Testudo chernovi Khosatzky, 1948
Material. Nuchals, NMNHU-P AR 406 (FIg. 2, G), AR 407 (FIg. 3, A).

Description. The anterior edge of the bones is slightly notched. The cervical scute is narrow, arrow-shaped and wedged on the inner side; its length reaches 11.0 mm. Lateral wings of the nuchal plate are not covered with pleural scutes. The midline length of the specimens AR 406 and AR 407 is equal to 31.6 and 36.1 mm, the greatest width — 38.0 and 46.2 mm, respectively. The length to width ratio is 0.83 (AR 406) and 0.78 (AR 407).

Remarks. The specimens are identical in morphology and shape to those of T. chernovi from the Early Pliocene of Ukraine (Khosatzky, 1948 a), although they are smaller and possess a shorter cervical scute. The nuchal of the closely related species Testudo kuchurganica Khosatzky, 1948 has a straight anterior edge and its lateral wings are covered with pleural scutes.

A series of characteristic scratches has been observed on one of the specimens considered (fig. 3, B–C). It was interpreted as traces of gnawing or rasping (Mikuláš et al., 2006) and described as a new ichnospecies below.
Published as part of Yanenko, V. & Kovalchuk, О., 2023, Late Miocene Turtles Of Grytsiv (Western Ukraine) With Rodent Gnaw Marks On The Carapace Surface, pp. 311-322 in Zoodiversity 57 (4) on page 315, DOI: 10.15407/zoo2023.04.311, http://zenodo.org/record/10831776</a&gt

    Melanochelys cf. moldavica
M a t e r i a l. One right xiphiplastron NMNHU-P AR 405 (FIg. 2, D–E), one neural plate AR 404, one costal plate AR 403 (FIg. 2, C).

Description. The posterior lobe of the right xiphiplastron is smoothly narrowed. The femoro-anal notch is weakly expressed. The short xiphiplastral processes are rounded and not bent posteriorly. The moderate anal notch is pointed. The transverse ridge on the upper surface of the caudal part of the xiphiplastron is moderately developed, and it is almost parallel to the posterior edge of the bone. The neural plate is wide, hexagonal, with a distinct bend of the medial keel. The fragments of costal plates are uniform in width.

Remarks. The right xiphiplastron from Grytsiv is morphologically similar to that in Melanochelys moldavica from the middle Sarmatian of Moldova (Chkhikvadze, 1983) except for the more pronounced transverse ridge on the upper surface of its caudal part. It further differs from the respective bones of the other geoemydid turtles (e. g., Sarmatemys, Sakya etc.) in having a much less developed femoro-anal notch and shorter xiphiplastral processes. Other skeletal elements (neural and costal plates) share general geoemydid morphology and we tentatively assign them to the same taxon.

    No full text
The article deals with the definition of features of multimedia creative projects as a form of students’ independent work and a factor of their professional socialization. The result of the study was the identification of the differences between the creative project and creative work. These differences are the timing of implementation; the number and complexity of tasks; the planned result; the competencies that are formed by students in the process of implementing a creative project; the multimedia technologies used in the project, etc. The article offers a list of stages that are typical for a multimedia creative project, in particular, planning; choice of multimedia technologies and tools; project implementation; presentation of project components in classroom sessions or consultations; protection of the project. The article highlightes the interrelation of multimedia creative projects with lessons in the classroom, as well as defines the features of the use of multimedia technologies in creative projects. Particular attention is paid to the toolkit (computer programs and Internet resources), which students can use when doing creative projects. The list of recommended Internet resources is given, which are useful for students and teachers when creating multimedia creative projects. The author has identified the indicators of students’ professional socialization in the performance of multimedia creative projects, in particular, getting students modern knowledge about programs and technologies that can be used to create multimedia creative projects; the acquisition by students of the skills of using Internet resources in order to create multimedia creative projects; the formation of professional student portfolios that can be used in the process of job search; demonstration of skills of work with modern computer technologies

Using of radiometry in medical and biological problems is associated with the need to measure weak signals and apply equipment of fluctuating sensitivity (10-15–10-17) W. This is very complex engineering task, especially in the range of (37–78) GHz (mm- waves), and its solution must be based on new variants of highly sensitive radiometric equipment. In the paper structural variant of modulation schemes radiometer has been presented using structural and algorithmic method, in which antiphase suppress of the intrinsic noise level is achieves and increase of the sensitivity, compared with the known pattern, as well as the method of deepening modulation by introducing positive Feedback communication, which enhances the sensitivity more than 10 times. As a result, a number of new possibilities for the study of electromagnetic fields and radiation (EMR) and the objectification of possible biological objects electromagnetic information exchange at different frequencies, both in the human body and with the environment, were obtained. Problems of metrology control of low intensive signals of medical equipment for Technologies of Quantum medicine – microwave resonance therapy, millimeter and informational wave therapy that use monochromic and noise signals the integral power of which is within (10-6–10-12) W. Engineering solutions along with providing of the necessary sensitivity extend the functionality of radiometric equipment dealing with the study of objects of nature and the human body
