EVALUASI HASIL PENEGASAN BATAS DESA MENGGUNAKAN METODE KARTOMETRIK DI SEGMEN BATAS WILAYAH KABUPATEN BANDUNG DENGAN KABUPATEN SUMEDANG PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
Get PDFIndonesia, sebagai negara kepulauan dengan 38 provinsi pada tahun 2024, memiliki batas wilayah administratif yang penting untuk pengelolaan sumber daya dan administrasi pemerintahan. Kejelasan batas wilayah sangat penting untuk mencegah potensi konflik administratif dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi eksisting pilar batas desa antara Kabupaten Bandung dan Kabupaten Sumedang, serta mengevaluasi pergeseran segmen yang berdampak pada perubahan luas wilayah berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 13 Tahun 2008 dan hasil pendetailan batas wilayah tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang mengintegrasikan metode kartometrik, pemetaan partisipatif, dan survei lapangan, didukung oleh Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data geospasial yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan SIG, sementara metode kartometrik diterapkan untuk mengukur dan memverifikasi akurasi batas wilayah berdasarkan data peta dan citra satelit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pilar batas dalam kondisi baik, meskipun beberapa di antaranya hilang atau rusak. Terdapat perbedaan panjang segmen batas wilayah pada 16 dari 30 desa yang berada di segmen batas Kabupaten Bandung dan Kabupaten Sumedang, menghasilkan area tumpang tindih seluas 159,44 hektar dengan pergeseran panjang segmen batas antara 42,13 hingga 800,00 meter. Pergeseran ini berdampak pada perubahan luas wilayah, di mana Kabupaten Bandung mengalami penambahan luas wilayah sebesar 85,94 hektar, sementara Kabupaten Sumedang mengalami pengurangan wilayah sebesar 86,58 hektar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi pemerintahan dan pengelolaan wilayah yang lebih optimal.
Indonesia, as an archipelago with 38 provinces by 2024, has administrative boundaries that are important for resource management and government administration. Boundary clarity is essential to prevent potential administrative and social conflicts. This research aims to analyze the existing condition of the village boundary pillars between Bandung Regency and Sumedang Regency, as well as evaluate segment shifts that have an impact on changes in area based on Permendagri Number 13 of 2008 and the results of the 2023 detailed boundaries. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach that integrates cartometric methods, participatory mapping, and field surveys, supported by Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The geospatial data obtained were systematically analyzed using GIS, while the cartometric method was applied to measure and verify the accuracy of the boundaries based on map data and satellite imagery. The results showed that most of the boundary pillars were in good condition, although some were missing or damaged. There is a difference in the length of boundary segments in 16 out of 30 villages located in the boundary segment of Bandung Regency and Sumedang Regency, resulting in an overlapping area of 159.44 hectares with a shift in boundary segment length between 42.13 and 800.00 meters. This shift had an impact on changes in area, where Bandung Regency experienced an increase in area of 85.94 hectares, while Sumedang Regency experienced a reduction in area of 86.58 hectares. This research is expected to be the basis for improving the effectiveness of government administration and more optimal regional management
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
