Get PDFNaisiin kohdistuva väkivalta on Suomessa kasvussa. Ensi- ja turvakoteihin hakeutuvien naisten määrä on lisääntynyt vuosittain. Sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden ammattilaiset kohtaavat väkivaltaa kohdanneita naisia ja tärkeää olisi tietää heidän käyttämiään työkaluja. Sosiaali- ja terveysalan opiskelijoiden tulisi oppia tarvittavia vuorovaikutuskeinoja ja työkaluja, koska aihetta käsitellään ammattikorkeakoulussa vähän. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä oppimateriaalia väkivaltatyöstä, erityisesti verbaalista ja nonverbaalista viestinnästä. Tavoitteena oli lisätä tietoa kohtaamisosaamisesta väkivaltatyössä.
Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty kehittämistyönä ja tilaajana toimi VIVIEN-koulutushanke. Kehittämistyön tuotoksena syntyi sähköinen oppimateriaali, joka on käytössä Satakunnan Ammattikorkeakoulun opettajille, opiskelijoille ja muille Haka-tunnuksen omaaville henkilöille. Materiaali on käytössä myös VIVIEN-hankkeessa tarvittaessa.
Kehittämistyö muodostui aineistoarkistoihin tutustumisesta ja kahden haastattelun toteuttamisesta, verkkomateriaalin luomisesta, sekä opinnäytetyöraportin kirjoittamisesta. Oppimisympäristön materiaali koostui haastatteluissa esille nousseiden tärkeimpien aiheiden ja aineistoarkistoiden yhdistämisestä. Verkkomateriaali on eri aloja opiskeleville ja työtä tekeville, vaikka siinä huomioitiin psykofyysisen fysioterapian lähestymistapa.Violence against women is increasing in Finland. The number of women seeking help from safety homes is also increasing every year. Social and health care workers meet these women and it is important know what kind of tools they use. Students studying social and health care are supposed to learn these tools and interaction ways but information on this subject at school is only a light touch on the surface. The purpose of this thesis was to create a learning material on working against violence, especially verbal and non-verbal communication. The aim of this thesis was to spread knowledge of how to encounter women who have experienced violence.
This thesis is a development project for educational project called VIVIEN. The final product was e-learning material. The material is available for the teachers and students of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and also for Haka-users. If needed, the material is also available for VIVIEN.
The development project consisted of exploring earlier researches, inducting two interviews, creating the e-learning material and writing the thesis essay. Topics for the material were gathered from the interviews and articles. This project was done from a psychophysical physiotherapy’s point of view, but it is still suitable for every employee from social and health care sector

Seeking transcendence: death, rebirth and transformation in the poetry of Renée Vivien (1877-1909)
Get PDFRenée Vivien, born Pauline Mary Tarn in England in 1877, moved to Paris at the age of twenty-one, where she pursued a literary career. Between 1901 and 1909, when she died at the age of thirty-two, Vivien published over thirty volumes of poetry, several short stories, translations of Sappho’s fragments, and a novel. Vivien chose to write exclusively in French, and her proficiency in that language is evidenced in her adherence to the strict conventions of French prosody. She was also a Classics scholar, and her knowledge of Greek facilitated her translation of Sappho into French. Vivien was a familiar member of the lesbian community of Paris, known as ‘Paris Tout Lesbos’. Paris at the turn of the century was known for its relaxed moral attitudes, and lesbianism was fashionable amongst the bohemian and literary circles of the Belle Époque. However, while these circles enjoyed sexual and cultural freedoms, an undercurrent of misogynistic and anti-feminist sentiment prevailed in French society. Such misogyny found expression in the medical discourse of the period and was articulated in literature and the popular press. Vivien’s poetry and prose, influenced by decadent and symbolist writing, challenged and subverted the androcentrism of these genres, confronting their anti-feminist/lesbian bias. Contemporaneous criticism of her work, focused on her image as a doomed and tragic lesbian, infamous for her hedonistic lifestyle, while modern critics pointed to her Decadent influences as an example of the anti-feminist aesthetic at play in her poetics. This thesis however aims through a close analysis of Vivien’s poetry to demonstrate the proto-feminist rhetoric of Vivien’s writing, and through the prism of the themes of death, rebirth and transformation, to reveal Vivien’s quest for transcendence.N

En los últimos años, sin embargo, su figura ha suscitado un interés creciente a raíz de los esfuerzos por (re)descubrir a autoras olvidadas de la historia literaria francesa (Planté, 2003). Es en el ámbito de la música actual donde encontramos uno de los proyectos más interesantes para redescubrir a Vivien, con el álbum-libro «Treize poèmes», en el que la cantautora Pauline Paris pone música a una selección de poemas de Vivien con ilustraciones de Élisa Franz. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el álbum como una reescritura de Vivien en el contexto de la poesía lesbiana. El artículo presenta primero la figura y la obra de Vivien y examina después la musicalización de su obra por parte de Pauline Paris. Por último, reflexiona sobre la situación de las producciones artísticas LGBTQ+ en el contexto actual.RÉSUMÉ: Renée Vivien (Londres 1877 - Paris 1909) est à la fois une autrice culte pour les communautés lesbiennes et une grande inconnue pour le grand public en France. Or, depuis quelques années, sa figure suscite un intérêt croissant dans le sillage des efforts visant à (re)découvrir les autrices méconnues de l’histoire littéraire en France (Planté, 2003). C’est dans le domaine des musiques actuelles où l’on retrouve un des gestes forts visant à redécouvrir la figure de Vivien avec la parution en 2019 du livre-album «Treize poèmes», où l’ACI Pauline Paris met en musique une sélection de poèmes de Vivien avec les illustrations d’Élisa Franz. L’objectif de cet article consiste précisément à analyser «Treize poèmes» comme une réécriture de l’œuvre de Vivien dans le contexte de la poésie lesbienne. Pour ce faire, l’article présente d’abord la figure et l’œuvre de Vivien, puis étudie la mise en musique de son œuvre par Pauline Paris. Enfin, il réfléchit à la situation des créations LGBTQ+ dans le contexte actuel.ABSTRACT: Renée Vivien (London 1877 - Paris 1909) is both a cult author for lesbian communities and a great unknown to the general reading public in France. In recent years, however, her figure has aroused growing interest in the wake of efforts to (re-)discover women authors who have been ignored or erased from French literary history (Planté, 2003). It is in the field of popular music that we find one of the strong gestures aimed at rediscovering Vivien in the form of a book-album «Treize poèmes» by singer-songwriter Pauline Paris, which sets to music a selection of Vivien's poems, accompanied by illustrations by Élisa Franz. The aim of this article is to analyse this album as a rewriting of Vivien's work within the tradition of lesbian poetry. The article first presents the figure and work of Renée Vivien. Then, it examines the musical setting of her poems in the album by Pauline Paris.
