Self-Efficacy Mediated Spiritual Leadership on Citizenship Behavior Towards the Environment of Employees at Harapan Keluarga Hospital
No full text<p>This research aims to examine the influence of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment with Self-efficacy as a mediator. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a causal associative approach. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique, namely 136 respondents from a total population of 205 employees at Harapan Keluarga Mataram Hospital, Lombok. Data analysis uses the SEM-PLS technique using SMART PLS software. The results of this research indicate that Spiritual Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment. Self-efficacy can mediate the positive influence of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment. Therefore, management needs to adopt Spiritual Leadership in an effort to encourage their employees to behave more pro- environmentally on a discretionary basis because in aggregate it can benefit the natural environment and the organization's finances.</p><p>Keywords:- Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, Self-Efficacy.</p>
Implementation of local government information system as a mediator of financial reporting quality in regional organizations
No full textThe aim of this research is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of HR Competency, Government Internal Control System (SPIP), Organizational Environment on Financial Reporting Quality with the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) as mediation. The population in this research is the Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) in Regencies/Cities throughout Lombok Island. The sample for this research was taken using a purposive sampling method, using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 296 respondents from 148 OPDs in districts/cities throughout Lombok Island. This research uses a survey method. The research data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this research indicate that HR Competency, Government Internal Control System (SPIP) and Regional Government Information System (SIPD) influence the quality of regional financial reports and the Organizational Environment does not influence the quality of regional financial reports. The results of the mediation test show that the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) mediates the influence between HR Competency and the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) on the quality of regional financial reports. Meanwhile, the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) does not mediate the influence of the Organizational Environment on the quality of financial

This study aims to investigate the causes of constraints in the administration of fixed assets in Dompu District Government and the efforts that can be done by each party. The method used is multi holistic case design. This study shows that there are several constraint factors such as quantity and quality of human resources, internal coordination, asset abuse, and incentives. Various steps have been made by local governments, but are still constrained by internal factors. The researchers recommend that local governments must improve the quality of human resources, strengthen the leadership commitments, and make regulations related about fixed assets recording
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
