    In questo contributo gli autori intendono offrire una prospettiva di lettura che chiarisca le dimensioni alla base dello sviluppo di una personalità disturbata di tipo psicopatico. Una rappresentazione distanziante/evitante della relazione di attaccamento, in concomitanza con esperienze di abuso fisico/emotivo e di trascuratezza, predispongono ad una risposta disfunzionale a traumi ed esperienze di vita negative, riducendo la resilience dell’individuo e favorendo lo sviluppo di incapacità empatica ed impulsività. Tali aspetti rappresentano l’espressione di una difficoltà a modulare i propri stati emotivi interni in maniera congrua ai contesti di vita ed alle situazioni sociali. I costrutti teorici di riferimento assunti in questa trattazione vengono  ulteriormente illustrati, riportando un caso di psicopatia, osservato attraverso l’uso di test psicologici.&nbsp

    Bakalaureusetöö Tehnika ja tehnoloogia õppekavalLõputöö teema valiti seoses päikeseenergia populaarsemaks muutumisega. Töö käsitleb paneelide koguvõimsuse suurendamise tehnilisi võimalusi stringi kohta inverteri suhtes. Lõputöös simuleeritakse selleks erinevaid lahendusi. Töö on koostatud teoreetilisel baasil, kasutades selleks erinevate tootjate programme ning simuleerides läbi lahendusi. Üritatakse leida, kui palju on teoreetiliselt võimalik suurendada paneelide koguvõimsust inverteri suhtes ning püütakse välja tuua ka asjaolud, mis hakkavad edasist üledimensioneerimist piirama. Lõputöös jõuti tulemuseni, et üledimensioneerimine on teatud piirini mõistlik ning arvestades tootjate ettekirjutusi saaks suurendada kogu süsteemi tootlikkust. Samuti leiti mõned dimensioneerimist piirama hakkavad asjaolud- näiteks stringide nimipinge ning tootjapoolne garantii.The subject of this thesis was chosen because of the solar energy is getting more popular. The thesis will address technical possibilites of PV panels oversizing compared to inverter rating power. The thesis will contain simulation data of oversizing possibilities. The thesis is based on a theoretical basis using different manufacturers programmes and simulations based on them. The author will try to find how much is possible to oversize the panels compared to inverter and find out restrictions for doing it. In conclusion, there was found that oversizing is reasonable until some point, if to take into account the manufacturer’s recommendations and guidelines the system’s capacity can be increased. There were some things also found that will start to restrict the overdimensioning, such as the voltage of strings and the manufacturer’s warranty for the inverter

    BackgroundThe aim of this study was to assess the impact of septal thickness on long-term outcomes of surgical treatment for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and correction of mitral subvalvular anomalies.MethodsSixty-six consecutive patients (58 ± 12 years, 56% female) undergoing extended septal myectomy and subvalvular mitral apparatus remodeling from 2007 to 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. Patients were divided into 2 groups according to septal thickness: moderate [ResultsThe mean interventricular septal thickness was 19 ± 3 mm, 15.8 ± 0.8 mm in patients with moderate and 21.4 ± 3.2 mm in those with severe hypertrophy. Preoperative data, intraoperative variables, postoperative complication rates, pre-discharge echocardiographic and clinical parameters did not differ between the two study groups [except for procedures involving the posterior mitral leaflet (p = 0.033) and septal thickness after myectomy (p = 0.0001)]. Subvalvular apparatus remodeling (secondary chordae of mitral valve resection and papillary muscle and muscularis trabecula procedures including resection, splitting, and elongation) was invariably added to septal myectomy (100%). Four (6%) procedures involved the posterior mitral leaflets. Mitral valve replacement was carried out in two patients (3%, p = 0.4). Reoperation for persistent MR was necessary in one patient (1%, p = 0.4). Neither iatrogenic ventricular septal defect nor in-hospital mortality occurred. During follow-up (mean 4.8 ± 3.8 years), two deaths occurred. NYHA class was reduced from 2.9 ± 0.7 to 1.6 ± 0.6 (p ConclusionsRegardless of septal thickness, subvalvular apparatus remodeling with concomitant septal myectomy can provide satisfactory long-term outcomes in terms of symptom improvement, LVOT obstruction relief, and MR resolution (without mitral valve replacement in most cases) in patients with HOCM.</p
