PELATIHAN PRODUK DAUR ULANG SAMPAH PLASTIK
Awareness of residents in Griya Taman Asri related to waste segregation isnot yet optimal. On average, each household produces more than 1 cubic of disposal per day with 60% organic waste and 40% inorganic waste and garbage disposal is still mixed between organic and non-organic waste. This condition indicates that there is less awareness of the residents in sorting both the waste. Therefore, how to sort waste into organic waste and inorganic waste is the main problem to be solved. The problem of separating organic and inorganic waste can be solved if the residents' behavior in the housing complex in dealing with waste changes. In order for residents in the housing complex to change, it is necessary to create something that will stimulate citizens to change; the attractiveness offered is the economic value of waste. Recycling plastic bag into plastic bag craftis actually a good attraction and if continued and managed as a business unit, the more the economic appeal so that later will also impact on the incomes of citizens. Methods of this activity by using training of plastic waste recycling products. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed descriptively using percentage technique
Studi Perbedaan Niat Beli Green Electricity Product Berdasarkan Gender
Consumers adapt to this situation by considering environmental issue when shopping and  by their purchase behavior. The aims of this paper are examines of differences of environment awareness and purchase intentions between male and female of students of Surabaya State University. Secondly, examines also role linearly of environment awareness on purchase intentions. Examines role linearly of environment awareness on purchase intentions of green electricity product using simple linier regression analysis. The results indicate that there are no differences of environment awareness and purchase intentions at the students of Surabaya State University by gender. And finally, environmental awareness has also positive effect on purchase intentions. The results of this study have implications for marketers in identifying, designing, and managing marketing mix with consider discrepancy of purchase intentions in the green electricity product by gender

The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from primary data through online questionnaire filling. The population in this study are people who know Bata sneakers and plan to buy them in the near future, where the population in this study is infinite, meaning the population is unknown. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and calculated using IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that product quality and product design had a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, product features have no significant effect on purchase intention. Bata is expected to continue to create and offer sneakers with varied designs following current trends, so that the expectations and needs of potential customers can be met and gain their trust and attention.</span></em></p>

IMPROVING RELATIONSHIP QUALITY: A RELATIONAL MODEL OF INTERNAL MARKETING AND COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Purpose: This study aims to the mediating effects of commitment to customer service on the internal marketing and relationship quality of higher education institutions. Internal marketing is accessed by internal communication and training.
Methodology: The population of this research is the staff of the public service sector, especially employees in universities at Surabaya, East of Java, Indonesia. Researchers surveyed 220 employees in both private and public universities who have worked with a minimum period of 5 (five) years. These samples were selected by judgment sampling method and Path Analysis was employed to analyze data.
Main Findings: Results identified internal communication and training influenced commitment to customer service which further influenced their relationship quality.
Application of this study: Internal marketing practice is essential to explaining the commitment to customer service and relationship quality, especially in the higher education institutions.
Novelty/Originality of this study: To the best, our knowledge is seen from testing the effects of internal marketing on two types of internal marketing outcomes and the selection of university as the object of study
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
