No full textThe formulation of the problem in this study is whether communicatio, individual characteristics and work environment significantly influence employee perfomance in offices Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) in the city of Surakarta?. The hypothesis in this study is that communication, individual charasteristics and work environment significantly influence employee performance in offices Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) in the city of Surakarta. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of respondents' assessment about communication, individual characteristics, work environment and employee performance. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and literature studies on books relating to the issues discussed. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The population in this study were 200 people. From this population 50 people can be sampled 25% of the total population. The sampling method used is Random Sampling, which is random sampling without considering levels in the in population. The results of data analysis in this study about the effect of communication, individual characteristics and work environment on the performance of employees in offices Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) in the city of Surakarta can be concluded that from the results of this study 2 proved to be true (significant), and 1 was incorrect (not significant)
