Get PDFThe main theme of this research is Capital Market and focus on finding an Efficient and Optimal Portfolio based on the Markowitz Modern Portfolio Theory. Markowitz Modern Portfolio Theory explains that risk could be minimized by diverse the asset as a portfolio. It also explains than an optimal portfolio is a portfolio that gives highest return in a point of risk, or also meaning a portfolio with highest Sharpe ratio.  To find an optimal portfolio, the author made a portfolio simulation. In that simulation, there were 25 portfolios that made from stocks which were established in Jakarta Composite Index. 14 stocks were chosen in the simulation, these stocks were a stock that listed in LQ-45 Index in the January 2nd 2007 up to January 2nd 2012 period. The author uses Solver Add-ins in the process of making the portfolio. From the portfolios that were made, the author compares the portfolios performance with the Jakarta Composite Index performance. The compartment includes risk, return, beta, Sharpe ratio, and Treynor ratio. The portfolio number 3 which had highest Sharpe ratio shows a better performance than the JCI, while had higher risk. The weight proportion of the Portfolio number 3 was 50.95% ASII, 33.42% BBCA, 9.06% PGAS, 3.98% BBRI and 2.59% PTBA. The result of the Sharpe ratio is 147.49%, the beta was 1.2 and the Treynor ratio is 60.31%. The Analysis of Credit Policy Development in Bank AAA (Case of Implementation New Policy Architecture)
Get PDFBank AAA as one of the largest and oldest private bank in Indonesia. Based on audit findings form Bank Indonesia, it stated that there are inconsistencies in credit policies between one credit policy to other credit policies. This leads to the NPL to be faced by the Bank, which in turn makes banks set large allowance as well. This of course will affect the capital requirements that must be owned by the Bank. Moreover, it causes different perceptions of credit policy that make the process in credit activities become not standard. This inconsistencies also leads to create different perception in doing credit activity process and credit policies. To resolve those two problems, author proposes and idea in credit policy development in a framework of credit policy development that contains of three big phase, pre-development, development and pre-development phase. Author is responsible in implementing the framework with three phases. The purpose of the framework is to have an integrated and structured credit policy. To minimize this, Bank Indonesia issued a new policy relating to capital adequacy is calculated based on the risk profile of each bank. Based on this, the bank that has large bad debt will automatically have the potential for credit risk and the greater the loss. In line with this, Bank AAA applies new policy architecture in bank-wide basis, where all existing policies have to be reconstructing especially in terms of content. With the implementation of the new policy is expected to help the parties who involve in lending activities and will ultimately reduce the amount of bad debt held by the Bank. The next step should be done by the Bank after having a policy is the attestation and monitoring of compliance in carrying out the things that are listed in the credit policy. Keywords: Risk Management, Credit Policy, Policy Architectur
DETERMINANTS ANALYSIS OF NON PERFORMING LOAN USING BANK SPECIFIC VARIABLES AND MACROECONOMIC FACTORS OF 19 COMMERCIAL BANKS IN INDONESIA
No full textAbstract. Bank’s main activity in generating income is by spreading credit. The credit given by the bank might become Non Performing Loan (NPL), which is a condition when the interest payment is delayed by the agreement. Thus, credit risk is one of the most important risk that are faced by the bank. This research intended to find the relationship of banks specific variables: Bank Size (LNSIZE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) and macroeconomic factors: Inflation Rate (INFL), Interest Rate (INTR) and Growth Domestic Product (LNGDP) toward Non Performing Loan (NPL) in 19 commercial banks in Indonesia which is included in BACB 3 and 4 in the period of 2012-2016. The data is processed using panel data regression with Random Effect Method. The result shows that CAR, LDR, NIM and LNGDP have positive significant relationship to NPL while LNSIZE and ROA have negative significant relationship to NPL. On the other hand, INFL and INTR have no significant relationship to NPL. According to the result, the author recommend commercial banks in Indonesia to be more careful in spreading the credit using the funds that have been generated by the bank to improve the credit quality and monitor the significant variable so the amount of NPL can be decreased. Keywords: Non Performing Loan, Bank Specific Variables, Macroeconomic Factors, Indonesia

From IDX shows that the stock price in the field of tourism hotels in Indonesia is still not good. In this journal mentioned what factors can be known by regression analysis. From this method found which factors that greatly affect the stock price of hospitality in Indonesia. This thesis elaborates the factor in the perspective Indonesia hotel industry stock market price. Using regression analysis consist which factor has affected the stock market price, the author tried to find the factor which has impact in stock market pricing. Pendelegasian Wewenang Pembentukan Undang-Undang oleh Undang-Undang
Get PDFThere is an unclear formulation in Article 10 paragraph (1) letter b of Act Number 12 of 2011 as amended by Act Number 15 of 2019, that the act can delegate the authority to form acts. This is contrary to Hans Kelsen's theory, namely legal norms accept delegation from norms that are considered valid or have a higher hierarchy, in other words the legal norms contained in the P3 Act cannot get validity. The purpose of this study is related to the main problem, namely conducting a study to find and analyze the delegation of authority to form Acts by Act. The type of research in this legal research is normative juridical research. Normative legal research or doctrinal legal research uses three problem approaches, namely the legal approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach with the Netherlands and France. Based on the above thinking, the author uses a normative legal research method. In the discussion the author finds that the Act cannot delegate the authority to form Acts, because it is contrary to the principle of lex superior derogat legi inferiori, in the legal politics of delegating the formation of legislation there is also nothing that explains that this can be enforced. These problems include the delegation of authority to form acts by act, causing many polemics, namely the occurrence of overlapping and disharmony of acts with one another, and the occurrence of over-regulation in the acts and regulations in Indonesia

The Criminal Procedure Code provides legal procedure for a "victim" of a criminal offense, to sue a civil liability against the defendant in conjunction with an ongoing criminal investigation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation and effectiveness of the merger of the lawsuit compensation in case of traffic accidents. The type of research that the authors use is descriptive research, descriptive research is a research that is a problem-solving procedure investigated by describing the state of the subject or object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear. The results of this study despite the presence of the merging process lawsuit for damages in case of traffic accidents it easier for those who have been harmed as a result of criminal acts committed by the defendant to regain their rights, but it should be realized despite the presence of Law - Law governing aims to simplify the steps and facilitate the judicial process for victims of criminal acts of traffic accidents, the author of the results of his research there are still obstacles in the merger of lawsuit lawsuit compensation in the implementation. Of barriers - barriers that have been described from the results of interviews conducted with District Court Judge Klaten can be understanding to then be able to fix it to create a remedy in accordance with what has been set in the Act - Act, as well as rare merger of lawsuits for damages this can be a middle ground in solving the problem of compensation arising from traffic accidents, be fair, and not harm between both parties
