Body color: Palpi yellowish (except basal segment) as fore femur distal 1/2, fore tibia and tarsomeres, mid leg distal tip of femur and basal 1/5 of mid tibia, hind tibia basal tip, distal half of mandibles and ovipositor; tarsal claws dark brown; composed eyes silver; ocelli dark orange; spurs of hind tibia whitish yellow as very basal pleura of metasoma; remainder of body black as ovipositor sheaths. Wings hyaline; forewing with veins translucent except pterostigma, 2RS, 2M, r and C+SC+R (except basal 1/4 whitish yellow); hind wing veins translucent except basal area of C+SC+R and distal tip of R1 brownish yellow. Parapanteles rooibos was reared from Isturgia exerraria (Prout) (Geometridae: Ennominae) feeding on the legume Aspalathus linearis (commonly known as the rooibos tea plant) in South Africa. Material examined. Holotype, female, “ South Africa, Cederberg region, October 2003, Col. M. Kole. ” Paratypes six females and one male with same data as holotype. Holotype deposited in South African National Collection of Insects (SANC), Pretoria; paratypes in South African National Collection and in U. S. National Museum (USNM). Comments. CUSPIDI
Cuspidi is the new play by Valerio Leoni, winner of the Biennale College Theatre call for Directors under 35 for the two-year period 2022/2023. A Roman director, actor and playwright, born in 1988, Valerio Leoni worked as a director while conducting research into theatre in Poland, Germany, Denmark, Spain and Italy. The founder in 2015 of the Agiteatro company, he is the artistic director, along with Sofia Guidi, of the cultural centre Labirion Officine Trasversali, which he founded in Rome in 2018. It was at Labirion that in 2022 Leoni developed the original idea for Cuspidi.
Selected from a shortlist of six candidates because “his artistic career moves beyond and away from a visually and linguistically realistic trajectory to redirect the investigation by instilling into it an emotional tone that can cast light on, move or freeze the bodies and the plurality of their monologuing voices within a mental landscape imagined by Magritte”, Valerio Leoni creates his play around three characters-emotions: A consisting of Screams (Sofia Guidi) which “contains within it the concepts of discomfort, difficulty of living in the world, expressive confusion”; B consisting of Dust (Sara Giannelli), which “maintains its own gaze turned towards the past, remaining disunited”; C consisting of Boxes (Jacopo Provenzano), which “relies on classification and organization as a weapon to defend itself against the chaos of the world”. Nel contributo si analizza l'evoluzione della giurisprudenza costituzionale in tema di coordinamento della finanza pubblica, con particolare riguardo alle pronunce emesse successivamente all'entrata in vigore del nuovo Titolo V della Parte II della Costituzione. In particolare, s'è sottolineato il contributo dottrinale del Prof. Valerio Onida sul tema e si sono analizzate le pronunce che hanno successivamente accolto l'impostazione dell'Autore, ritenendo ammissibile la fissazione, ad opera dello Stato, di vincoli complessivi alla spesa ragionale. Conclusivamente si sono evidenziati i tratti di discontinuità della giurisprudenza più recente rispetto a dette pronunce, valutandosi le ragioni sostanziali che hanno indotto il mutamento di orientamento
La determinación temporal del enunciado (I) Fundamentación teórica
Se inicia con este una serie de trabajos sobre los determinadores temporales del enunciado que, en plazo breve, irán publicándose en esta misma colección. Aquí se presentan nuestros conceptos de enunciado y de determinación temporal. Concebimos el enunciado como unidad abstracta que integra en un todo el proceso de enunciación y la actualización de un esquema oracional. El enunciado se formaliza en una estructura performativa –implícita o explícita– de tres estratos (el hecho de comunicarse, el acto de decir y el evento comunicado), cada uno de los cuales puede llevar su propia indicación temporal, aunque en la gran mayoría de los casos se relacionan con el estrato performativo correspondiente al evento comunicado. Por otra parte, los determinadores temporales del enunciado están en correspondencia con los tiempos y aspectos verbales expresados en la estructura performada.This is the first of a series of working papers on the temporal determination of utterances that will be published in this journal in the near future. New concepts of utterance and temporal determination will be introduced in the present article. The utterance itself is conceived as a whole unit in which the process of enunciation and the actualization of a sentential scheme are integrated. The utterance is formalized in a performative structure which could itself be implicit or explicit. The aforementioned structure comprises three levels: the communicative event, the act of saying something and the communicated event. Each of these levels can have its own temporal reference, even though most of them are related to the performative one regarding the communicated event. It must also be considered that the temporal determiners of the utterance are related both to the verbal tenses and the verbal aspect expressed in the performed structure

La determinación temporal del enunciado (II): Instrumentario y niveles descriptivos
En este trabajo se presentan las líneas generales del sistema semántico-pragmático de los determinadores temporales tal como aparecen en las llamadas frases registradas y deben ser representadas en las estructuras performativas del enunciado. Tras una breve descripción los procedimientos de notación mostramos un diagrama arbóreo (necesariamente incompleto) con la estructura general del sistema, basado en los rasgos posiblemente universales de la determinación temporal. Seguidamente se emprende una breve descripción de las oposiciones fundamentales. La compatibilidad de estos rasgos distintivos con las marcas temporales y aspectuales de los núcleos predicativos del enunciado, y, por tanto, con las de su estructura perfomativa, marca la universal/general configuración de cada entrada del sistema, y, al mismo tiempo, desde este punto comienza frecuentemente el punto de partida de peculiares configuraciones temporales determinadoras posibles existentes en cada lengua. En sucesivas entregas se irán describiendo los subsistemas temporales determinadores del español y más tarde el amplio rango de semejanza existente entre el español y el inglés, alemán, francés y árabe de acuerdo con el modelo descriptivo empleado.In the present working paper the authors try to set out the broad outline of the semantic and pragmatic system of the temporal determiners of utterances. Once the notation procedures have been described, a tree diagram of the form and content of main oppositions, which necessarily has to be incomplete, is inserted. This scheme represents the general part of the system structure, which is itself based on the possible universal, eventually general, features of temporal determination. Afterwards, a brief description of the main oppositions is offered. The compatibility of the temporal and aspectual characteristics of the different languages gives rise to a specific configuration of the temporal determiners in each of them. The different subsystems of the spanish language will be developed in future issues
