PENINGKATAN PENALARAN MORAL ANAK MELALUI METODE HUMAN MODELING BAGI SISWA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimentasi lapangan. Eksperimentasi lapangan dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan tertentu terhadap kelompok subyek dengan harapan akan munculnya suatu fenomena atau gejala yang hendak dikaji (Azwar, 2003), dan peneliti mengontrol atau memanipulasi satu atau lebih variabel independen dan menguji pengaruh dari manipulasi yang ada pada variabel tergantung (Lodico, dkk., 2010). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh human modeling sebagai metode untuk meningkatkan penalaran moral dalam bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penggunaan metode human modeling dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penalaran moral anak. Kondisi dibuktikan dengan semakin membaiknya skor perolehan penalaran moral siswa pada pre-test dan pos-test.
Abstract: This research was conducted with field experimentation approach. Field experimentation was carried out by giving certain treatment to the subject group in the hope of a phenomenon or symptom to be studied (Azwar, 2003), and the researchers controlled or manipulated one or more independent variables and tested the effects of manipulations on dependent variables (Lodico, et al., 2010). This study aims to explain the influence of human modeling as a method to improve moral reasoning for madrasah ibtidaiyah students. The use of human modeling methods in learning has a positive effect on increasing children\u27s moral reasoning. Conditions are evidenced by the increasingly improved scores of students\u27 moral reasoning on pre-test and post-test
PEMBELAJARAN MULTIKULTURAL PADA TINGKAT SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract : Indonesia is a nation of multicultural nations; diverse in the religious (Islam, Christianity, Confucianism, Protestantism, Hinduism, and other faith schools), as well as in aspects of language, ethnicity, race, and other cultures. The important of Multiculturalism to invest in education, so that learners have the knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the diversity of people. Without the cultivation of multiculturalism, the learners will be isolated from the outside of her culture. Transformation of multicultural school level can be done through: (1) content integration), (2) knowledge construction process, (3) equity pedagogue, and, (4) empowering school structure and social structure.

Mengatasi Konversi Beragama pada Remaja: Pembelajaran dengan Memanfaatkan Konsep Zone of Proximal Development di Pesantren Al-Ihya Ulumaddin
Abstract: This paper reveals the existence of religious conversion among adolescent. This condition must be realized immediately because many people see this as a natural symtoms. In Fact, religious conversion among teenagers occur due to changes in “value systems†due to the structural pattern of development of science and technology, which is not filtered properly. Impact, many teenagers who can not manage themselves so that doubting the existence of religion as the truth. Therefore, the religious attitude of adolescents are affected by rationalization of the surroundung environment. Joints noble religion was fading. In this paper, the zone proximal development is the right direction for young people to have a religious spirit.

Strengthening Pesantren Through Education Desentralization
Pesantren is acknowledged to have participated in solving the problems of people in various aspects of life, such as education, da\u27wah, politics, economy, culture, religion, development, and other aspects. The great contribution of pesantren to the people of the nation and state does not then indicate that pesantren is an ideal and criticism-free institution. Many criticisms are addressed to pesantren. This paper is intended to reveal the practice of strengthening pesantren through education decentralization. Strengthening pesantren is aimed at improving the quality and functions of pesantren as one of the important centers of community development as a whole. With its distinct position, pesantren is expected to continually improve its condition and becomes an alternative of people-centered development as well as a value-oriented development center. The era of decentralization of education makes the existence of pesantren an ideal partner for government institutions to jointly improve the quality of existing education as a basis for the implementation of social transformation through the provision of qualified human resources and good moral. The process of social transformation in the current era of autonomy requires regions to be more sensitive to explore local potentials and community needs, so that existing capabilities in society can be optimized. Thus, pesantren should work harder to improve all its shortcomings and add new things to the needs of people of the present time. Therefore, the model of pesantren education based on conventional system today is not enough to assist in the provision of human resources that have integrative competence both in the mastery of religious knowledge, general knowledge, and technological skills

Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Melalui Desentralisasi Pendidikan
Abstract: Along with the passing of decentralization of education, it is the impact of government decentralization as a form of Law Number 22 of 1999. Decentralization of education is not just deconcentralization of the central government power delivered to the autonomous regions, but the decentralization of education regarding the very basic problem, namely education belongs to the people and for the people, the process of developing social capital and intellectual capacity of a nation. In this case, the development of education sector in each autonomous region to be conducted. This means that, given the will to organize, empower, reforming the learning process and develop a local curriculum in accordance with the needs and characteristics of the local area. Success or failure of autonomy or the decentralization of education in the era of regional autonomy is determined by three factors which strongly support, namely, the central government, local governments, and schools. Each of these factors has different roles.
Yet the differences are owned does not mean nothing related to each other, even the differences are a job distribution, which are mutually support and sustain a successful application in the concept of autonomy and decentralization of education. It may therefore be understood that decentralization provides an opportunity and vast opportunities for each educational unit to improve the quality of education.

Teacher\u27s Pedagogical Moves That Support Religion Children with Special Needs in Inclusion Classes
Religion is part of human rights. The books of ushul fiqh describe five basic principles in religion that must always be guarded, including maintaining religion. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system provides full guarantee for children with special needs to get quality education services. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher learning actions that support the religious development of students with special needs in the inclusive class.
The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study were the principal, teachers, and the person in charge of the inclusive class. Data collection was carried out in the inclusion class. In general, this data collection is carried out in two stages, namely simultaneous observation and interviews, as well as sudden observation and interviews. Simultaneous observation and interviews were carried out in order to collect data until it really met the completeness of the description and which was the focus of the research, while sudden observation and interviews were carried out in order to complete the missing data and in the framework of triangulation. Furthermore, recording and documentation were also carried out to complement the research data. Data analysis activities in this study were carried out inductively. Inductive data analysis was performed to find inferences / final conclusions on the data collected little by little from the research location. In analyzing the research data, the researcher used a data analysis framework adapted from the interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman (1992), which consists of four stages, namely: (1) data collection stage, (2) data reduction, (3) ) data presentation, and (4) data verification and drawing final conclusions.
The results showed that teacher learning actions that support the diversity of students with special needs at SD Al Iesyad 02 Cilacap are translated through the integration of religious development through thematic learning and Islamic Education subjects supported by an inclusive team incorporated in the Butterfly Learning Center. To support this program, the community academics creates situations that support the achievement of instructional learning objectives and the impact that accompanies them.
