Full text linkThe following paper aims to address the issue of gender equality certification, focusing on public procurement and the challenges that the institution poses within our social reality. In particular, the document will attempt to highlight how the legislator has chosen to indirectly promote women’s entry into the working field, as well as their career progression, following a reward-type logic and entrusting this process to companies and businesses, when perhaps it would have been more proper to adopt an approach aimed at strengthening social rights through the introduction of structural measures capable of improving the conditions of working women, mothers and non-mothersIl seguente contributo si propone di analizzare lo strumento della certificazione della parità di genere, prestando particolare attenzione alla sua applicazione nel settore dei contratti pubblici e alle criticità che l’istituto pone all’interno della nostra realtà sociale.
