Implementation of the ROC and CPI Methods for New Employee Selection at PT. Neora Infrastructure Indonesia
PT. Neora Infrastructure Indonesia is an industrial company engaged in telecommunications and/or telephone transmission network construction services, collaborating with Fiberstar. This necessitates the company to constantly require competent human resources. However, the company must compete with others to acquire competent personnel. Nevertheless, the employee selection process at PT. Neora Infrastructure Indonesia is still manual and takes 2 - 4 weeks, making it difficult for the company to compete in acquiring competent personnel. Therefore, it was decided to develop a decision support system to assist the company in efficiently and effectively selecting employees. The decision support system for employee selection uses the ROC and CPI methods. The ROC method is used to determine the criteria weight values, while the CPI method is used for ranking all alternatives. Quantitative method is the research method used, and several types of UML diagrams including Activity diagram, Class diagram, and Use case diagram are utilized for system design. The RAD method is employed for system development. With the establishment of the decision support system for employee selection using the ROC and CPI methods, it is expected that the company can compete with others in obtaining competent human resources and that the employee selection process becomes efficient and effectiv
Sistem Informasi Persediaan Bahan Baku pada Barbekoe Coffee Menggunakan Metode Buffer Stock dan FEFO
Inventory information system is an important aspect of running a business, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Barbekoe Coffee is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the city of Medan engaged in coffee shops (Coffeeshop). In carrying out its operations, Barbekoe Coffee still uses manual recording on a piece of paper on raw material inventory ranging from incoming raw materials, outgoing raw materials, raw material inventory, to ordering raw materials. This often causes problems ranging from damaged or lost records, repeated ordering of raw materials on the same raw materials and employees who often remove raw materials from the warehouse not in the order in which the raw materials enter. So often found raw materials in damaged and expired warehouses. The purpose of this study is to create and implement an appropriate and accurate inventory information system in order to minimize losses and optimize profits in the Barbekoe Coffee business. The methods used are Buffer Stock, First Expired First Out (FEFO), and Reorder Point. After testing, the system runs as expected. Barbekoe Coffee can implement precise and accurate inventory flows to increase profits and avoid losses due to damaged or expired raw materials.Sistem informasi persediaan merupakan satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan bisnis terkhusus bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Barbekoe Coffee merupakan Usaha Mikro kecil Menengah (UMKM) di kota Medan yang bergerak di bidang kedai kopi (Coffeeshop). Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya Barbekoe Coffee masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual di selembar kertas pada persediaan bahan baku mulai dari bahan baku masuk, bahan baku keluar, persediaan bahan baku, sampai dengan pemesanan bahan baku. Hal ini sering menimbulkan masalah dari mulai catatan yang rusak atau hilang, pemesanan bahan baku secara berulang pada bahan baku yang sama serta karyawan yang sering mengeluarkan bahan baku dari gudang tidak sesuai urutan pada saat bahan baku masuk. Sehingga sering ditemukan bahan baku di gudang yang rusak dan kadaluarsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi persediaan yang tepat dan akurat agar meminimalisir kerugian dan mengoptimalkan keuntungan pada bisnis Barbekoe Coffee. Metode yang digunakan adalah Buffer Stock, First Expired First Out (FEFO), dan Reorder Point. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Barbekoe Coffee dapat menerapkan alur persediaan yang tepat dan akurat untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan menghindari kerugian akibat bahan baku yang rusak atau kadaluarsa
Greedy Algorithm to Support the Decision of Choosing the Fastest Aid Distribution Route After Flooding
Flooding is one of the most common natural disasters in Indonesia, including in Merbau Sub-district, North Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This disaster can cause huge losses, both material and non-material. One of the efforts to reduce the impact of flooding is to immediately distribute aid to affected communities. The distribution of post-flood aid requires careful planning so that it can run quickly and on target. In this research, we propose the use of greedy algorithm to support the decision of choosing post-flood aid distribution route in Merbau District. The greedy algorithm is an algorithm that chooses the best solution at each step, hoping to find the optimal solution as a whole. This research was conducted using data on the location of disaster points, the location of aid distribution points, and the distance between points. The results showed that the greedy algorithm can produce a faster aid distribution route compared to the conventional route

Implementasi Data Mining dalam Mengklasifikasikan UKT (Uang Kuliah Tunggal) pada UIN Sumatera Utara Medan
