Cuando la ausencia habla de la presencia: experiencias de aprendizaje en la virtualidad obligada

Escuela de Historia; Argentina.La siguiente producción se realiza en el marco del proyecto de investigación “Experiencias educativas y aprendizajes en contextos tecno-culturales” presentado y aprobado por la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica de la Facultad de Psicología UNC, periodo 2018-2021. Tiene por finalidad compartir un análisis teórico-práctico de la sistematización de experiencias de aprendizaje virtual y en tiempo de pandemia de estudiantes pertenecientes al Nivel Secundario de una escuela semi-privada de la ciudad de Córdoba. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, recuperando las voces de los estudiantes en torno a su experiencia de aprendizaje en un escenario virtual y en tiempos de pandemia. Para ello se realizaron 4 grupos focales con integrantes de primero a sexto año. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 28 estudiantes. Para organizar la información recabada se establecieron 4 categorías de análisis resultantes de las expresiones de las estudiantes tensionadas por las variables clásicas de la escuela: Espacio: “En estas condiciones aprender es complicado”; Tiempo: “el tiempo de espera”; Curriculum: “no te vienen las ganas”; Evaluación: “necesitás un por qué. Get PDFThrough writing we seek to reconstruct the meanings and senses constructed in the experience of sustaining the school during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following F. Guattari, we retake the figure of the cartographer as a way of reading the transformation of the usual landscape of the school in an unprecedented time; that of the emergency that placed us in a kind of deep interstice with respect to the instituted. A time in which we were forced to think of new ways of doing school, to dismantle immobile landscapes, to discuss certain already given worlds in order to make possible the appearance of other territories.
From this way of looking we seek to give a place to the affections, to the links and to get involved in the intensities of our time, to read the signs and meanings of the experience we have gone through in order to compose the cartography as a trace of the nonconformities that guided the evolution of 2020 in a traditional institution in the city of Córdoba.
The focus is particularly centered on the collective and singular way of meaning the task from the teachers' perspective; gathering some of the multiple ways of inhabiting the experience from the symbolic and assuming the fractures, the unforeseen, the conflicts, the contradictions and ruptures.
The path is an invitation not to lose sight of the persistence of the uncertainty and unfinishedness of the surrounding world, in the conviction that this recognition opens the possibility of recovering the power of the senses to face the challenges in the educational institutions of the present and continue making school.A través de la escritura buscamos reconstruir los significados y sentidos construidos en la experiencia de sostener la escuela durante lo vivido en la pandemia por COVID-19. Una especie de intersticio profundo respecto de lo instituido. Tiempo en el que fuimos obligados a pensar nuevas formas de hacer escuela, a desarmar los paisajes inmóviles, a discutir ciertos mundos ya dados para posibilitar la aparición de otros territorios.
Desde ese modo de mirar buscamos dar un lugar a los afectos, a los vínculos e involucrarnos en las intensidades de nuestra época, leer los signos y significados de la experiencia transitada para componer la cartografía a modo de huellas de las inconformidades que guiaron el devenir del 2020 en el nivel secundario de una institución tradicional de la ciudad de Córdoba.
El enfoque se centra particularmente en el modo colectivo y singular de representar la tarea desde la perspectiva de los docentes; recogiendo algunos de los múltiples modos de habitar la experiencia, asumiendo las fracturas, los imprevistos, los conflictos, las contradicciones y rupturas.
El recorrido es una invitación a no perder de vista la persistencia de lo incierto e inacabado del mundo circundante, en la convicción de que este reconocimiento abre la posibilidad de recuperar la potencia de los sentidos para afrontar los desafíos en las instituciones educativas del presente y seguir haciendo escuela.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
