Knowledge management in cyberphysical systems: determining the quality requirements for health systems with the Kano model
This paper focuses on knowledge management in cyberphysical
systems (CPS), dealing with the importance and influence of smart
technologies for the creation of the smart health systems as a part of the smart
home. This approach considers the reorganisation and adaptation of medicine
and health systems, building the research framework upon knowledge
management 4.0 for health systems. Customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
was researched using the qualitative methodology of the Kano model. The
questionnaire deals with five factors that play a crucial role in the decision to
purchase such a system: 1) software reliability; 2) medical device
interoperability; 3) security and privacy; 4) system feedback; 5) architecture.
The results show that attractive requirements, such as architecture and medical
device interoperability, have high values for customer satisfaction and low
scores for customer dissatisfaction
An Example of Performing a Text Analysis in a Qualitative Research
The article presents an example of a text analysis and interpretation based on a qualitative research. In the first part we focus on the theoretical definition of analytical tools and characteristics of the text analysis and interpretation within the frame of qualitative research. We continue with presenting an option of analysing and interpreting acquired data by using the analytical tool thematic network. The presented option is based on the results we obtained by half-structured interviews, personal notes and by observing the functioning of two networks.text interpretation, encoding, qualitative research, thematic network

AE Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on OTC Medicines Consumers IMPACT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON OTC MEDICINES CONSUMERS
Abstract In the article is presented the case of trust-based marketing of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. The relationship between the hypotheses was tested by means of structural equation modelling. The results of the first model show that the predictor variable (consumer satisfaction with safety and information) has a significant effect on the mediator variable (consumer trust). The results of the second model show that the consumer trust also has a significant effect on virtual brand loyalty (dependent variable). Model 3 was developed by including consumer perception of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and consumer trust as independent predictor variables and virtual brand loyalty as the mediator variable with the specific intention to determine whether the effects of consumer perception of CSR on virtual brand loyalty became insignificant or less significant. The results of Model 3 show a partial mediator effect of consumer trust regarding the relationship between consumer perception of CSR and virtual brand loyalty

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
