Vliv vnitřní organizační kultury na udržení zaměstnanců v dané společnosti
No full textThis thesis explores the concept, values, and types of internal organizational culture and how they affect employee retention. It analyzes how the global IT company IBM has structured its internal organizational culture, which it uses to retain and develop its employees. The author primarily focused on the structure of the IBM company as well as its six principles of culture in the organization. The analysis was carried out through a survey. As for the participants, the author randomly selected 50 IBM employees in Prague, during which the following points were noted: Although a significant proportion of IBM's workforce expresses contentment with the company's organizational culture and its approach to employee development and career advancement, there remain individuals who believe that the level of organizational culture could be enhanced. For this purpose, ways to improve their methods of maintaining organizational culture are considered. The author suggested possible solutions in favor of increasing the value of organizational culture for employees.Tato práce zkoumá koncept, hodnoty a typy vnitřní organizační kultury a jejich vliv na udržení zaměstnanců. Analyzuje, jak globální IT společnost IBM strukturovala svou vnitřní organizační kulturu, kterou využívá k udržení a rozvoji svých zaměstnanců. Autor se zaměřil především na strukturu společnosti IBM a také na šest principů kultury v organizaci. Analýza byla provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Co se týče účastníků, author náhodně vybral 50 zaměstnanců IBM v Praze, během nichž byly zaznamenány následující závěry: Přestože značná část zaměstnanců IBM vyjadřuje spokojenost s organizační kulturou společnosti a jejím přístupem k rozvoji a kariérnímu postupu zaměstnanců, zůstávají jedinci, kteří se domnívají, že úroveň organizační kultury by bylo možné zlepšit. Za tímto účelem jsou zvažovány způsoby, jak zlepšit jejich metody udržování organizační kultury. Autor navrhl možná řešení ve prospěch zvýšení hodnoty organizační kultury pro zaměstnance
The Gaze of an Intruder in the Colonial World: Les Pieds-Noirs of Marie Cardinal
No full textIn 1988 Marie Cardinal contributed a long autobiographical text with photographs to the collective album Les Pieds-Noirs. Algérie 1920-1954. This introductory testimony gives a personal, poetic and problematic perspective to the volume. By focusing on her autobiographical experience, the author, who comes from a matriarchal family, condenses the history of four generations of Pieds-Noirs women by putting into perspective all the stereotypes and power relations at work in this private and intimate colonial sample. Two perspectives intersect in the text: that of the images, which have a testimonial role, and that of the female narrator, who questions, through her oblique gaze, the legitimacy of her presence in a country that is nonetheless her own. Marie Cardinal’s photobiography, far from being a family album, thus becomes the instrument for representing the schizoid tears linked to the end of the colonial enterprise

No full textIm folgenden Beitrag werden drei Erzählungen einer der eminentesten deutschsprachigen Autorinnen des 19. Jahrhunderts, Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach, vor dem Hintergrund der narrativen Empathie näher untersucht. In den ausgewählten literarischen Texten treten als Protagonisten Tiere, Kinder und/oder Repräsentanten niedrigerer gesellschaftlicher Schichten auf, denen die Autorin ein ausgeprägtes Mitgefühl entgegenbringt. Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, auf was für eine Art und Weise den Leserinnen und Lesern dieses Mitgefühl vermittelt wird, welche erzähltechnischen Mittel dafür verwendet werden und was für eine Wirkung die Texte auf die Rezipienten ausüben. Die Untersuchung zeigt, dass die Autorin trotz der Tatsache, dass sie der gehobenen, adeligen Gesellschaftsschicht entstammte, aufgrund ihrer Anteilnahme, ihrer präzisen, scharfsichtigen Beobachtungsgabe und ihres Sinns für Ironie, ihres sozialen Engagements sowie ihres schriftstellerischen Könnens mit ihren literarischen Texten eine wichtige gesellschafts- und sozialkritische Aufgabe erfüllte und das Mitgefühl ihrer Zeitgenossinnen und Zeitgenossen unmittelbar ansprach, weswegen ihre Texte noch heute relevant und (wieder) aktuell sind. The article uses the eco-ethical approach to examine selected narratives of one of the most eminent German-language authors of the 19th century, Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach. The focus is on exploring the role of empathy in her selected narratives. Literary texts featuring either children or animals as main protagonists take center stage. What influence did the author, who held a highly respected position in society, exert on her contemporaries? The investigation reveals that despite belonging to an elevated, aristocratic social stratum, the author included important societal critique in her literary texts, owing to her empathy, keen and precise observational skills, and social engagement.Z ekološko-etičnim pristopom članek preučuje izbrane pripovedi ene najpomembnejših avtoric 19. stoletja, avstrijske prozaistke Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach. V središču zanimanja je vloga empatije in sočutja v njenih kratkih zgodbah, v katerih nastopajo v osrednji vlogi živali, otroci in deprivilegirani člani družbe. Kakšen vpliv je imela avtorica, ki je imela zaradi svojega statusa v družbi privilegiran položaj, na svoje sodobnike? Kakšno vlogo igra v njenih literarnih besedilih empatija? Članek razkriva, da je avtorici kljub temu, da je pripadala višjemu, plemiškemu družbenemu razredu, z natančnim, ostrim darom opazovanja, empatično noto ter ironijo, s katero se je lotevala svojih stanovskih kolegov, uspelo ustvariti etično močna literarna besedila, s katerimi je močno vplivala tako na sodobno literarno produkcijo kot na družbo na splošno.

