Il tedesco tra lingua difficile e "lingua facile". Prospettive sulla Leichte Sprache
No full textIl tedesco standard viene tradizionalmente considerato una lingua difficile, soprattutto per le sue caratteristiche morfosintattiche. Esiste tuttavia una varietà semplificata del tedesco, detta Leichte Sprache, ben codificata e collocata in un preciso quadro legislativo, che consente l'accessibilità a tutte le diverse forme di comunicazione verbale, sia ad utenti con deficit cognitivi e difficoltà di apprendimento sia a soggetti con uno scarso livello di alfabetizzazione.
Il volume raccoglie dieci contributi che affrontano questioni relative alla Leichte Sprache secondo diverse prospettive teorico-applicative, anche in chiave contrastiva con l'italiano. I diversi contributi intendono indagare la comprensibilità delle strutture “difficili” del tedesco e nel contempo proporre strategie di semplificazione scientificamente ben fondate. Lo studio nel suo complesso rivendica una finalità di sostenibilità sociale, per combattere discriminazione e marginalizzazione dovute a competenze linguistiche deficitarie

No full textopenLa sottolineatura che questa tesi vorrebbe dare all’opera metastasiana, fitta solitamente e meritatamente di commenti sulla poetica, è fondata piuttosto su un confronto intertestuale, che metta in luce l’originalità del Ciro riconosciuto.
Il focus su questo dramma in particolare avviene dapprima con l’analisi del mito di Merope dal Cinquecento a Metastasio, a partire dai titoli delle varie opere, dalle modalità del riconoscimento e dai nomi dei personaggi. Da questo confronto infatti si nota come dai precedenti a Metastasio emergano due indirizzi, che ho chiamato filone ‘meropeo’ e ‘ciriano’, sapientemente fusi o confluiti nel Ciro riconosciuto. Si cerca di spiegare come l’attenzione ai personaggi della madre e del figlio in un modo così particolare sia anche probabilmente legata alla vicenda personale dell’imperatrice Elisabetta, dedicataria del dramma.
Da un’intertestualità esterna all’autore si analizza poi l’apporto del Ciro all’interno della carriera poetica metastasiana, determinando come sia nuovamente personaggio estremamente maturo, originale e chiave, quasi svolta sintetica di una prima stagione.
Si è cercato di mantenere un’attenzione ai testi, spesso poco protagonisti della critica metastasiana, con la speranza che non se ne perda la ricchezza e si ampli sempre più l’interesse per le singole opere. Infine soprattutto riguardo il confronto con Giulio Cesare Sorrentino mi sembra aperto uno spiraglio di ricerca.The emphasis that this thesis would like to give to the Metastasian work, usually and deservedly full of comments on poetics, is rather based on an intertextual comparison, which highlights the originality of the Ciro riconosciuto. The focus on this drama in particular occurs first with the analysis of the myth of Merope from the sixteenth century to Metastasio, starting with the titles of the various works, the methods of recognition and the names of the characters. In fact, from this comparison it is noted that from the precedents to Metastasio two directions emerge, which I have called the 'Meropeus' and 'Cirian' vein, wisely merged or merged into Ciro riconosciuto. I tried to explain how the attention to the characters of the mother and child in such a particular way is also probably linked to the personal story of the Empress Elizabeth, dedicatee of the drama.
From an intertextuality external to the author, the contribution of Cyrus to the Metastasian poetic career is then analyzed, determining how he is once again an extremely mature, original and key character, almost a synthetic turning point of a first season.
I tried to keep an attention to the texts, often not very protagonists of the Metastasian criticism, with the hope that their richness will not be lost and the interest in the individual works will grow more and more. Finally, especially with regard to the comparison with Giulio Cesare Sorrentino, a window of research seems open to me

No full textIl sentiero seguito in queste riflessioni muove inizialmente dagli approfondimenti delle opere di Salvatore Pugliatti, prima tra tutte Grammatica e diritto (1978), speculare anche al titolo della trattazione, per direzionarsi verso studi filosofico-giuridici, indagando il rapporto tra diritto, linguaggio e interpretazione giuridica. Si pone la questione sul rapporto tra‘grammatica e diritto, se «grammatica e giurisprudenza siano scienze nomografiche», sempre mostrando e ponendo a confronto le figure di «filosofo e teorico del diritto». Così si avvia un lavoro che parte dallo studio di un sapere giuridico, come quello tedesco di Savigny, mostrando da lì in poi – proprio a partire da Pugliatti – quella «salvante inquietudine culturale» che ha rappresentato un faro sulla scienza giuridica, messa in discussione dall’autore nel fulcro centrale delle domande esistenziali sulla giustizia, nucleo in cui si deve ammettere che il sapere giuridico, come costruzione giuridica, non può prescindere dalla questione del diritto come ‘coscienza’ della giuridicità di un popolo davanti al fenomeno giuridico che «è un fatto storico-sociale giuridicamente qualificato: il nucleo (elemento sostanziale) sta nel fatto, l’elemento qualificativo (elemento formale) promana dalla norma» e questa, proprio in virtù dell’esistenza di un popolo di persone inserite in un contesto culturale e linguistico, «non è tutto il fenomeno giuridico»

