including his doctoral diploma; citizenship certificates; marriage certificates; certificate attesting to position as chief rabbi in Dessau; personal correspondence, mostly letters of
congratulation sent to Weisse on his 70th birthday; newspaper article written about Weisse on the occasion of his 70th birthday; marriage contract; and ordination
certificates.Rabbi, born 1857 in Waag-Neustadt. Son of Rabbi Josef Weisse. Rabbi in Dessau from 1884 to 1893, then rabbi in Berlin from 1893 to 1939. Emigrated from Berlin to London