No full textBakalářská práce na téma Porovnání inscenací Kouzelné flétny s přihlédnutím na své účinkování se soustředí na komparativní analýzu dvou různých zpracování Kouzelné flétny v režii Davida Radoka a Vladimíra Morávka ve Stavovském divadle v Praze. Práce představuje skladatele Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta, jeho život a dílo, dále pak libretistu Emanuela Schikanedera a okolnosti vzniku opery, a nakonec vlastní komparaci inscenací. Nejprve je vedle sebe postaveno celkové pojetí inscenací, poté jednotlivé divadelní složky – scéna, kostýmy, hudební nastudování, jazyk, taneční soubor a práce s režiséry. Přínosem je v první řadě skutečnost, že analýza tohoto rozsahu dosud nebyla provedena, ale také osobní angažovanost autorky, která vystupovala v obou inscenacích a může tak nabídnout cenné zkušenosti obohacené o osobní výpověď dirigentů a ostatních účinkujících.The bachelor thesis on Comparison of productions of The Magic Flute with regard to author´s performance focuses on a comparative analysis of two different adaptations of The Magic Flute directed by David Radok and Vladimír Morávek at the Estates Theatre in Prague. The thesis introduces the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, his life and work, then the librettist Emanuel Schikaneder and the circumstances of the opera's creation, and finally the actual comparison of the productions. Firstly the overall concept of the productions is juxtaposed, then the individual theatrical components – scene, costumes, musical staging, language, dance ensemble and work with the directors. The contribution is firstly the fact that an analysis on this scale has not been made before, and secondly the personal involvement of the author, who has performed in both productions and can thus offer valuable experience enriched by the personal testimony of the conductors and other performers.

No full textTato práce se zabývá popisem démonologických pověstí na Chodsku a jejich typologií sestavenou Janem Lufferem, která je dělí do šesti hlavních kategorií. Dále se v práci objevují konkrétní ukázky démonologických pověstí, zejména od Jana Františka Hrušky, Jindřicha Šimona Baara, Zdeňka Šmída a Marie Korandové. Je zde obsažena charakteristika jednotlivých nadpřirozených bytostí a jevů, které se vyskytují v tamních pověstech. Okrajově je zde zmíněn též chodský dialekt a jeho zvláštnosti, přičemž příloha obsahuje mj. také celkovou transkripci rozhovorů s respondenty na Chodsku. No full textThe author defined the place of immunoscintigraphy in the management of ovarian cancer, evaluate the contribution of IS and its place among diagnostic methods in the treatment and follow up of women with ovarian cancer. The advantage of IS compared to CT examination is the detection of pathological lesions (metastases, recurrence) before their clinical manifestation, especially in the soft tissues, except liver. IS is a convenient method for the patient, eliminating radiation loading.
