    ABSTRAK Wibowo, Priyo Adi. Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pihak Yang Beritikad Baik Dalam Perjanjian Jual Beli. Skripsi. Tegal: Program Studi Ilmu Hukum Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. 2019. Itikad baik merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam hukum karena tingkah dari anggota masyarakat itu tidak selamanya diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, tetapi ada juga dalam peraturan yang berdasarkan persetujuan masing-masing pihak dan oleh karena peraturan-peraturan tersebut hanya dibuat oleh manusia biasa maka peraturan-peraturan itu tidak ada yang sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perlindungan hukum terhadap pihak yang beritikad baik dalam perjanjian jual beli pada putusan Nomor 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl, 2) akibat hukum perjanjian jual beli yang obyek hukumnya telah diletakkan sita eksekusi pada putusan Nomor 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Sumber data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dan dokumen. Metode analisis data dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Perlindungan hukum terhadap pihak yang beritikad baik dalam perjanjian jual beli pada putusan Nomor 7/Pdt.G/ 2019/PN.Tgl yaitu ketentuan Pasal 1338 KUH Perdata. Jadi Akte Pengikatan Jual Beli atas Objek Perkara I dan Objek Perkara II secara hukum sah dan mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat terhadap Penggugat dan Tergugat II dan Tergugat III; 2) Akibat hukum perjanjian jual beli yang obyek hukumnya telah diletakkan sita eksekusi pada putusan Nomor 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl mengingat Penetapan Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Tegal Nomor 1/Pen.Pdt.Eks/2013/PN.Tgl dan Berita Acara sita Eksekusi Nomor 1/Ba.Pdt.Eks./2013/PN.Tgl telah diterbitkan tidak sejalan dengan isi dan maksud dari Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung No. 5 Tahun 1975 tanggal 1 Desember 1975, maka Sita Eksekusi yang telah diletakkan atas Objek Perkara I dan Objek Perkara II adalah cacat juridis dan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat dan harus segera diangkat. Sedangkan Akta Nomor: 01 yaitu Pengikatan Jual Beli tanggal 5 September 2017 dan Akta Nomor: 03 yaitu Pengikatan Jual Beli tanggal 5 September 2017 telah dinyatakan merupakan produk bukti yang sah yang dibuat oleh Notaris sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Maka Penggugat secara hukum merupakan pembeli yang beritikad baik dan dinyatakan sebagai pemilik sah atas tanah objek sengketa I dan objek sengketa II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Good faith is the most important factor in law because the behavior of members of the community is not always regulated in legislation, but there are also rules based on the agreement of each party and because these regulations are only made by ordinary people, the regulations -the rules are not perfect. This study aims to determine: 1) legal protection of parties in good faith in the sale and purchase agreement in the decision Number 7 / Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl, 2) due to the law of the sale and purchase agreement where the legal object has been confiscated execution in the decision Number 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl. The type of research used is library research with normative juridical legal research approaches. The main data source used in this research is secondary data with the method of collecting literature and document study data. Methods of data analysis with qualitative descriptive. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) Legal protection of parties in good faith in the sale and purchase agreement in the decision Number 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl namely the provisions of Article 1338 of the Civil Code. So the Purchase Binding Agreement on Case Object I and Case Object II is legally valid and has binding legal force against Plaintiffs and Defendants II and Defendants III; 2) The legal consequences of the sale and purchase agreement which the legal object has been placed confiscated in the execution of decision Number 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tgl considering the Determination of the Chairman of the Tegal District Court Number 1/Pen.Pdt.Eks/2013/PN.Tgl and Minutes Confiscation of Execution Number 1/Ba.Pdt.Eks./2013/PN.Tgl has been issued is not in line with the content and purpose of the Supreme Court Circular No. 5 of 1975 dated 1 December 1975, the Sita Execution that had been placed on Case Object I and Object Case II was a juridical defect and had no binding legal force and had to be immediately appointed. Whereas Deed Number: 01, the Binding of Sale and Purchasing on September 5, 2017 and Deed Number: 03, Binding of Sale and Purchasing, September 5, 2017, has been declared as a valid proof product made by a Notary in accordance with its authority. Then the Plaintiff is legally a buyer in good faith and declared as the legal owner of the disputed object I and disputed object II. Based on the results of this study are expected to be material information and input for students, academics, practitioners, and all those who need it in the Faculty of Law, University of Pancasakti Tegal.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
