No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui padat tebar yang baik pada telur Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) terhadap lama waktu penetasan telur dan daya tetas telur di aquarium. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan 31 Oktober 2023 – 30 November 2023 bertempat di Instalasi Budidaya Ikan Lahan Gambut (IBILAGA) Desa Garung, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap ( RAL ) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan A (kepadatan telur ikan 1 gram/liter), perlakuan B (kepadatan telur ikan 1,5 gram/liter) dan perlakuan C (kepadatan telur 2 gram/liter).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penetasan telur Ikan Patin Siam dengan padat tebar telur Ikan Patin Siam yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap waktu penetasan dengan nilai signifikan (0,000) melalui analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) nilai F Hitung 76,319 > F Tabel 5% (2:6) 5,14. Padat tebar telur Ikan Patin Siam yang berbeda juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya tetas atau persentase penetasan telur Ikan Patin Siam dengan nilai signifikan (0,045) dengan nilai F Hitung 5,456 > F Tabel 5% (2:6) 5,14.Kepadatan telur Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon hypophtalmus) sebanyak 1 gram/liter hingga 1,5 gram/liter merupakan respon tercepat dalam waktu penetasan dengan kisaran waktu penetasan 25,16 jam – 25,27 jam dengan daya tetas (hatching rate) mencapai 80,66% - 80,92%
Pengaruh Padat Tebar Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Benih Ikan Sidat di Balai Benih Ikan Kota Gorontalo
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh padat tebar yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan sidat (Anguilla marmorata). Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hewan uji yang digunakan adalah benih ikan sidat (Anguilla marmorata) sebanyak 225 ekor. Panjang awal 4,8 cm dan berat awal 0,103 gram, dan volume air 5 liter/wadah. Pemeliharaan selama 28 hari dengan padat tebar berbeda, yaitu (A) 2 ekor/l, (B) 5 ekor/l dan (C) 8 ekor/l. Wadah yang digunakan 9 buah wadah box sintetis ukuran 40 x 30 x 22 cm, dilengkapi Aerasi dan potongan pipa paralon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan mutlak panjang dan berat tertinggi pada perlakuan B (5 ekor/l) sebesar 0,29 cm dan 0,063 g, disusul perlakuan C (8 ekor/l) sebesar 0,16 cm dan 0,040 g, dan terendah A (2 ekor/l) sebesar 0,12 cm dan 0,026 g. Kelangsungan hidup benih ikan Sidat perlakuan A sebesar 100%, perlakuan B: 82,6% dan C: 79,1%. Hasil analisis sidik ragam panjang dan berat benih ikan sidat menunjukan bahwa padat tebar yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata F hit > F tabel, dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) diperoleh pada setiap perlakuan berbeda sangat nyata.

No full textAbstractThis study aims to identify and describe the existence of PT Tebar Tandan TenerahSampoerna Agro Tbk in increasing the income of the people of Sidan Village, Menyuke District, Landak Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of interactive inquiry. The informants in this study consisted of 10 unskilled workers (laborers) based on work ring and gender, the head of the IV division of PT Tebar Tandan Tenerah-Sampoerna Agro Tbk and the Village Head of Sidan. The data collection technique was done by means of observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that PT Tebar Tandan Tenerah-Sampoerna Agro Tbk has carried out corporate social responsibility in the economic dimension in Sidan Village by assisting in economic development, building facilities and infrastructure, and having oil palm plantation business operations. The opening of job opportunities by PT Tebar Tandan Tenerah-Sampoerna Agro Tbk has an impact on increasing the income of the people of Sidan Village so that people can meet their daily needs such as food and education properly.Keyword: Community Income, Rough Workers (laborers), The existence of the compan

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Eps15 is constitutively oligomerized due to homophilic interaction of its coiled-coil region
No full textEps15 is a member of an emerging family of proteins containing a novel protein/protein interaction domain, the EH domain, of as yet unknown function. Recent findings of Eps15 association with clathrin adaptor complex AP-2 and its localization in clathrin-coated pits have implicated Eps15 in the regulation of vesicle trafficking. Here we show that Eps15 exists in several multimeric states in vivo. When purified recombinant Eps15 or lysates of NIH 3T3 cells were treated with cross-linking reagents, covalent dimers of Eps15 and larger covalent multimers were detected in high yield. Large Eps15 oligomers co-immunoprecipitated with AP-2 at an efficiency higher than that of Eps15 dimers. Furthermore, cross-linking of the membrane-bound fraction of Eps15 in mildly permeabilized cells was as efficient as that of the cytosolic fraction. Size-exclusion column chromatography of recombinantly produced Eps15 and of total cell lysates was performed to examine the equilibrium ratio of the monomers versus the aggregated forms of Eps15. These experiments showed that essentially all the Eps15 was aggregated, whereas monomers of Eps15 could be obtained only under strong denaturing conditions. To map the region of Eps15 responsible for dimerization, fusion proteins corresponding to the three structural domains of Eps15 were prepared. Cross-linking analysis revealed that the central portion of Eps15, which possesses a coiled-coil region (residues 321-520), serves as the interacting interface. The possibility that hetero-oligomeric complexes of Eps15 dimers and AP-2 function during the recruitment of proteins into coated pits is discussed

Logarithmic variance profiles and the corresponding f-1 spectra of temperature fluctuations in turbulent Rayleigh-Bénard convection
No full textWe report experimental results for the temperature variance 2(z) and the corresponding frequency spectra P(f) in turbulent Rayleigh-Bénard convection (RBC) in a cylindrical sample of aspect ratioT= D/L = 1:00 (D = 1:12 m is the diameter and L = 1:12 m the height). The measurements were conducted in the Rayleigh-number range 1011 < Ra < 1:35 1014 and Pr ' 0:8. For Ra = 1:35x1014, 2(z) could be described well by a logarithmic dependence on the vertical position z in a range of z 1 < z < z 2 with z 1 ' 70 and z 2 = 0:1L. Here L=(2Nu) is the thickness of a thin thermal sublayer adjacent to the horizontal plate where the heat flux (denoted by the Nusselt number Nu) is carried mostly by thermal diffusion. In the log layer, we found that the temperature spectra had a significant frequency range over which P(f) f with close to 1. As Ra decreased, increased so that the log layer became thinner. At Ra = 2:05 1011, z 2 < z 1 and therefore there was no range for a log layer. Correspondingly, the temperature spectrum near the horizontal plate did not have the f1 scaling form either
