Palveluohjaus Viola-Kotiyhdistyksessä: Palveluohjauksen yhtenäistäminen Viola-Kotiyhdistyksen toimipisteissä
Full text linkOpinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää palveluohjauksen kehittymistä Viola-kotiyhdistyksessä. Tavoitteena oli selvittää, millaisia kokemuksia palveluohjaajilla on palveluohjauksesta tällä hetkellä sekä kirkastaa palveluohjausta organisaatiossa ja vahvistaa nykyistä palveluohjauksen toimintamallia ja sen tavoitteellisuutta Violakotiyhdistys ry:n eri toimipisteiden kesken.
Työn teoreettiset viitekehykset muodostuvat ikääntymisestä, ikääntyneistä, ikäihmisten palveluista sekä palveluohjauksesta. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena haastatellen Viola-Kotiyhdistyksessä työskenteleviä palveluohjaajia. Saadut vastaukset analysointiin sisällönanalyysin avulla.
Tutkimustulokset liittyivät keskeisimmin palveluohjaukseen käsitteenä, palveluohjaajien kokemuksiin liittyen työnkuvan luonteeseen ja sen muuttumisesta vuosien aikana sekä siihen millaisia odotuksia ja kehittämisehdotuksia heillä on työn suhteen tulevaisuudessa. Tutkimuksesta saatujen vastauksien perusteella selvisi, että palveluohjaajan työ ei ole varsinaisesti muuttunut, vaan se, millä tavalla työtä tehdään. Työvälineet ovat kehittyneet, ja teknologiaa on pystytty hyödyntämään entistä tehokkaammin.
The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis was to find out the development of service guidance in the Viola- Association (Viola-Kotiyhdistys). The purpose was to find out what kind of experiences the service instructors have of service guidance on the moment and to better define the service guidance in the organisation. A further aim is also strengthen the present model.
The theoretical framework of the thesis consist of aging, the elderly, services for the elderly and service guidance and service control. The research was carried out as a qualitative research by interviewing service managers working in the Viola Association. The responses were analysed with content analysis.
The results of the research were most closely related to service guidance as a concept, the experiences of the service instructors, changes in the work that have taken place during the past few years and also to what kind of expectations and development suggestions the instructors have. Based on the answers by the research, it turned out that the work itself has not changed but the way the work is done. The tools have evolved and the technology has been utilized more efficiently
