Teatr w szkole: efektywna i przyjemna nauka
Introduction: the theatre arts within the school curriculum has sparked a growing interest in schools as they have unique qualities that can help teachers propose teaching methods and strategies to train subjects who are able to identify their feelings in social contexts, but also a way to attract students' attention and at the same time have an enjoyable and entertaining learning experience.Research aim: was to evaluate the effectiveness of using the arts within curricular learning through a literature review. In addition, a questionnaire was administered to primary school teachers in Taranto, Italy, and its province, on the validity of the use of theatre at school.Evidence-based facts: the experience of theatre in education also enables students to explore help-seeking options. Even apart from explicit learning, there is evidence that engaging children and young people with the arts can have a positive impact on their mental health and well-being.Summary: This should be considered as a starting point for incorporating theatre practice into the school learning program, as it appears to be not far removed, in terms of education, from the school needs of the pupils themselves. The teachers interviewed themselves turn out to be, in this sense, still very restrained and tied to curricular activities to the detriment of the implementation of training interventions that are essential and geared to enhancing different skills.Wprowadzenie: Wprowadzenie sztuki teatralnej do szkolnego programu nauczania wywołało rosnące zainteresowanie wśród nauczycieli pracujących w szkole.

Giving Voice to Employees and Spreading Information within the Firm: the Manner Matters
Economists are paying increasing attention to “factors” in job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can affect productivity, effort, absenteeism, and quits. This paper analyzes data from the “Working in Britain, 2000” questionnaire; the results confirm the effects of individual features on job satisfaction, as highlighted in previous studies. The analysis shows that job satisfaction can be enhanced by spreading information within the organization and by giving voice to employees, but the management must choose communication strategies perceived as reliable by the employees.Human Resource Management,Job satisfaction, gift exchange, employees’ voice, procedural utility
Zarządzanie lękiem w czasie pandemii COVID-19: wpływ aktywności fizycznej w dzieciństwie
Introduction: Physical activity as an intervention to prevent or mitigate the symptoms of anxiety in childhood is a topic that has not yet found the right valorization in the socio-cultural context, even if it is commonly recognized its importance on health, less common is that it has on psychological well-being, especially of children and adolescents.Research Aim: The article takes into consideration an in-depth Bibliographic Research on the most important search engines, selected on this topic including articles from 2016 to 2021.Evidence-based Facts: Protocols with which we want to demonstrate the positive correlation between anxiety, depression and physical activity and its importance especially in this period of pandemic, which has determined a significant decrease in the levels of physical exercise, significantly increasing the risk of young people to incur in disorders of anxious type and to develop psychological distress. Summary: Prevent and fight with simple but necessary motor solutions, indispensable for this target audience.Wprowadzenie:W niniejszej pracy, poprzez skrupulatny przegląd literatury, podjęto próbę refleksji nad pozytywną korelacją pomiędzy aktywnością fizyczną a pierwszymi objawami lęku w dzieciństwie oraz nad jej wpływem na dobrostan psychiczny, szczególnie dzieci i młodzieży.Cel badań:artykuł uwzględnia pogłębione badania bibliograficzne obejmujące artykuły z lat 2016–2021.Stan wiedzy:artykuły, za pomocą których chcemy wykazać pozytywną korelację między lękiem, depresją i aktywnością fizyczną oraz jej znaczenie zwłaszcza podczas pandemii, która spowodowała znaczny spadek poziomu wysiłku fizycznego, znacząco zwiększając u młodych ludzi ryzyko wystąpienia zaburzeń typu lękowego i dystresu psychicznego .Podsumowanie:należy zapobiegać i walczyć prostymi, ale niezbędnymi rozwiązaniami motorycznymi dla tej grupy docelowej
Legendrian cycles and Alexandrov sphere theorems for W^{2,n}-hypersurfaces
In this thesis, we prove that the proximal unit normal bundle of the graph of a W^{2,n}-function in n-variables carries a natural structure of Legendrian cycle. We then generalize Alexandrov's sphere theorems for higher-order mean curvature functions to hypersurfaces in \mathbb{R}^{n+1} which are locally graphs of arbitrary W^{2,n}-functions, under a general degenerate ellipticity condition. The proof relies on extending the Montiel-Ros argument to this class of hypersurfaces and on the existence of the aforementioned Legendrian cycles. We also prove the existence of n-dimensional Legendrian cycles with 2n-dimensional support, thus answering a question posed by Rataj and Zähle. Furthermore, we extend some of these results to Sobolev-type manifolds, representable as finite unions of W^{2,n}-regular graphs, and generalize Reilly's variational formulas in this context. Finally, we provide a very general version of the umbilicality theorem for Sobolev-type hypersurfaces
Necessità dell’apparenza e memoria dell’effimero: il doppio volto della moda nella riflessione estetica di Th. W. Adorno
The aim of the paper is to investigate the question of the art-fashion relationship as it emerges, in a theoretical context full of (necessarily) unresolved tensions, from the aesthetical-philosophical reflection of Theodor W. Adorno. In particular, the paper highlights how, underlying the idea according to which modern art must open itself (consciously) to the encounter with fashion – to the point of introjecting it into the same sensible structure of the work, i.e. into its “form” –, two motivations are essentially traceable. That is, on the one hand, the ability that fashion has to embody the non-transcendibility of the ephemeral, therefore the impossibility of redeeming-sublimating the dimension of caducity, and on the other hand its ability to exhibit the necessity of appearance: the right that the sensible has to value in itself, beyond any metaphysical justification
Environmental regulation, multinational companies and international competitiveness
Concerns have been expressed that in a global market place with mobile capital, national governments will have incentives to set weak environmental policies (“environmental dumping”) to protect the international competitiveness of their domestic firms, that these incentives are particularly strong in industries where plants may be relatively footloose, so that governments are concerned to prevent “capital flight”, and that footloose plants are particularly associated with multinational firms. It is then often suggested that appropriate policy responses would be to seek to harmonise environmental regulations or impose minimum standards for environmental regulations. In this paper we set out these concerns in terms of a number of more precisely made claims and then review recent developments in economic analysis (including some of our own work) and empirical evidence to show that the claims cannot be generally sustained and that the suggested policies may be harmful. However, devising more appropriate policies is by no means straightforward
