STUDI TENTANG KINERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR KELURAHAN TANJUNG PALAS TENGAH KABUPATEN BULUNGAN
To find out the performance of government officials in the implementation of public services at the Tajung Palas Tengah Sub-district office in Bulungan Regency and to find out the supporting factors and hamper the performance of government officials in implementing public services at the Tajung Palas Tengah Village Office in Bulungan Regency. Type of qualitative descriptive research. Informants were Head of Village, Secretary of Kelurahan, Head of Government Office, Kasi Kessos and community economy Kasi empowered the community, and Community leaders were two people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the performance of public services at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Sub-District office in Bulungan Regency has gone well. Productivity Kelurahan employees carry out duties in accordance with their respective duties, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner in accordance with community demand. The performance shown by the obedience of the kelurahan employees in carrying out their tasks has gone well. Obedience includes obedience to time, kelurahan employee code of ethics, adherence to leadership, and obedience in completing tasks. Employee performance in cooperation is good. Cooperation supports the implementation of good service because it supports each other and shares work according to their duties and functions. Employees are responsible for serving the community. Supporting factors for public service performance at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Village office are the ability of employees to provide good public services. Cooperation with employees, cooperation supports the success of urban village officials in providing good public services.
ANALYSIS OF WOMEN'S REPRESENTATION IN POLITICAL POSITIONS OF LEADERS OF DPRD IN BULUNGAN REGENCY: Study on the Leaders of the Bulungan Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 Period
This study aims to determine the description of women's representation in political positions, especially in the current political positions of the DPRD (Regional People's Representative Assembly) leadership in Bulungan Regency and to find out what factors influence women's representation in political positions led by DPRD in Bulungan Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by women in political positions, leadership of the DPRD in Bulungan Regency. (Study of the Leadership of the Bulungan Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 Period). The informants in this study consisted of the chairman of the DPRD, the secretary of the DPRD, members of the DPRD, the chairman of the KPUD (Regional Election Commission), the secretary of the KPUD, members of the KPUD, and the community who were chosen randomly without regard to the existing strata. According to the type of data used and the level of explanation, this research is a descriptive qualitative research type. While the research data analysis using an interactive analysis model which consisted of three main things in analyzing the data, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the analysis of the results of the research conducted, it is known that quantitatively, the involvement of women in political positions in the Bulungan Regency is still lacking. This can be seen from the existing data and the results of interviews with various informants who are involved in political positions and those who are not involved. As can be seen from the data, there are only 4 women who hold the position of DPRD members out of 25 members. The obstacles for women in political positions are caused by several factors such as the level of education and political understanding is still very lacking, organizational experience and self-confidence are still lacking, and financial factors
PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA TENGKAPAK KECAMATAN TANJUNG SELOR KABUPATEN BULUNGAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja perangkat desa (Studi : Kantor Desa Tengkapak Kecamatan Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan). Informan kunci (key person) dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Tengkapak, sedangkan informan pendukung terdiri dari Perangkat Desa dan/atau masyarakat desa yang dipilih secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada. Menurut jenis data yang digunakan dan tingkat eksplanasinya, maka penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan analisis data penelitian menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga hal utama dalam menganalsis data, yaitu : reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa kinerja Perangkat Desa Tengkapak secara keseluruhan belum optimal yang disebabkan oleh minimnya kualitas dan kuantitas perangkat desa. Kemudian makanisme penilaian kinerja Perangkat Desa Tengkapak tidak menggunakan prosedur atau indikator tertentu, melainkan ditentukan dari setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehubungan dengan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai perangkat desa dan dari tingkat kedisiplinan perangkat desa itu sendiri serta dari penilaian masyarakat secara umum. Adapun upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Kepala Desa Tengkapak untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja perangkat desanya adalah dengan mengikutsertakan perangkat desa tersebut kedalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) yang diadakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah setempat yakni Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bulungan yang ditujukan bagi seluruh aparat desa. Selanjutnya peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Tengkapak khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa antara lain sebagai motivator, komunikator yang efektif, evaluator, mediator, dan integrator. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Tengkapak meliputi : terbatasnya pengetahuan dan wawasan kepala desa mengenai kepemimpinan secara teoritis, terbatasnya kemampuan analitik kepala desa, tingkat kesibukan kepala desa yang cukup tinggi, perangkat desa yang cukup kooperatif, dan adanya sikap keterbukaan dari kepala des
