    Estrategias de marketing para promover el servicio delivery en el Chifa Wang Lu – Tumbes - 2019

    La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general elaborar las estrategias de marketing para la implementación del servicio delivery del Chifa Wang Lu – Tumbes - 2019. La metodología de esta investigación es observacional, mediante un diseño no experimental y transversal; la población en estudio fue de 22712 personas de la ciudad de Tumbes; donde la muestra de estudio obtenida fue de 378 encuestas. Las técnicas de análisis de datos fueron encuesta y la observación. Se concluyó determinando que los varones son los más asiduos concurrentes al Chifa Wang Lu de Tumbes; la situación externa del Chifa Wang Lu se presenta en condiciones favorables para lograr los objetivos estratégicos planteados; por otro lado, la situación interna del Chifa Wang Lu, cuenta con las condiciones para poder implementar el servicio delivery; los competidores directos del restaurante, cuentan con este servicio delivery aunque de manera limitada; por ello es necesaria la implementación del servicio, para abarcar mayor número de clientes y posicionarse en el mercado, finalmente las características de los competidores son similares a la del Chifa Wang Lu

    In the current study, six species of the genus Spinirta from southern China are recognized, four new species are described: S. hongyui Wang, Lu & Z.S. Zhang sp. nov. (♂♀), S. liuae Wang, Lu & Z.S. Zhang sp. nov. (♂♀), S. simianshan Wang, Lu & Z.S. Zhang sp. nov. (♂♀) and S. yintiaoling Wang, Lu & Z.S. Zhang sp. nov. (♂). Females of S. aviforma Jin & Zhang, 2020 (♂♀) and S. quadrata Jin & Zhang, 2020 (♂♀) are described for the first time.
