Besar suatu kecelakaan akan berdampak besar pada suatu perusahaan dan para karyawan yang bekerja pada proyek itu sendiri. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja perlu diterapkan metode HIRARC agar mendeteksi segala jenis bahaya dalam setiap langkah kerja sehingga potensi bahaya dapat di minimalisir. Kelebihan dilakukannya metode HIRARC agar dapat diketahui seberapa besar akibat yang dapat ditimbulkan dan dapat diketahui juga besar kecilnya kemungkinan risiko yang dapat terjadi. Sehingga peneliti akan melakukan penelitian Analisis Risiko K3 Dengan Metode HIRARC di Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Layanan Geriatri Rehab Medik Anak & Tumbuh Kembang RSUD Dokter Soesilo Slawi Kab.Tegal”.
Metode kualitatif. Pada metode HIRARC terbagi menjadi 3 bagian, yaitu identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko menggunakan Likelihood; consequence; risk matrix; dan pengendalian risiko.
Secara keseluruhan teridentifikasi total sebanyak 17 risiko yang masing masing terdapat 3 risiko (25%) dari pekerjaan tanah dari pekerjaan pondasi 4 risiko (33%) dari pekerjaan struktur 2 risiko (17%) dari pekerjaan atap 3 risiko (25%) dari pekerjaan instalasi 1 risiko (8%), dari pekerjaan lantai 2 risiko (17%), dari pekerjaan pengecatan 2 risiko (17%).Tingkat penilaian risiko didapat yang paling tinggi low risk berjumlah 6 risiko (34%) dan Medium risk berjumlah 4 risiko (24%) dan extrim risk berjumlah 4 risiko (24%) dan yang paling rendah hard risk berjumlah 3 risiko (18%).Pengendalian risiko yang paling tinggi Secara keseluruhan total sebanyak 17 pengendalian risiko untuk meminimalisir, yaitu yang terbanyak hirarki of control Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) berjumlah 9 (53%), Pengendalian Administrasi bejulmlah 5 (29%), rekayasa teknik berjumlah 3 (18%) dan untuk yang paling rendah dan hampIr tidak terjadi yaitu di subtitusi dan eliminasi.

Dimana transportasi laut memiliki peran yang sangat vital bagi
pembangunan bangsa sehingga kapal niaga menjadi sarana pilihan bagi
perusahaan pemerintah maupun perusahaan swasta dalam menjalankan roda
perekonomian. MV. Shanthi Indah sendiri adalah salah satu kapal curah yang
mengangkut batu bara yang dikelola oleh PT.KSE (Karya Sumber Energy), milik
warga negara indonesia sendiri yang beroperasi diwilayah indonesia maupun
internasional.
Sehingga peralatan bongkar muat diatas kapal MV.Shanthi Indah sangat
penting untuk diperhatikan maka penulis merusmuskan masalah yaitu pananganan
kerusakan machinery hatch cover hydraulic dan dampak kerusakan machinery
hatch cover hydraulic untuk menjadi acuan dalam penelitian ini agar menjadi
pembatas dalam membuat sebuah penelitian ini.
Machinery hatch cover hydraulic adalah salah satu alat yang perannya
sangat vital untuk kapal curah, terutama untuk kapal curah dengan jenis palka
berupa melipat. Mesin palka hydrolik berfungsi untuk mengangkat roda pada
palka dengan menggunakan cairan minyak hydrolik yang dimampatkan melalui
pipe hydraulic dan di teruskan ke jack hydraulic agar palka dapat terbuka.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan
mendeskripsikan secara terperinci saat pelaksanaan kegiatan bongkar/muat yang
tertunda karena terjadinya kerusakan machinery hatch cover hydraulic di kapal
MV. Shanthi Indah. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi
pustaka, dan dokumentasi saat dikapal. Tekhnik pengolahan data yang digunakan
adalah fishbone analysis dan fault tree analysis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya kerusakan
machinery hatch cover hydraulic di MV. Shanthi Indah adalah kotornya oil filter
pada mesin yang menyebabkan cepatnya high pressure sehingga pipa hydrolik
dapat pecah. Upaya penanganan kerusakan machinery hatch cover hydraulic
adalah melakukan pengecekan dan perawatan secara teratur dan berkala serta
memberikan pengarahan kepada crew tentang pengoperasian mesin palka hydrolik
saat membuka palka dengan benar dan melakukan pengecekan oil filter pada
machinery hatch cover hydraulic yang sudah kotor.

Where sea transportation has a very vital role for nation building so that
commercial vessels become the choice tool for government companies and private
companies to run the economy. MV. Shanthi Indah itself is one of the bulk carriers
that transport coal managed by PT. ESE (Karya Sumber Energy), which is owned
by Indonesian citizens who operate in the Indonesian and international regions.
So that the loading and unloading equipment above the MV. Shanthi Indah
vessel is very important to note, the author resolved the problem, namely the
handling of damage to hydraulic engine hatch cover and the impact of damage to
hydraulic cover hatch machinery to be a reference in this study to be a limitation
in making this research.
Machinery Hatch Cover Hydraulic is one of the tools whose role is very
vital for bulk carriers, especially for folding bulk carriers. Hydraulic hatch
machine serves to lift the wheel in the hold by using hydraulic oil fluid
compressed through a hydraulic pipe and forwarded to a hydraulic jack so that
the hold can be opened.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing in detail
when the loading or unloading activities are delayed due to damage to the
hydraulic engine hatch cover on the MV. Shanthi Indah. Collecting data through
interviews, observation, library research, and documentation when on board.
Data processing techniques used are fishbone analysis and fault tree analysis
The results showed that the cause of the damage to the hydraulic engine
hatch cover in the MV. Shanthi Indah is a dirty oil filter on the machine which
causes high pressure so that the hydraulic pipe can break. Efforts to deal with
damage to hydraulic hatch cover machinery are to check and maintain regularly
and periodically and provide guidance to the crew about the operation of the
hydraulic hatch machine when opening the hatch correctly and checking the oil
filter on the dirty hydraulic engine hatch cover

Sailing is a risky business so that in minimizing the risk of loss every shipping company will try as efficiently as possible in the operation of its fleet in order to get the expected profit. vessels in domestic and overseas voyages shall operate in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the competent entity thereby ensuring the safety of lives, property and vessels. Lots of disturbances during the process of sailing, especially the fire at sea. In preventing the occurrence of fire as one of the causes of accidents on the vessel, the vessel must be equipped with fire fighting systems and equipment that are capable of effectively overcoming fire problems. However, in the event of fire usually the electricity will be extinguished because it will be more dangerous so that the main pump can not be used. Emergency fire pumps are used to overcome the above situations that are installed separately from the engine room and the installation is connected to the main installation and should be able to provide sufficient water in two strong jets into each part of the vessel wherever located.
The emergency fire pump used on board the authors practice the marine using a type of centrifugal pump that can not suck itself so that in operation the vacuum pump is used at the time of fishing so that water can enter into the pump and then water in the pump for fire fighting. Emergency fire pumps driven by diesel motors must work well during fire fighting but when in operation there are unexpected disturbances that will interfere with the outage. these disorders can be prevented if care has been taken regularly and the pump is operated with the correct procedure so that the results can be used effectively and can be operated at any time. In performing emergency fire pump maintenance can be done according to working hours and schedules that have been written in the manual book.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dari produk yang dihasilkan, maka produk batik yang dihasilkan dapat dikombinasikan, dikembangkan, serta dieksplorasi secara terus-menerus secara tidak terbatas. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
