    No full text
Electronic Chemicals are key materials for IC and LCD industries in Taiwan. In early stage, all the electronic chemical vendors (system houses) are global companies. They invested factories for chemical re-filling and quality control to become first movers of electronic chemical industry in Taiwan. Those global system houses did very good job on helping these IC and LCD leading companies in Taiwan become very competitively worldwide. n this study, it is a first step to describe the domestic electronic chemical market status and technology trends nowadays. Then, by utilizing two useful analytical tools: Porter''s 5 Forces Analysis and Value-net to understand the Copetition relationship and key success factors of those system houses in Taiwan. On the other hand, the Strategic Activity System can also help to figure out some practical strategic actions which can be very useful references for local system houses to make better business decisions.inally, there are some suggestions come out from this study. They can be helpful to those local system houses who are ambitious to compete with current global system houses in Taiwan.eywords:System house, Copetition, Value net, Porter''s 5 Forces Analysis, Strategic Activity System目錄 1目錄 3目錄 4一章 緒論 5一節、 研究背景: 5二節、 研究動機: 6三節、 研究目的: 7四節、 研究方法: 8五節、 研究架構: 10二章 文獻回顧 11一節、 Porter五力分析與Grove第六力分析架構 11二節、 產業生命週期理論 15三節、 競合策略與價值網 18三章 電子化學品產業結構分析 22一節、 產品技術面分析 22二節、 產業供給面分析 39三節、 產業需求面分析 42四節、 產業競爭面分析 43五節、 產品替代面分析 45六節、 電子化學品產業Porter五力分析與Grove第六力分析 46七節、 電子化學品產業生命週期分析 49四章 電子化學品供應商公司個案分析 51一節、 個案公司概況 51二節、 五家公司之規模、獲利能力與經營能力比較 57三節、 電子化學品產業關鍵成功因素探討 59五章 國內電子化學品產業之競合策略分析 66一節、 競合策略分析 66二節、 策略活動系統建議 73六章 結論與建議 79一節、 結論 79二節、 建議 82考文獻 84目錄1-1研究架構 102-1 五力分析模型 112-2 產業生命週期 152-3 價值網 193-1 PDP立體結構圖 313-2 PDP元件製程表示圖與所需製程化學品 323-3薄膜電晶體斷面圖 333-4 薄膜電晶體元件製程表示圖與所需製程化學品 333-5 有機電激發光元件斷面圖 363-6 有機電激發光元件製程表示圖與所需製程化學品 363-7半導體元件製程表示圖與所需製程化學品 355-1 價值網 675-2策略活動系統圖 78目錄2-1 產業生命週期對產業特徵之預測 172-2 互補者與競爭者的定義 193-1 晶圓污染源及影響 233-2 金屬與相對蝕刻溶液 273-3 黃光區微影製程使用之化學品 283-4 電子化學品用途分類整理 293-5 半導體製程所需製程化學品 363-6 電子化學品客戶產業分類表 363-7 電子化學品的品質發展趨勢整理表 393-8 電子化學品原料分類表 423-9 我國電子級濕式化學品市場規模成長 433-10 我國主要電子化學品供應商System Houses)與原料製造商(Makers) 443-11 電子化學品的技術發展趨勢整理表 464-1 台灣巴斯夫電子材料歷年重要記事 524-2 聯仕電子化學材料歷年重要記事 534-3 鑫林科技歷年重要記事 564-4 個案公司關鍵成功因素總整理 6

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Variations on the Author

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    koamabayili/VECTRON-author-checklist: VECTRON author checklist

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Author Under Sail The Imagination of Jack London, 1893-1902

    No full text
In Author Under Sail, Jay Williams offers the first complete literary biography of Jack London as a professional writer engaged in the labor of writing. It examines the authorial imagination in London's work, the use of imagination in both his fiction and nonfiction, and the ways he defined imagination in the creative process in his business dealings with his publishers, editors, and agents. In this first volume of a two-volume biography, Williams traverses the years 1893 to 1902, from London's "Story of a Typhoon" to The People of the Abyss. The Jack London who emerges in the pages of Author Under Sail is a writer whose partnership with publishers, most notably his productive alliance with George Brett of Macmillan, was one of the most formative in American literary history. London pioneered many author models during the heyday of realism and naturalism, blurring the boundaries of these popular genres by focusing on absorption and theatricality and the representation of the seen and unseen. London created an impassioned, sincere, and extremely personal realism unlike that of other American writers of the time. Author Under Sail is a literary tour de force that reveals the full range of London as writer, creative citizen, and entrepreneur at the same time it sheds light on the maverick side of machine-age literature.Intro -- Title Page -- Copyright Page -- Dedication -- Contents -- Acknowledgments -- Introduction -- 1.
