    The Influence of Knowledge, Motivation, and Support and Facilities on the Interest of Teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Jayapura in Publishing Publications: A Quantitative Approach to Identifying Constraints and Solutions

    This study aims to identify the factors that affect the interest of SMP Negeri 8 Jayapura teachers in publishing scientific publications, analyze the obstacles faced, and offer solutions based on quantitative approaches. All population members were used as respondents in this saturated sample study, which involved 75 instructors at SMP Negeri 8 Jayapura. A 5-point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire used to collect the data. Evaluation of the measurement model, structural model, and hypothesis testing were all part of the data analysis process utilizing Smart PLS 4. The study identified three main variables that influenced teachers' scientific publications, namely knowledge of scientific writing techniques (X1), writing Motivation (X2), and access to facilities and support (X3). All three significantly affected scientific publications (Y), with the most significant contribution from knowledge (loading 0.922). Cronbach's Alpha scores of 0.783–0.827 and Composite Reliability > 0.827 indicated encouraging validity and reliability testing findings. Hypothesis testing showed that X1, X2, and X3 had a significant positive effect on Y, confirming the importance of increasing knowledge, Motivation, and support to improve teachers' scientific publications

    The teacher is the dominant factor in the learning process at school. In the learning process, teachers are required to master the material being taught. Mastery of the material to be taught is an absolute requirement for the teacher, teachers can make textbooks or modules from the subjects being taught to better understand the material taught by a teacher. Making textbooks requires willingness, perseverance, commitment and lots of references. The sample of this research is the teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Jayapura as many as 17 teachers. The research activity was carried out, first the author gave a pre-test instrument to the teachers about the knowledge of textbook writing. Researchers provide material about the knowledge of writing textbooks, how to collect references, via the internet, textbooks, modules and journals. Textbook writing, code of ethics norms for editing teaching materials, Indonesian grammar according to textbook writing standards. The teaching materials were delivered, followed by questions and answers and discussions with activity participants. The activities carried out went well, it could be seen from the enthusiasm and motivation of the participants to take part in the activities. The materials prepared by the activity implementers were 98% complete. Participants in the activity were 17 participants, from the expected 15-20 teachers. After the material is taught, the post-test instrument is the same as the pre-test. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, the teacher gained an increase in knowledge about writing teaching materials with an average n-Gain of 0.41 including the medium category.Keywords: teaching materials; teachers; n-Gai

    This study examines the effect of the application of the method to focus Andragogy the level of education, active labor and the harvest on Integrated Pest Management Field School (FFS) in District Aimas Sorong Regency. Implementation of this research was conducted in three groups of farmers in the district forward Aimas ie farmer groups of 25 people, farmer groups and the border of the farmer 25 farmer groups Rukun Wargi 25 people that totaled 75 people. This research is experimental real. For the regression test results of this study indicate that there is a significant contribution between andragogy methods the education level of 0.4%, a simple regression test results showed that, Andragogy method to work activeness of 1.2%, while for methods of andragogy against varabel harvest rice result of 45.7%. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is the influence of the simultaneous application of the method Andragogy the level of education, active labor and the harvest on Integrated Pest Management Field School (FFS) in District Aimas Sorong Regency

    The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of experimental method to study interest, (2) influence of experiment method to learning activity, (3) influence of experiment method to learning result, (4) improvement of learning result on wave material the sound of class XII students IPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat Raja Ampat District. This type of research is a correlational quantitative research. The sample in this study is the students of class XII IPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat Raja Ampat Regency which amounted to 35 students. The result of the research shows that (1) there is a strong influence between experimental method of using learning method equal to r = 0,709 with contribution 50,3%, while the influence of experiment method to learning interest is (tct = 5,774)> (ttable = 1,697 ) or significance value 0.00 <0.05, (2) there is a strong influence between experimental method of using learning method r = 0,854 with donation equal to 73%, while the influence of experiment method to learning activity is (tct = 9,437)> (ttabel = 1,697) or significance value 0.00 <0.05, (3) there is a strong influence between the variables of the use of experimental methods on learning outcomes of r = 0,531 with a contribution of 28.2%, while the amount of influence of use experimental method of learning result is (tct = 9,437)> (ttable = 1,697) or significance value 0,00 <0,05, (4) there is improvement of result lecture on the matter of sound waves of students of class XII IPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat Raja Ampat District of 0.58 which is included in the medium categor