Real-time numerical modeling of subsea cable dynamics – Visualized in Augmented Reality
There lies an opportunity for significant cost savings in the installation of subsea cables in offshore wind farms which is why the current work proposes a state-of-the-art method for monitoring the cable during installation. The proposed method enables offshore crew to look through the water with the use of augmented reality. To this end a real-time numerical model of the subsea cable dynamics is developed. The model is created in programming language C# and visualization in augmented reality is done using the game-engine Unity. This development environment is uncommon for engineering and scientific purposes and has been selected based on its ability to visualize model results in augmented reality, its extensive graphics library, its capability to process real-time in- and outputs and its free availability. Relevant physics are analyzed on contribution to global cable geometry and tension for the case of shallow water cable laying, resulting in an equation of motion which is sufficiently accurate for representing the physical phenomena occurring during cable lay. An assessment of the measurements required by the model during operation is made. The main challenge of modeling in real-time is that the average model time step is limited by available computational power, in turn limiting the axial stiffness range which can be modeled without the occurrence of numerical instability. Discretization is done using a lumped mass method. It is shown that cable dynamics can be modeled in real-time using an explicit method and that overcoming the associated limitation on axial stiffness does not lead to inaccurate results. The developed numerical solution is verified using OrcaFlex, which is typical software for dynamic analysis of offshore marine systems. An augmented reality interface is developed, including color codes indicating the structural state of the cable. The current work enables the visualization of the real-time model in augmented reality. Potential legal issues related to the implementation of augmented reality during offshore cable lay are outlined during a collaboration with Tilburg University. SOSIALISASI PENDIDIKAN POLITIK BAGI PELAJAR SMP/SMA DI DESA GUNUNG SARI PONDOK PESANTREN FATIMAH AZ ZAHRAH KECAMATAN TANJUNG SELOR KABUPATEN BULUNGAN
Sosialisasi Pendidikan Politik calon Pemilih Pemula bagi kalangan pelajar SMP/SMA, khususnya yang akan atau sudah memasuki usia pemilih pemula, perlu diberikan agar mereka melek/paham demokrasi. Melalui sosialisasi, para siswa yang bakal menggunakan hak pilihnya bisa berpartisipasi dalam memberikan suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang. Sehingga kalangan pelajar atau pemilih pemula perlu dibekali dengan pendidikan politik karena mereka adalah calon-calon pemilih yang akan memberikan hak suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang atau yang akan datang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan potensi pemilih pemula yang dimiliki Desa Gunung Sari dalam keikutsertaannya pada pemilu akan datang maupun kedepannya. Based on these problems, it is considered important to assist in the management of library archives in Gunung Sari Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency, which is the only library managed directly by the Village Government and is a place for the community, especially people who are still in school, to gain knowledge by reading directly in the library that has been provided. provided by Gunung Sari Village. A full vectorial mapping of nanophotonic light fields
Light is a union of electric and magnetic fields, and nowhere is the complex relationship between these fields more evident than in the near fields of nanophotonic structures. There, complicated electric and magnetic fields varying over subwavelength scales are generally present, which results in photonic phenomena such as extraordinary optical momentum, superchiral fields, and a complex spatial evolution of optical singularities. An understanding of such phenomena requires nanoscale measurements of the complete optical field vector. Although the sensitivity of near-field scanning optical microscopy to the complete electromagnetic field was recently demonstrated, a separation of different components required a priori knowledge of the sample. Here, we introduce a robust algorithm that can disentangle all six electric and magnetic field components from a single near-field measurement without any numerical modeling of the structure. As examples, we unravel the fields of two prototypical nanophotonic structures: a photonic crystal waveguide and a plasmonic nanowire.
