5050-0
