Typescript letter signed G.M. Cardinal van Rossum and Archbishop [...] of the Congregation of Propaganda Fide, Rome, to Hagan. Following on the latter's complaint that Ireland was not represented at the celebration of the third centenary of the congregation and in honour of the Accademia Poliglotta, stating that it was not the intention of the committee to neglect Ireland, whose achievements for the faith are known to all. Also, there was an Irishman present in the committee, and the Irish language was actually used in the Accademia
