The dissertation is a complex scientific research of procedural order of consideration and resolution by the court of cases on paternity and maternity disputes. The analysis of the state of the scientific development of the problem is done, the methodology of conducting the research of proceedings in cases on paternity and maternity disputes is outlined, as well as the evolution of the legal regulation of the corresponding procedural institute. The author analyzes certain procedural aspects related to the submission of lawsuits on the paternity and maternity dispute. The procedural peculiarities of opening of proceedings, preparatory proceedings, as well as the consideration of cases on paternity and maternity disputes are singled out. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific doctrine and the current civil procedural legislation of Ukraine, proposals were made to improve certain legal norms. Диссертация является комплексным научным исследованием процессуального порядка рассмотрения и разрешения судом дел об оспаривании отцовства и материнства

LONGITUDINAL DISTRIBUTION OF pi+-, K+-, PROTONS AND ANTI-PROTONS PRODUCED IN 360-GeV/c pi- p INTERACTIONS

    No full text
Results on the longitudinal-momentum distributions of π±, K±, protons and antiprotons produced in 360 GeV/c p- interactions are presented. They are compared with other available data and discussed in terms of π-fragmentation

Inclusive π° production in 360 GeVpp interactions using the European hybrid spectrometer

    No full text
The intermediate and forward gamma detectors of EHS are used to reconstruct π°'s produced by 360 GeV/cpp interactions in the Rapid Cycling Bubble Chamber (RCBC). Using the pp forward-backward symmetry, the inclusive π° production cross section is obtained σ π°=(132±11) mb. The average π° multiplicity is determined as a function of the charged particle multiplicity. The (1-x) dependence is given for different pT regions

Inclusive production of ρ0\rho^{0} and f2f_{2} mesons in πp\pi^{-}p interactions at 360 GeV/c

    We report on a study of ρ0 and f2 inclusive production in π− p interactions at 360 GeV/c, using the LEBC-EHS set-up at CERN and reconstructing about 165000 events. Thergr ρ0, 2 and ρ_3^0 cross sections are determined for x_ F >0 ,x_ F >0.4 and x _F >0.6 respectively and the ρ0 and f 2 Feynman-x distributions and transverse momentum distributions are presented

Vector meson production in πp\pi^{-}p interactions at 360 GeV/c

The inclusive production of vector mesons (charged rho(770), omega(783), phi(1020) and neutralK *(892)) in pi– p interactions at 360 GeV/c is studied. The data are based on 160 000 reconstructed events recorded in the NA 27 Experiment using the LEBC-EHS facility at CERN. The production cross sections in the forward hemisphere in c.m.s. and the longitudinal momentum distributions are determined. The results are compared with data obtained at lower energies

COMPARATIVE PROPERTIES OF 400-GeV/c PROTON - PROTON INTERACTIONS WITH AND WITHOUT CHARM PRODUCTION

    No full text
A comparative analysis of the global properties of 400 GeV/c proton-proton interactions with and without charm production is presented. Multiplicities, momentum distributions, sphericity and thrust of these interactions are compared