Abstract – Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is a tuition payment system that is applied in Indonesian public tertiary institutions, especially for undergraduate programs starting from the 2013/2014 - present academic year. UKT payments that are borne by each student are not the same, due to the cross subsidy system based on the economic and social conditions of the student\u27s parents / guardians. The State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan (UINSU) is one of the state universities that applies the UKT payment system into 7 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, Group IV, Group V, Group VI, Group VII. The results of the survey to students showed that some students received a UKT amount that was not in accordance with the UKT group, and UINSU gave students the opportunity to appeal to UKT. The appeal process caused the UKT committee to take time. Therefore, the researcher will provide a solution with the classification technique data mining, namely the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The algorithm serves to predict the suitability of the UKT size group for new students. The results can be used to design a decision support system in classifying the UKT amount for new students so that it can be used as a recommendation for the university in determining the new student UKT group.Keywords - UKT, Data mining, Classification, Naïve bayes.  Abstrak – Uang Kuliah tunggal (UKT) merupakan sistem pembayaran uang kuliah yang diterapkan di perguruan tinggi negeri Indonesia khususnya untuk program sarjana dimulai dari tahun akademik 2013/2014 sampai saat ini. Pembayaran UKT yang ditanggung oleh setiap mahasiswa tidak sama, dikarenakan adanya sistem subsidi silang yang didasarkan atas kondisi ekonomi dan sosial orang tua/wali mahasiswa. Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan (UINSU) adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang menerapkan sistem pembayaran UKT menjadi 7 kelompok yaitu Kelompok I, Kelompok II, Kelompok III, Kelompok IV, Kelompok V, Kelompok VI, Kelompok VII. Hasil survey kepada mahasiswa, bahwa beberapa mahasiswa mendapat besaran UKT tidak sesuai dengan kelompok UKT, dan  UINSU memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk banding UKT. Proses banding menyebabkan memakan waktu panitia UKT. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti akan memberikan solusi dengan datamining teknik klasifikasi yaitu Algoritma Naïve bayes. Algoritma berfungsi untuk memprediksi kesesuaian kelompok besaran UKT mahasiswa baru hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam mengklasifikasikan besaran UKT mahasiswa baru sehingga dapat dijadikan rekomendasi bagi pihak universitas dalam menentukan kelompok UKT mahasiswa baru.Kata kunci – UKT,  Data mining, Klasifikasi, Naïve bayes
Implementation of Random Forest Algorithm for Classification of Eligibility For Social Assistance Recipients In Information Systems
This study aims to develop a web-based information system for classifying the eligibility of social assistance (BANSOS) recipients using the Random Forest algorithm in the Bagan Batu Kota Subdistrict. The system is designed to assist local authorities in identifying BANSOS recipients more accurately and efficiently, minimize errors, and enhance distribution fairness. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, literature review, and document analysis. The dataset consists of 1,100 samples with features such as income, family size, and housing conditions. The Random Forest algorithm was implemented by building a classification model based on training and testing data. The evaluation showed a system accuracy rate of 97%, with a classification error of only 3%. The system provides features for recipient data management, field validation, and automated reporting, supporting more precise decision-making. The results of this study are expected to offer a solution for more effective and transparent social assistance distribution
Implementasi Augmented Reality Sebagai Visualisasi Pengenalan Alat Laboratorium Analis Kesehatan SMK Galang Insan Mandiri
Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan dunia nyata dengan elemen virtual untuk menciptakan pengalaman interaktif. Implementasi AR sebagai alat bantu visualisasi dalam pengenalan alat laboratorium bagi siswa SMK analis kesehatan menawarkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Melalui penggunaan AR, siswa dapat melihat dan berinteraksi dengan representasi 3D dari alat-alat laboratorium secara langsung melalui perangkat mobile, tanpa perlu memiliki alat tersebut secara fisik. Ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap fungsi dan cara penggunaan alat, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan mendalam. Dengan demikian, AR berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasional di bidang kesehatan, mempersiapkan siswa untuk lebih siap dalam penggunaan alat laboratorium sesungguhnya

Mari Photo is a hobby company for people who want to do studio or outdoor photography for whatever needs, such as graduation photography or model photography. Mari Fotostudio Setia Budi still has several obstacles in the service system for consumers related to the lack of service because many customers come, causing less than optimal service to customers. The purpose of this research is to design a service information system that can overcome existing problems to build a service information system using the priority queue method at Mari Photo Studio and improve the performance of photo services for customers. And also use the system development method with the prototype method in making the application design. The system built with the priority queue method that has been developed can make it easy for customers to order services at Mari Photo Studio Setia Budi.Mari Photo adalah perusahaan hobi bagi orang-orang yang ingin melakukan fotografi studio atau outdoor untuk kebutuhan apa pun, seperti fotografi kelulusan atau fotografi model. Mari Fotostudio Setia Budi masih memiliki beberapa kendala dalam sistem pelayanan kepada konsumen yang terkait dengan masih kurangnya pelayanan jasa karena banyaknya pelanggan yang datang sehingga menyebabkan pelayanan yang kurang maksimal kepada pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi pelayanan yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada untuk membangun sistem informasi pelayanan dengan metode antrian prioritas di Mari Photo Studio dan meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan foto untuk pelanggan. Dan juga menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan metode prototype dalam membuat rancangan aplikasinya.
