Pengaruh Produk Dana Pihak Ketiga (Dpk), Tingkat Bagi Hasil Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Minat Investasi Masyarakat Pada Bank Sumut Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Simpang Kayu Besar
Penelitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fasilitas-fasilitas untuk berinvestasi yang di berikan lembaga keuangan bank syariah, yang mana investasi yang dilakukan masyarakat juga berperan penting dalam perkembangan bank syariah. Produk dana pihak ketiga (DPK), tingkat bagi hasil dan fasilitas yang pada penelitian ini akan menjadi variabel yang mempengaruhi, sedangkan minat investasi yang akan menjadi variabel yang dipengaruhi pada lembaga keuangan Bank Sumut Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Simpang Kayu Besar. Sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil ataupun kesimpulan yang dapat berguna bagi semua pihak. Rumusan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah pengaruh produk dana pihak ketiga, tingkat bagi hasil dan fasilitas terhadap minat investasi masyarakat pada Bank Sumut Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Simpang Kayu Besar secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi liniear berganda, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada uji parsial bahwa hanya tingkat bagi hasil yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat investasi masyarakat, sedangakan variabel produk dana pihak ketiga dan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi masyarakat. Namun dari hasil uji simultan didapat hasil variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat investasi masyarakat pada Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 80,3%. Jika membandingkan penelitian yang penulis lakukan dengan penelitian terdahulu terdapat perbedaan hasil pada variabel produk DPK yang dilakukan Mufqi Firaldi dan fasilitas yang dilakukan Ahmad Abdilla Reza yang mana peneliti mendapatkan hasil tidak terdapat pengaruh dari dua variabel tersebut, sedangkan peneliti terdahulu mendapatkan hasil sebaliknya, sedangkan pada variabel tingkat bagi hasil peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang sama dengan peneliti terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Wirdayani Wahab yang mana tingkat bagi hasil berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat
Does store atmosphere support consumers' desire to shopping?
Store atmosphere is one of the factors owned by the store to attract consumers. Each store has a physical layout that makes it easy and difficult for shoppers to move around in it. Each store has a shop appearance that shapes the atmosphere according to its target market and can attract consumers to buy.This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere on consumer decisions in shopping. This study used a quantitative method using SPSS software version 25. Research resultsthat the store atmosphere has a significant effect on consumer decisions in shopping. It was also found that the atmosphere of the store had an influence of 35.6% on consumer decisions in shopping, the remaining 64.4% was influenced by factors not examined in this study
