Odtud putovalo čelákovické zboží nejen do Čech, ale i do mnohých evropských zemí

No full textPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací materiálového toku ve společnosti Shape Corporation Česká republika s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V rámci první, teoretické, části autor nejprve seznamuje čtenáře s základními pojmy hospodářské logistiky. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuje na možnosti rozvržení layoutu výrobní haly a představuje metody zobrazování a optimalizace materiálového toku v rámci výrobního procesu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části autor představuje koncept štíhlé výroby, která je jedním z motorů snahy o neustálé zlepšování a optimalizaci procesů.
Na poznatky z teoretické části plynule navazuje část praktická. Autor nejprve poskytuje základní informace o společnosti Shape. Stěžejní část práce je věnována rozboru projektu P33B pro společnost Nissan. V rámci závěrečné části autor představuje návrhy na optimalizaci materiálového toku za účelem snížení nákladů na manipulaci. Výsledky práce jsou zveřejněny v textu.ObhájenoHanded master thesis is focused on optimization of material flow in the company Shape Corporation Česká republika s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical one, author firstly introduces the reader to basic terms of business logistics. In the second chapter, he focuses on the possible ways of planning a layout of a production hall, and he introduces some methods of visualizing and optimization of the material flow within a production process. In the last chapter, he introduces the concept of Lean Production, which is one of the main engines of efforts regarding the continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
Author builds upon these theoretical findings in the practical part. Firstly, he introduces basic information about the company Shape. The key part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of material flow for the Nissan P33B project. In the last chapter of the thesis, author introduces suggestions of material flow optimization, with focus on reducing the manipulation costs. The results are shown in the thesis

Češi, Němci a Slováci v KSČ mezi lety 1935 až 1945 Předkládaná disertační práce analyzuje proměny identitotvorných politik v rámci českojazyčné, německojazyčné a slovenskojazyčné části KSČ ve vztahu ke komunistickému hnutí, národu a československému státu mezi lety 1935 až 1945. Prismatem kulturních dějin politiky rekonstruuje, jak se tyto přístupy proměňovaly v období tzv. lidové fronty, paktu Molotov-Ribbentrop a fronty národní. Ukazuje tak, že v KSČ došlo po roce 1935 k utvoření specifické formy českoslovenství, které zahrnovalo všechna etnika v zemi. Tato politika lidové fronty přitom proměnila život strany na všech úrovních a měla zřejmý česko-německý charakter. Po Mnichovské dohodě však byla postupně opuštěna. Během války se následně komunistické, jednotlivé národní a československé motivy nadále doplňovaly, vylučovaly a proměňovaly. V čase paktu Molotov-Ribbentrop pak byl kladen důraz na takové podoby slovenského, sudetoněmeckého, ale i českého nacionalismu, které odmítaly československý stát. Nakonec však došlo s ohledem na politiku SSSR ke konsensu novému. Ten byl slovanský, československý i česko-slovenský, ale očištěný od Němců, kdy až s plným přijetím tohoto českoslovenství na konci války došlo k úplnému vyloučení neslovanských menšin. Czechs, Germans and Slovaks in the Czechoslovak Communist Party between 1935 and 1945 The present thesis analyses transformations of identity politics in the Czech-speaking, German- speaking and Slovak-speaking sections of the Communist Party in relation to the communist movement, the nation and the Czechoslovak state in 1935-1945. Through a cultural history of politics, it reconstructs how these attitudes shifted in the periods of the so-called Popular Front, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and the National Front. It demonstrates that in the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia a distinctive form of Czechoslovak patriotism emerged after 1935 which included all the country's ethnic groups. This policy adopted by the People's Front transformed party life at all levels and took an overtly Czech-German character. After the Munich Agreement, however, it was gradually discarded. During the war, communist, national and Czechoslovak motifs continued to transform, and to complement and exclude one another. At the time of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, emphasis was put on such forms of Slovak, Sudeten German and Czech nationalism that rejected the Czechoslovak state.
