Get PDFSkripsi ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja/buruh yang menjadi korban pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak ditinjau dari Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak pekerja/buruh yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak dan mengetahui upaya hukum pekerja/buruh yang mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak bila tidak dipenuhi hak-haknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi adalah yuridis normatif yang menggunakan pendekatan secara konseptual. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum hak untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan setiap warga negaranya telah dijamin dalam Undang�Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Pasal 27 Ayat (2) yang menyatakan bahwa “Tiap-tiap warga negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan.”Untuk mewujudkan perlindungan terhadap warganya dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan diatur juga dalam Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang etenagakerjaan. Pada dunia ketengakerjaan terdiri dari para pihak yaitu pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh. Adanya hubungan antara pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh tersebut dituangkan dalam perjanjian kerja. Sehingga dari adanya perjanjian kerja tersebut menimbulkan hak dan kewajiban antara para pihak. Namun dalam permasalahan ketenagakerjaan sering menimbulkan masalah mengenai pemutusan hubungan kerja. Sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 1 Angka 25 yang menjelaskan pemutusan hubungan kerja adalah pengakhiran hubungan kerja karena suatu hal tertentu yang mengakibatkan berakhirnya hak dan kewajiban antara pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha. Bahwa pemutusan hubungan kerja yang terjadi terkadang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan. Ketidak sesuaian pemutusan hubungan kerja tersebut yang sering kali menimbulkan masalah terkait dengan tidak dipenuhinya hak-hak pekerja/buruh tersebut. Sehingga munculnya pemutusan hubungan kerja menyebabkan diawalinya masa susah bagi pekerja/buruh. Sehingga diperlukan tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap pekerja/buruh yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Adapun hak-hak yang diperoleh pekerja/buruh bila terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja yaitu mendapatkan uang pesangon, uang penghargaan masa kerja, uang penggantian hak, dan uang pisah. Upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan bila pekerja/buruh tersebut tidak mendapatkan hak-haknya yaitu dapat melalui pengadilan negeri ataupun diluar pengadilan. Upaya hukum yang dilakukan diluar pengadilan yaitu melalui bipartit, mediasi, dan konsiliasi. Namun upaya hukum diluar pengadilan melalui arbitrase tidak dapat dilakukan dalam penyelesaian pemutusan hubungan kerja. Namunbila upaya hukum diluar pengadilan masih tidak dapat menemukan penyelesaian maka dapat mengajukan gugatan kepada pengadilan negeri setempat. In the times of globalization, Indonesian people really need to develop Human Resources (HR). Thus, character education is needed early on to be able to produce quality human resources to properly support the implementation of development programs. Indonesia often experiences crimes, injustice, corruption, and violence against children, which indirectly shows that our nation is experiencing a character crisis in the society. Therefore, our community service was held in Surabaya's Kampung Anak Negeri (Kanri) because it was necessary to train and develop the character, talent, and interests of the young people from an early age. Our research method is observing and interviewing the people of Kanri so that the community service team could design programs that could beapplied to the children in Kanri. The results of the community service are aimed to optimally develop the potentials, talents, interests, personalities, cooperation, and independence of learners.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
