PENDOKUMENTASIAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DITINJAU DARI BEBAN KERJA PERAWAT
Level of ratio of nurse’s-patient in RSDM initiation to prove with the research. Research questions: 'whether
at workload of nurse’s become the factor influencing to lower the execution of documentation of nursing care
in RSDM?'. Research wish to know how execution of documentation of nursing care in RSDM between
nurse’s which its workload is heavy and nurse which its workload is light. Research design use the crosssectional
by sample as much 32 one who is taken by consecutive. Research conducted in four unit take care
of to lodge the RSDM Surakarta of four month; July-September 2006. Total workload measurement use the
technique of semi-structure interview of where respondent reply some opened semi question and given by
the opportunity to submit the opinion of concerning their work. Approach of measurement of workload
referred the concept Ilyas (2000), that is combination of ‘work sampling’ and ‘daily log’. Analyze the data aim
to make the inference with the tables 2x2 to measure the Ratio Prevalence (RP) and Confident Interval 95%
(CI95%) with the alpha level 5% (α=5%). Result of research is in general known that by the heavy workload
still be experienced by most nurse’s in RSDM. Type of workload which relative heavily stem from nursing
care (treatment) work directly. Workload of nurse become the its low risk factor is execution of
documentation of nursing care in RSDM. Even with the downhill heavier workload hence it documentation
execution own the opportunity 10,7 times (OR=10.7)
HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN DENGAN SIKAP PERAWAT DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN SPIRITUAL PASIEN DI BRSUD SUKOHARJO
Nurses must consent with spiritual aspect in caring of patient beside biology, psychology, social, and cultural
aspect, because spiritual aspect have relationship with health and wellness of patient. An aim of this
research was analyzing the relationship know ledge attitude to fulfill the patients’s spiritual need. This
research was quantitative research and non experimental with descriptive correlation. Research analysis
was using product moment correlation. This research is held at November, 7th 2005 until December, 3rd 2005
with 98 respondent. Know ledge variable was measured by the questionnaire use Guttmann scale, while
attitude variable was measured by the questionnaire use Likert scale. Result of this research show that most
of respondents have adequate know ledge grade and attitude. Good know ledge (37,76%), middle (62,24%)
and less (0%). While good attitude (23,47%), middle (76,53%) and less (0%). Result of correlation was r test
=0,527 with p value 0,05, so it shows that there is significant relationship between nurses know ledge and
attitude to fulfill the patients spiritual need in BRSUD Sukoharjo
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG KELUARGA BERENCANA HORMONAL DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI GANGGUAN MENSTRUASI DI KELURAHAN PABLENGAN KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
Family Program is the arrangement effo2rt of birth for increasing prosperity of mother and his children,
but its program is claimed to be able to create and civilizes little family who had happiness on the norm and
welfare , so doing program KB is growing the other development programs. To get the goal, its required a
knowledge from a mother, where when her usage intrauterine device sometime she met the contraception
problem device of a mother. The knowledge obtained from many sources, like education grade, because
education had an effect to someone with her knowledge. Knowledge about menstruates disorder for a
mother who is using a contraception is expected to anxiety reduced. The objective aim to know the relation
between knowledge grade of mother about contraption with anxiety grade when disorder menstruate in
Pablengan Karanganyar The research method applied is survey method with Cross Sectional
approach.Method of the research is all of population, mother whom early stage applies contraception
hormonal who live Pablengan village with total 40 responders. Sample technique taken is total sample
method. Hypothesis test is applying Chi Square test where searche for relation of knowledge grade of
mother about family plans with anxiety level when meet disorder menstruate. Result of research indicates
that majority responders are 31-40 years old, education grade is High School, majority of responder are
Housewife, majority of knowledge is good category. There is relation between knowledge grade of mother
about homonal KB with anxiety grade when meeting disorder menstruate at Pablengan Karanganyar
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
koamabayili/VECTRON-author-checklist: VECTRON author checklist
We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
