Río Negro, Argentina.La Municipalidad de Villa Regina (1924), ubicada en el Alto Valle de la Provincia de Río Negro, Patagonia Argentina, es una región reconocida mundialmente por la producción y exportación de frutas de pepita (peras y manzanas) y fue la primera colonización italiana artificial. Emigración decidida, organizada y financiada con capital público y privado italiano- argentino (consorcio de bancos, compañías navieras, comerciantes e industriales de la comunidad italiana en Argentina) y del Estado argentino. Entendiendo similitudes productivas entre Cesena y Villa Regina, interesando a las autoridades provinciales de Río Negro y a las locales para avanzar en una colaboración, se logró un hermanamiento con Cesena. Siendo el primer vínculo de Internacionalización de Villa Regina y constituyéndose en uno de los primeros municipios hermanados de la Provincia. Se pretende analizar el caso que hermana a la ciudad argentina con la italiana, en el reconocimiento de lo logrado hasta la fecha y la Ordenanza de Internacionalización de Villa Regina, aprobada en Agosto 2020, entendida como una nueva herramienta de intervención pública local, en el contexto global. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. ArgentinaThe following document contains a Business Internationalization Plan from Argentina to the United States of America of the product crystals of sea salt, tariff position 250100, for the company Sal de Aquí SRL, producer of sea salt and brines, located in the province of Chubut - Argentina. The objective of this work is to provide information to the company to perform their first export. It is prepared within the framework of the Final Degree Work Workshop. This plan is made highlighting the theoretical and practical knowledge of this and the other courses studied, in order to achieve consistency with the expected results. The Export Plan contains various strategies applied to controllable variables, with the aim of achieving the most appropriate alternative to carry out the export.El objetivo del presente Trabajo Final de Grado es analizar las condiciones de accesibilidad y el desarrollo de un plan de internacionalización para la empresa Sal de Aquí SRL, con el fin de exportar el producto cristales de sal marina en el periodo 2023-2028. Actualmente la empresa no comercializa en el exterior y se espera que al abrir nuevos mercados genere una mayor rentabilidad, incremento en el valor de la pyme y una reducción de la dependencia actual a un mercado único.En el presente trabajo, se analiza en primer lugar las preferencias de los consumidores a nivel global, destacando la adopción de hábitos más saludables; en segundo lugar, se elabora un diagnóstico inicial de la empresa indagando en su capacidad para enfrentar una exportación y, en tercer lugar, se realiza una investigación de mercados y una matriz de atractividad que permite elegir objetivamente un destino.
Realizada dicha investigación, se obtiene como resultado que el mercado estadounidense es más atractivo y viable para el desarrollo de una oferta exportable, en comparación con otros destinos preseleccionados.
Con el objeto de abordar el mercado de la manera más apropiada, se indaga en diversas estrategias. Una estrategia de producto, que tiene en cuenta atributos intrínsecos (producción y sus variedades) y extrínsecos (envases y embalajes, normas de etiquetado y envasado), así como nuevos hábitos de los consumidores. La estrategia de precios, que tiene en cuenta los costos de producción y logísticos, y compara el precio del producto ofrecido por la competencia. Una estrategia de promoción, que detalla cómo se puede dar a conocer la empresa en el mercado de destino, analizando distintas opciones. Por último, en la estrategia de distribución se indican

todos los eslabones que componen el canal de comercialización y el margen de utilidad. Además, se analiza la estrategia de ingreso al mercado de destino.
Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se encuentra que, en el mercado gastronómico estadounidense, destino seleccionado por la matriz de atractividad, la demanda se considera insatisfecha, con lo cual se realiza un análisis más profundo, teniendo en cuenta aspectos relacionados con la salud y el consumo de alimentos, así como la demanda, oferta, competencia, precios, costos, promoción y características y distribución del producto en el mercado meta.
La factibilidad financiera del proyecto indica que el plan de internacionalización de cristales de sal marina desde Argentina hacia Estados Unidos es viable en un periodo de cinco años. Con una inversión de USD 6.566,00 para acondicionamiento edilicio, maquinaria e investigación de mercados, se determina un Valor Actual Neto de USD 1.131.548,28 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 2.373%, permitiendo que el retorno de la inversión sea menor a un año. En la planificación se estima realizar un embarque el primer año y aumentar un 15% la capacidad exportadora cada año durante los años consecutivos para lograr un crecimiento del mercado de destino. A futuro, se puede evaluar la venta de mayores volúmenes, siempre y cuando la empresa cuente con la capacidad para hacerlo

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
