No full textPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Perselisihan hubungan industrial yang mana merupakan fenomena yang selalu berikatan dengan dunia ketenagakerjaan dan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari. terdapat kasus kepada Sdr. Devi Maulana Kurniadi. Perusahan memutuskan bahwa Sdr. Devi Maulana Kurniadi memenuhi syarat untuk mengundurkan diri karena tidak hadir selama lima hari berturut-turut, bahkan lebih dan sudah dihubungi dengan cara yang layak. Namun yang bersangkutan percaya mengapa ia melakukan hal tersebut karena pihak perusahaan tidak konsisten karena dianggap memberikan pekerjaan yang tidak sejalan dengan kesepakatan dalam Perjanjian Kerja (PK) yang sudah disepakati sebelumnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui alasan terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap pelaku industri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. 2) Mengetahui mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bandung Barat. 3) Mengetahui Analisis Siyasah Dusturiyah terhadap mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dan pendekatan yuridis empiris, dimana peneliti berusaha menelaah sumber data hukum primer yang dipakai meliputi wawancara atau observasi dan sekunder yang mencakup peraturan perundang-undangan, teori hukum, pendapat ahli, serta rujukan dari buku, artikel jurnal, karya tulis ilmiah, penelitian terdahulu, dan berbagai sumber berita serta media yang terkait dengan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap pelaku industri karena ketidakhadiran pekerja secara lima hari berturut-turut tanpa keterangan yang sah, disisi pekerja alasan melakukan hal itu merupakan bentuk ekspresi penolakan terhadap perubahan substansi pekerjaan yang dinilai menyimpang dari kesepakatan awal kerja. 2) Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bandung Barat mengambil langkah tripartit untuk penyelesaian perselisihan yang terjadi di tengah pekerja/buruh dengan pengusaha. 3) Dari sudut pandang siyasah dusturiyah sudah mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip dasar hukum islam yang menggarisbawahi pentingnya etika keadilan, konsultasi, perdamaian, dan penghormatan terhadap perjanjian dalam menyelesaikan sengketa

No full textPurpose– This research aims to understand the mediating role of Customer Engagement in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and Food Quality on the level of consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions in the Medan City culinary industry.Methodology– This study combines quantitative data analysis and consumer surveys to identify the influence of digital marketing strategies and food quality on consumer behaviour, particularly regarding satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The sample used in this research was 250 culinary consumers in Medan City, and the data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square.Findings– The results of this research will provide valuable insight for culinary business owners and marketers in understanding the factors that influence consumer preferences in Medan City.Originality/Novelty– The findings from the research can help culinary business owners develop marketing strategies and improve food quality to meet customer expectations, thereby increasing customer attraction and satisfaction in buying culinary products.Implications–Contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex interactions between digital marketing strategies, food quality, and consumer behaviour in the Medan City culinary industry context
Pencatatan Akuntansi Pada Usaha Tani Padi (Oryza Sativa)
No full textThe research sample was 30 farmers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative analysis. The characteristics of the research respondents that have been known are that the average age of the respondents is 53.9 years, farming experience is 36.2 years, education level is 6.7 years or SD, the area of farming land is 1.1 hectares and most of the farm ownership is by rent. land. The results of this research show that 100% of respondents or all respondents have never gained knowledge of accounting. As for the implementation of farmers in recording accounting on the aspect of transaction evidence, 50% do not know and never keep proof of purchase of production facilities, 70% do not know and never keep proof of payment of labor. There are also very many farmers who do not know and have never done accounting records, namely 76.7% and all respondents (100%) do not know and have never made an income statement

Keputusan Pengguna Transportasi Online: Persepsi Promosi, Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kemudahan Layanan
No full textPurpose – To understand more deeply user decisions in the context of online transportation, this research aims to analyze the key factors that influence user decisions, including price, promotions, service quality and convenience.Method –Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling through an accidental technique, where the samples taken were coincidental but met the criteria, namely having a history of using online transportation applications, with a total sample of 200 people in the Medan City area. Data was collected through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling - Part Least Square (SEM-PLS).Findings – The analysis shows that the price, promotion and service quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use Gojek in Medan. However, the convenience variable only significantly influences consumers' decisions to use the service.Originality (Novelty) –This research focuses on user decisions in the context of online transportation and an in-depth study of critical factors, such as price, promotion, service quality and convenience. Uniqueness is also seen in combining key variables and understanding the influence of convenience in online transportation.Implications – To improve consumer decisions to use online transportation, companies must focus on pricing strategies, promotions, and improving service quality. Even though convenience is insignificant, companies can still consider improving this aspect. These findings provide a basis for companies to design more effective marketing strategies according to consumer preferences
