Food Selectivity and Its Implications Associated with Gastrointestinal Disorders in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
No full textFood selectivity (FS) in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is common, and its impact on a nutritional level is known. However, the etiology of gastrointestinal disorders (GID) related to alterations in the intestinal microbiota in children with ASD remains unclear. This article provides a narrative review of the literature on FS from the last 15 years, and its relationship with GID in children with ASD. Sensory aversion in ASD leads to food elimination, based on consistencies, preferences, and other sensory issues. The restriction of food groups that modulate the gut microbiota, such as fruits and vegetables, as well as the fibers of some cereals, triggers an intestinal dysbiosis with increased abundance in Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella Escherichia/Shigella, and Clostridium XIVa, which, together with an aberrant immune response and a leaky gut, may trigger GID. It is observed that FS can be the product of previous GID. GID could provide information to generate a hypothesis of the bidirectional relationship between FS and GID. Emphasis is placed on the need for more studies with methodological rigor in selecting children with ASD, the need for homogeneous criteria in the evaluation of GID, and the adequate classification of FS in children with ASD

indemnizaciones por años de servicio en el ámbito tributario, particularmente
desde la óptica del trabajador como de la empresa, dado que pueden existir
efectos tributarios tanto en el impuesto único de segunda categoría, en el
impuesto de primera categoría y en el impuesto sanción establecido en el Art. 21
de la LIR, estos últimos afectando directamente a las empresas pagadoras
El tipo de desarrollo es por medio de un método deductivo porque si bien el tema
ha sido tratado con anterioridad, nuestra investigación está orientado a la al
análisis e interpretación del código del trabajo en conjunto con la Ley sobre
impuesto a la renta, y la Ley que regula el seguro de cesantía, desarrollando topes
exentos para trabajador y así establecer el criterio de gasto aceptado que estipula
la LIR.
Para conseguir lo anterior, se analizarán circulares y oficios que trataban distintas
situaciones relacionadas a disposiciones legales de Ley de la Renta, desarrollando
algunas instancias donde se verifica que las indemnizaciones por años de servicio
puede ser un gasto aceptado tanto por medio de vía de desvinculación, así como
de forma voluntaria.
Para terminar, se analizará la nueva ley N°21.210 de modernización tributaria,
considerando los principales cambios que se producen en el tema de las
indemnizaciones voluntarias y como es reconocido como un gasto tributario

Abstract
The contributions of this paper are the result of a thematic review conducted on some of the most relevant scientific contributions and policy guidelines about women’s perception of safety while walking in public spaces. The first part of the review focused on 23 scientific references revolving around the keywords “gender”, “safety” and “walkability”. This led to the establishment of three main Safety Factors: (i) Spatial Features (space characteristics/morphological features); (ii) City Use (traces of behavior and presence of city users); and (iii) Hotspots (safe havens and no-go areas); further resulting in 19 sub-factors. The second part of the review covered a collection of 20 reports and 10 guidelines focused on diverse geographical scales, areas of interest and target audiences, as well as data collection methods. This involved the selection of multiple case studies, which are also presented, thus maintaining a geographically diverse sample. As part of the scientific research project “STEP UP—Walkability for Women in Milan”, the outputs of the proposed thematic review will be exploited to help identify challenging areas of Milan (Italy), as samples of analysis to develop a set of policy recommendations to enhance the level of walkability for women

No full textEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el objetivo central del presente estudio consideró la posibilidad de establecer la
relación entre clima institucional y desempeño laboral en los docentes de la Institución
Educativa Gerardo Patiño López, Pasco, 2021.Por la naturaleza le correspondió un enfoque
cuantitativo, de tipo sustantivo o de base, diseño descriptivo correlacional y método
hipotético deductivo. La población y muestra estuvo constituida por 22 docentes de la
institución en mención. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos respectivos
fueron: cuestionario sobre clima institucional y cuestionario sobre desempeño laboral.
Ambos instrumentos fueron medidos en sus propiedades psicométricas de validez y
confiabilidad. El tratamiento estadístico de los resultados del trabajo de campo se hizo con
la prueba no paramétrica correlación de Spearman (rho). Los resultados corroboraron las
hipótesis generales y específicas: Existe relación significativa entre clima institucional, a
nivel total y por las dimensiones: significación de la tarea, condiciones de trabajo y
reconocimiento personal, y desempeño laboral en los docentes de la Institución Educativa
Gerardo Patiño López, Pasco, 2021.The objective of this research work was the central objective of the present study considered the possibility of establishing the relationship between institutional climate and job performance in teachers at the Gerardo Patiño López Educational Institution, Pasco, 2021. Due to its nature, it corresponded to a quantitative approach, of a substantive or basic type, descriptive correlational design and hypothetical deductive method. The population and sample consisted of 22 teachers from the aforementioned institution. The technique used was the survey and the respective instruments were: questionnaire on institutional climate and questionnaire on job performance. Both instruments were measured in their psychometric properties of validity and reliability. The statistical treatment of the results of the fieldwork was done with the nonparametric Spearman correlation test (rho). The results corroborated the general and specific hypotheses: There is a significant relationship between institutional climate, at the total level and by the dimensions: significance of the task, working conditions and personal recognition, and job performance in teachers at the Gerardo Patiño López Educational Institution, Pasco, 2021.Escuela de PosgradoChosic
