Summary. The article presents the results of pathomorphological changes and morphometrical abnormalities of the corneal structures of rabbits with its chemical burns on the background of previously simulated hypothyroidism. It was established that when the cornea is burnt with alkali in the early period (up to 7 days) there are destructive changes of the anterior epithelium and degenerative processes in the substance of the cornea, manifested by its swelling, thickening and disorganization of collagen fibers. On the 14-21 days in the area of burn regenerative processes with the recovery of the structural organization of corneal material and with the partial restoration of the surface epithelium was observed. In animals with the burn of cornea with alkali at the background of previously simulated hypothyroidism similar in nature changes are observed, but they have less reactive course, lengthy, with the lower degree of regenerative recovery. Keywords: chemical burn of the cornea, hypothyroidism, pathomorphological changes.Savchuk Z. L., Klishch I. M., Herasymiuk I. Ye. Man, Poetry and Nature in the Work of A.Yu. Krymsky: Actuality of Postmodern Communications / M. Maksiuta, O. Shtepenko, O. Patlaichuk, I. Skliar, O. Stupak // Postmodern Openings. – 2022. – Vol. 13, iss. 1(Sup1). – P. 229–246.The article analyzes the features of poetic reflection in the work of A. Krymsky in the relation "man-nature". Coverage of this problem in the conditions of postmodern philosophical discourse requires appropriate embeddedness in the national and cultural experience. Moreover, the poetry of A. Krymsky manifests the deep experiences of the Ukrainian man's ties with the natural world, which includes the actualization of the inner nature of man. The author seeks to "write out" the laws of the "moral constitution" according to which a person is worthy of his purpose of being in nature "has the right" to love according to the vocation of his convictions, his needs and inclinations. On the one hand, the author seems to call us to abide by these "laws", but, on the other hand, his thoughts divert from such categoricalness into the space of "identity" and confessional repentance. As follows from the above, the dignity of a person consists in the awakening and strengthening of an independent, responsible, formed on the path of enriching the inner life of a spiritual personality and the search for a free egress. And in this, in fact, the highest value of the relevance of postmodern self-communication in the interpretation of the poetic work of A. Krymsky is developed

Annihilation cross-section of ultra low-energy atomic antihydrogen (% E\le10^{-5} a.u.) on atomic hydrogen are calculated within a quantum mechanical coupled channels approach. The results differ from the extrapolations of semiclassical models to low energies. The main features of the observables are found to be determined by a family of HHˉH\bar{H} nearthreshold states

    Antiproton-hydrogen annihilation at subkelvin temperatures

The main properties of the interaction of ultralow-energy antiprotons (E<~10-6 a.u.) with atomic hydrogen are established. They include the elastic and inelastic cross sections and protonium (Pn) formation spectrum. The inverse Auger process (Pn+e→H+p̅) is taken into account in the framework of a unitary coupled-channel model. The annihilation cross section is found to be several times smaller than the predictions made by the black sphere absorption models. A family of p̅H near-threshold metastable states is predicted. The dependence of protonium formation probability on the position of such near-threshold S-matrix singularities is analyzed. An estimation for the HH¯ annihilation cross section is obtained

Due to the severity of system-wide power outages, though their probability of occurrence is slight, regulatory authorities require that a system restoration plan be drawn up and kept up to date at all times. The power outage that affected northeastern North America in 2003 proved the need for such a requirement. The particular structure of Hydro-Québec's power system requires the use of a highly specific system restoration procedure. The daily preparation of the system restoration plan is based on a strategy whose application requires that a restoration sequence be drawn up that uses available equipment, the electrical behavior of which has been validated using appropriate studies. Over the years, Hydro-Québec has accumulated a sizeable pool of knowledge that brings together all the solutions already studied. System restoration planners use their know-how to find the best solution, determine whether it is appropriate, and proceed to apply it. When required, new solutions must be developed. The new RECRÉ software program (French acronym for “Remise En Charge du Réseau” – System Restoration) has been implemented by Hydro-Québec in 2005. The aim of this knowledge management system is to have system restoration knowledge become a tangible, growth-oriented and enhanceable asset. The system is made up of two modules: the knowledge engineering module, whereby modeling can be done of the system restoration strategy and known solutions in a knowledge base, and the planning module, whereby system restoration plans can be drawn up based on the unavailability of power system equipment. The RECRÉ system can produce a validated and adequate plan in a few seconds along with all the documents required for its dissemination. The RECRÉ system can also analyze in a few minutes all of the situations that apply to scheduled outages for the weeks that follow or the upcoming year. This allows solution gaps to be identified in the knowledge base
