A Comprehensive Study of the Traffic Inspection System in Ancient Japan and Tang
No full text古代日本と中国唐代における交通検察体制の検討を行い、ヒト・モノ・情報の移動の様相と、これが社会に与えていた影響の一端を解明した。北宋天聖令の発見・出版をうけ、現在は散逸している唐の関市令を復原し、日本令・唐令・北宋令の比較検討を行った。さらに日唐における通行証の具体像を検討した。また、情報の伝播という観点から、漢籍の受容についても考察した。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。I have researched the traffic inspection system in ancient Japan and Chinese Tang, and made clear the aspect of the movement of human,thing and information. Since the publication of Tian Sheng Statues, I restored the Tang “Statutes on Barriers and Markets” and made advance in comparative study of the Japanese and the Tang and the Song legal codes. In addition, I researched the passports in ancient Japan and Tang, and considered the reception of Chinese authors from the viewpoint of the spread of information. When he finally read his first Philip K. A basic research for the restoration of The TANG HUI-YAO 『唐会要』
No full text王溥『唐会要』を復元するための基礎的な作業として、当初から以下の3点を中心に研究を進める予定であった。 (1)『唐会要』の通行本と諸抄本・四庫全書本との異同を全て明らかにする。 (2)『唐会要』を引用する各種文献のうち、最も多く所引記事を持つ『玉海』と、それに次ぐ『事物紀原』について、これらのテキスト調査を行ったうえで、所引記事を整理して利用しやすいように一覧化する。 (3)国内外の目録類に載せられた『唐会要』諸抄本の情報を収集し、抄本の伝存過程を追求し、現存する諸テキストの位置づけを明らかにするとともに、未知見のテキストの発掘に力を注ぐ。 このうち、(3)については現存する諸テキストの伝存過程と位置づけがほぼ確定したので、「唐会要の流伝に関する一考察」(『東洋史研究』57巻1号、1998)と題して発表した。そこでは、南宋高宗期抄本が諸抄本のもとであることや宋刻本が節略本と推定されることなどが明らかにされている。(1)(2)は成果の公表までは至れなかったが、(1)のテキスト間の異同問題については、作業を終了したところから順次発表する予定である。(2)も『玉海』所引記事の一覧表の公表準備は終わり、来年度中には順次発表する予定で、『事物紀原』もカード化作業は終わり、一覧化に移っている。研究成果報告書には、(3)の成果の中間報告として、「『事物紀原』所引『唐会要』記事のカード化について」を掲載し、カード取りの方法論と全カード91枚を公表している。My first plan of a basic research for the restoration of the Tang hui-yao 『唐会要』 was as follows :
(1) A research of all difference among many versions which is the popular version, the three manuscript copies, and the text included in the Ssu-ku chusn-shu 『唐会要』.
(2) A research of the quotations from the Tang hui-yao in the Yu-hai 『唐会要』 and the Shi-wu ji-yuan 『唐会要』, and making a list of these quotations.
(3) A research of the data of the manuscript copies, and a study on the circulation of the Tang hui-yao based on this research.
As a result of these research, on the results of (3) , I published "A STUDY ON CIRCULATION OF THE TANG HUI-YAO 『唐会要』" in THE TOYOSHI-KENKYU (The Journal of Oriental Researches), Voi.57 No.1. This paper clarified that the original texts on which eight old manuscuripts of the Tang hui-yao were based include the one made in the regin of the Enperor Gao-zong 『唐会要』 of the Southen Song, the version engreved by the year of 1046 was an excerpt version, and so on. The results of (1) and (2) have not yet been made public, but I intend to publish the results of (1) from the next year one by one, and a list of the quotations from the Tang hui-yao in the Yu-hai have already made and the publication of this list is due from the next year one by one, too. The cards on the quotations from the Tang hui-yao in the Shi-wu ji-yuan have already made, and I making a list of these quotations. A Comprehensive Study of the Forbidden Troops in Ancient Japan and Tang China
No full text本研究では、古代日本と中国唐王朝における禁軍である衛府を対象とし、主に法制比較の手法を取って、両者の比較検討を行った。その結果、軍事徴発・軍事力管理・軍事儀礼などの観点から、中央軍事力の特色の一端を解明した。さらに北宋天聖令研究の深化を踏まえて、現在は散逸している唐の宮衛令の復原を推進した。加えて、唐令の復原根拠となる各史料自体の再検証も行った。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。In this study, I compared the Forbidden Troops which was called Efu in Ancient Japan and Tang China by taking the technique of the legislation comparison mainly. As a result, from the viewpoint of military requisition, armaments management, military affairs courtesy, I elucidated one end of the characteristic of the central armaments. Furthermore, based on deepening of the research of Tensei Rei 天聖令, I promoted the reconstruction of Kyuei Rei 宮衛令 of Tang China. In addition, I re-inspected each historical materials which become the reconstruction basis of the Tang law. Basic Study on the Pre-modern Chinese Judical System, mainly in Tang Dynasty
No full text本研究課題は，滋賀秀三氏による唐律疏議現代語訳の試みを継承し，唐断獄律の現代語訳を作成するとともに，そこから得られた唐代裁判制度に関する知見を各研究分担者が専門とする時代の裁判制度と比較検討することを通じて，唐代裁判制度の再検討を試みるものである。4年間に及ぶ研究活動の結果、断獄律全34条の翻訳を完了し公表するとともに、断獄律16条の立法趣旨や断獄律20条に見える「比附」の性格など、唐代裁判制度をめぐるいくつかの重要な問題を明らかにすることができた。This research aims to translate "Tanglue-shuyi" or "Tang penal code and commentary" into Japanese, which was originally the work Professor Shuzo Shiga set about, and to study Tang judicial system through comparing it with judicial systems in other dynasties which research members are majoring in.
