    Increasingly expensive price of quality woods and difficulties of workmanship, it makes people switch from wood to lightweight steel as a roof truss. The use of lightweight steel as truss becomes popular because of the fast workmanship dan durability of the material. Many cases show that lightweight steel truss at school and house collapsed and caused a fatality. This lightweight steel truss study was carried out on a full scale with a span of 6 m and a slope of 300, while the loading test pattern at the placement points of battens was like truss in the community. The goals of this study to measure and observe several parameters including weight, maximum capacity, stiffness, ductility, price, length of work, and failure pattern. From testing, the result shows that lightweight steel truss has dead weight, maximum capacity, stiffness value, ductility value, price, working time, and failure pattern respectively of 21,3 kg,734 kg, 91,18 kg/mm, 2,97, Rp 1.740.000, 2 days, and failure pattern is buckling on the diagonal top chord. The result of this research indicates that lightweight steel truss can be used in the community with the limitation of using metal roof coverings instead of concrete or ceramic and the distance between the truss max 1,2 m

    Nilai produktivitas peralatan konstruksi berperan besar dalam menentukan ketercapaian tujuan suatu proyek konstruksi. Data produktivitas penting untuk dikumpulkan sehingga hasil perencanaan estimasi biaya serta jadwal proyek dapat diandalkan. Selain itu, tingkat realisasi pelaksanaan dapat dinilai berdasarkan basis data tersebut. Peralatan Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) populer digunakan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi pondasi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan nilai produktivitas HSPD. Pondasi dipancang menggunakan 1 unit HSPD dengan kemampuan beban 420 ton serta 1 unit service crane. Metode time study digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas alat tersebut. Terhadap data yang diperoleh dilakukan uji normalitas data. Setelah data dinyatakan terdistribusi normal, dilakukan analisis rata-rata. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas HSPD rata-rata adalah sebesar 0.690 meter/menit, dengan produktivitas tertinggi 0.729 meter/menit, dan terendah 0.632 meter/menit.Kata kunci: produktivitas konstruksi, peralatan konstruksi, pondasi, HSP

    The use of a qualified wood as houses roof truss increasingly scarce and more expensive and the use of reinforced concrete is overdesign then light weight steel is still relatively expensive because it is dominated by a few suppliers. To solve these problems, it is necessary to study the use of alternative materials such as concrete reinforcing steel as the rod element and cast concrete as connection. The houses roof truss used in this study consists of 3 types made of concrete reinforcing steel, reinforced concrete, and light weight steel.The research of the truss is done with spans of 6 m and a slope of 300, while the loading pattern on the 3-point gording like truss in the community. Loading is done by stacking concrete cylinders were placed in a basket in stages until it reaches the collapse. Focused testing to determine the performance, the pattern of structural failure, and serviceability of each houses roof truss. The concrete reinforcing steel truss don�t have good performance in structure parameters, but the capacity of concrete reinforcing steel truss (1380 Kg) is 188% greater than light weight steel truss and 21% smaller than reinforced concrete truss.     Penggunaan material komposit beton dan baja sudah umum digunakan pada berbagai elemen struktur di Indonesia. Penggunaan komposit baja dan beton dapat ditemui dalam bentuk balok T komposit dimana elemen beton digunakan pada serat tekan dan baja diletakan pada serat tarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 model balok T komposit bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengunaan material baja dibandingkan beton sebagai sebuah elemen komposit dalam hal kekuatan, kekakuan, dan daktilitas struktur. Kajian dilakukan dengan pendekatan teoritis matematis menggunakan metode elastisitas. Hasil kajian menunjukan penggunaan baja sebagai elemen komposit baja-beton memberikan peningkatan kapasitas lentur, kekauan, dan daktilitas yang sangat signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan penggunaan beton saja.     The MBH Campus, Public Works Polytechnic (PUtech) located in Semarang City began construction in 2021 - 2022 and functional in early 2023. Six months after its first operation, much damage was found to the building and access roads where there were many cracks in the walls with the same pattern and widening and collapsing in several parts of the garden and access roads that widened over time. A study was conducted to identify the cause of the damage that occurred. The study began by identifying the level of damage to the PUtech campus building and making assumptions regarding the cause of the damage. A more detailed investigation was carried out to strengthen the possibility of suspicions. The analysis was carried out based on the results of field measurements, non-destructive material tests, and soil characteristic tests on the building. The study's results showed a tendency for the building to subside to the north by 0-4 cm per year. The subsidence did not indicate conditions that were dangerous to the building structure because it occurred evenly. The base soil is in the form of cohesive inorganic clay with moderate plasticity so there is a high potential for soil expansion. The soft base soil, classified as soft soil, has the potential for consolidation up to 40 cm due to the existing building load