    Teachers according to Law No. 14 of 2005 are professional educators, therefore increasing self-competence is a must. One of the self-competencies that must be developed is increasing research and disseminating it in journals. The teacher's current problem is not being able to make publications, some of the things that are considered as the cause include teachers not understanding the signs in making publications, teachers feel burdened by school administration, and others. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training on writing scientific papers, especially in journals. This activity was attended by 20 teachers, the training material included guidelines for making publications and how to submit to journals. The material is delivered in the form of lectures. The results show that the teacher is very happy and feels helped by this activity. In terms of the process, it is included in the good category, this can be seen from the attendance of the participants which reached 100%, all participants seemed very enthusiastic, enthusiastic and motivated to take part in this activity

    This research is a research and development (Research & Development) which aims to find out how to develop physics learning module based on discovery learning on vector material of class X students of SMA KPG Typical "Papua" Merauke. Number of samples of study 21 students of class X MIA-2 SMA KPG Typical "Papua" Merauke. Data analysis techniques used descriptive presentative to determine the feasibility of the module. The results showed that: (1). Module development module starts from potential problem analysis, module planning, module drafting, and development; (2). The feasibility of module from media validator was obtained percentage of average result of 81.96% with very feasible category, material validator equal to 95.62% with very decent category, and result of student response equal to 87.29% with very good category; (3). Excess module that was module contextually according to local wisdom of Papua especially Merauke and improved learners learn result with result of average of n-Gain test equal to 0.64 with medium concept concept category; (4). The shortcomings of the module were the less developed discovery learning stage in the module more broadly.  Keywords: Discovery Learning, Learning Outcomes, and Physics Module

    Science learning modules on soil material and life sustainability have never been made especially in SMP Negeri 2 Manokwari. This research is a research and development (Research & Development) that aims to find out how to make integrated science modules, the feasibility of integrated science modules, and increase learning outcomes in soil material and the sustainability of life. The research sample was carried out in class IX E SMP Negeri 2 Manokwari with a total of 38 students. The results of the study show that: 1) The method of developing an integrated science module based on guided inquiry on soil material and life sustainability starts with the stages of definition, module planning, module draft design, and development. from the validator of 88% in the very feasible category, science teachers by 90% in the very feasible category, and the results of small-scale trials by 89%. 3) Increasing student learning outcomes with an average pretest score of 35.72 to 71.11 in the posttest and n-gain tests an average of 0.55 in the medium category

    This study is related to the development of teaching materials that adapt the changes in the old curriculum to the new curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum by implementing a learning model, namely a discovery learning-based module. The Discovery learning model is one model that can play a role in solving problems for students so that they can learn independently. The purpose of this study is to see the feasibility and response of students regarding the discovery learning-based module. This researcher adapted from the ADDIE development model (Pribadi, 2014) which has 5 stages. However, in this study it was only limited to the development stage so that only 3 stages were carried out, namely Analysis, Design, and Development until a limited trial was carried out. Module validation was carried out by 3 validators to test 6 aspects that were assessed and obtained an overall percentage of 88.08% with a very strong interpretation and a limited trial to 31 class VIII A students where seen from the 4 aspects that were assessed obtained an overall percentage of 92% with a very strong implementation. So based on these results, it can be concluded that the discovery learning-based learning module on the subject of vibrations and waves at SMPN 4 Jayapura is suitable for use and the response of students regarding the discovery learning-based module for the subject of vibrations and waves is very goo
