PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TENAGA AHLI ANGGOTA DPR RI
ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya beban kerja DPR sebagai lembaga dan individu anggota DPR, untuk memaksimalkan keahlian, diperlukan dukungan teknis dan administratif yang diberikan oleh kelompok ahli untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis, mengkaji, dan mengembangkan komitmen organisasional tenaga ahli DPR RI melalui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, employee engagement, dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional.
Metode yg digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk pengolahan data kualitatif dan analisis inferensial untuk pengolahan data kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner, diolah dengan teknik analisis software Lisrel structural equation modeling (SEM) pada 325 orang yang dijadikan sampel.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah : (1) pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi signifikan, (2) pengaruh langsung employee engagement, terhadap komitmen organisasional signifikan (3) pengaruh langsung stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional tidak signifikan, (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap stres kerja signifikan, (5) pengaruh langsung employee engagement terhadap stres kerja signifikan, (6) pengaruh secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui stres kerja tidak signifikan, (7) pengaruh employee engagement secara tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui stres kerja tidak signifikan (8) pengaruh secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui employee engagement signifikan.
Model terbaik untuk mengetahui komitmen organisasional adalah pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional melalui employee engagement.

ABSTRACT
The increasing workload and volume of the DPR as an institution and individual DPR members, to maximize expertise, technical and administrative support provide by expert group to improve performance. This research aims to improve the organizational commitment of expert staff at the DPR RI or known as main parliament in Indonesia by analyzing direct effect and indirect effect of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and work stress on organizational commitment.
The method used is descriptive analysis for processing qualitative data and inferential analysis for processing quantitative data. The data obtained from filling out the questionnaire were processed using the Lisrel structural equation modeling (SEM) software analysis technique on 325 people who were sampled.
The results obtained are: (1) the transformational leadership direct effect on organizational commitment is significant, (2) the employee engagement direct effect on organizational commitmen is significantt, (3) the work stress direct effect on organizational commitment is insignificant, (4) the transformational leadership direct effect on work stress is significant, (5) the employee engagement direct effect on work stress significant, (6) the indirect effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through work stress is insignificant, (7) the indirect effect of employee engagement on organizational commitment through work stress is insignificant, (8) the indirect effect of leadership transformational on organizational commitment through employee engagement is significant.
The Final model structure that suggested to measure organizational commitment in expert DPR RI was increasing transformational leadership through employee engagement as mediation.

Strategi Pengembangan Desa Wisata Senggigi Dengan Swot Dan Tata Kelola Kolaborasi
Tourism is a promising sector in the country's foreign exchange earnings, especially with the emergence of tourism villages that are increasingly popular and become a development strategy in many underdeveloped areas. The development of tourism villages through the potential of natural resources, marketing strategies, human resource management, and community participation in all stages of management has the potential to improve the local economy and the standard of living of local communities. In addition, the development of tourism villages can also contribute to environmental conservation and preserve local wisdom. However, to achieve its full potential, it requires infrastructure development, sustainable management of natural resources, effective promotion, development of quality tourism products and services, and involvement and empowerment of local communities. All of these require collaboration from stakeholders to create an independent and sustainable tourism village development strategy. Based on the research method used, namely descriptive qualitative method, this research provides a clear picture of the social situation under study. Primary data were obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies and documentary data. In addition, semi-structured interview techniques were used to get open opinions and ideas from the informants. This research also uses a descriptive qualitative method. Non-participatory observation techniques to collect data systematically in the form of field notes. In addition, the internal and external factors of the tourism village were analysed using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Then, source triangulation was conducted as one of the methods to check the validity of the data. Pelatihan digital keuangan, digital pemasaran, dan efisiensi produksi UMKM
Abstrak Pemberdayaan UMKM di Lombok ada yang mampu go internasional, namun banyak UMKM yang masih mengalami kendala, yaitu kompetensi pengetahun digital dan belum memaksimalkan penggunaannya, serta terdapat inefisiensi dalam produksi. Diperlukannya pelatihan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM. Metode pengabdian dalam tulisan ini menggunakn Collaborative Action Research dengan mengambil sampel UMKM binaan UNIZAR dan UMKM yang ada di senggigi, dengan mengkolaborasikan temuan kekurangan UMKM dan memberikan pelatihan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM dengan memberikan pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran digitalisasi keuangan dan efisiensi dalam produksi. Hasil observasi dari pengabdian enampuluh persen UMKM sudah melakukan digitalisasi pemasaran akan tetapi masih belum maksimal, dan belum berdampak pada peningkatan UMKM, sedangkan dalam digitalisasi keuangan baru 10% UMKM yang melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Setelah dilakukanya pengabdian semua peserta memiliki akun pencatatan keuangan dibuku warung dan akun di shoope yang bisa di akses langsung melalui ponsel untuk meningkatkan digitalisasi keuangan dan pemasaran. Gestión de recursos humanos y Liderazgo Verde en Transformación Rendimiento de los empleados en la cueva Turismo Industria
This study aims to evaluate the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) on employee performance in Pindul’s cave tourism industry by 2024, focusing on the role of employee engagement as a mediation variable. This research uses quantitative studies, prioritizing verifiative hypothetical logic and deductive thinking in making and testing hypotheses, based on the philosophy of positivism. The study population included 165 employees from 3 Pindul cave tourist attractions, with sampling using simple random sample, technique using quota sampling. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, provide comprehensive and representative data. The results showed that GHRM had a significant impact on employee engagement, while GTL had no direct impact on employee engagement. Employee engagement also mediates the relationship between GHRM and employee performance. The main conclusion emphasizes the importance of GHRM implementation to increase employee engagement as well as create a sustainable working environment in Pindul’s cave tourism industry.Este estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar el impacto de la Gestión Verde de Recursos Humanos (GHRM) y el Liderazgo Transformacional Verde (GTL) en el desempeño de los empleados en la industria del turismo de cuevas de Pindul para 2024, centrándose en el papel del compromiso de los empleados como variable mediadora. Esta investigación utiliza estudios cuantitativos, priorizando la verificación lógica hipotética y el pensamiento deductivo en la formulación y prueba de hipótesis, basándose en la filosofía del positivismo. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 165 empleados de 3 atractivos turísticos de la cueva de Pindul, con un muestreo mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Los métodos de recopilación de datos incluyen cuestionarios, entrevistas y documentación, que proporcionan datos completos y representativos. Los resultados mostraron que GHRM tuvo un impacto significativo en el compromiso de los empleados, mientras que GTL no tuvo un impacto directo en el compromiso de los empleados. El compromiso de los empleados también media la relación entre GHRM y el desempeño de los empleados. La conclusión principal enfatiza la importancia de la implementación de GHRM para aumentar el compromiso de los empleados y crear un entorno de trabajo sostenible en la industria del turismo de cuevas de Pindul