model of gastroschisis using fetoendoscopy is
altogether welcome. The distinctions they make are
good ones semantically.
They are correct when they say that amniotic fluid
(AF)exchange is different from amnioinfusion. Both
methods are used to lower the intraamniotic meconium
concentration. AF exchange can be used in all cases
(with or without oligohydramnios), and we think that it
will probably prove to be superior to amnioinfusion
alone, which is already used in clinical cases with severe
oligohydramnios [1, 4, 5].
In our study, we implanted a subcutaneous port so
as to minimize repetitive utero puncture and then be
able to perform the AF exchange several times, far more
often than actually acceptable in clinical practice.
However, tolerance was not as good as we had hoped
[2], even in ewes. The induction of fetal diuresis by furosemide
as proposed by Hakgu ̈ der et al. seems to be a
promising alternative therapy [3]

El autor conocia a fondo los problemas de los indios ya que nacit en la sierra peruana. Alegria solo escribit cuatro libros: La Serpiente de Oro, Los Perros Hambrientos, El Mundo es Ancho y Ajeno y Duelo de Caballeros. Estos cuatro libros son suficientes para ponerlo en lo mas alto de los escritores de hispano-america. [Ciro Alegria deals with the problems of the Indians in South America and for this reason his novels are classified as Indianist. The author knew in depth the problems of the Indians since he was born in the Peruvian mountains. Alegria only wrote four books: The Golden Serpent, The Hungry Dogs, The World is Wide and Foreign and Duel of Knights. These four books are enough to put him at the top of Latin American writers.

La metonimia nella Leichte Sprache: codificazione, prassi e prospettive
No full textGuidelines for writing texts in Leichte Sprache generally suggest to avoid figurative expressions since they could hinder the conceptualization of the content of the texts. These guidelines generally limit themselves to provide few examples of metaphorical expressions without further exploring the notion of figurative language or the putative negative consequences of its use. Moreover, they do not mention other types of figurative expressions. Thus, the present contribution aims at further exploring the role of conceptual metonymy in Leichte Sprache. Firstly, it will be argued that metonymies are the result of a fundamental cognitive function and as such cannot be excluded from Leichte Sprache. The focus will then be turned to metonymies that are more likely to be found in texts of this variety as well as on those which should be avoided
Transumbilical open laparoscopy: a simple method of avoiding complications in pediatric surgery
No full textThe author reports his experience with a new procedure, transumbilical open laparoscopy (TUOL), to obtain the pneumoperitoneum in children operated upon laparoscopically. TUOL was designed to avoid complications related to closed introduction of the first trocar, and consists in the visually-guided introduction of the first trocar transumbilically without any need for a pursestring suture, with an operative time of about 1 min. The author recommends TUOL as it is easier, less expensive, and less time-consuming compared to other techniques

No full textThe Virunga Volcanic Province (VVP) lies close to the northern end of the western branch of the East African Rift
System (EARS). Volcanism started about 11 Ma ago and continuing to the present. The two active volcanoes of VVP,
Nyamuragira and Nyiragongo are located along the seismically active sector of the western rift. Nyamuragira (3058 a.s.l.)
is a large volcanic shield characterized by alkaline rocks ranging from basanite to tephrite and rare transitional basalt.
Nyiragongo is a stratovolcano (3469 a.s.l.) characterized by rock types such as melilitite, melilite nephelinite, pyroxene
nephelinite, leucite nephelinite, leucitite and leucite tephrite. Samples include parasitic cones and lava fields of the
volcanic complexes from 1938 products until now, and products of 2002 eruption sampled from the proximal vent area
to the distal outcrops. Nyamuragira basanites and tephrites are porphyritic with phenocrysts of olivine and clinopyroxene.
Basanites have MgO (12.05-13.60 wt.%), Cr (790-926 ppm) and Ni (245-309 ppm) contents within the ranges expected
for mantle-derived liquids. The transitional basalts have higher MgO (> 15 wt.%), Cr (> 969 ppm) and Ni (> 750 ppm)
than basanites. Such enrichment in these elements is due to excess of olivine phenocrysts. Nyamuragira basanites have
Zr/Nb (3.9-4.0), Ba/Nb (11-12) and La/Nb (0.86-0.9) ratios typical of mantle or OIB values. The primitive mantlenormalized
incompatible element patterns of Nyamuragira show peaks at Ba and Nb and smoothly decreasing normalizedabundances
from Nb to Lu. The high Lan/Ybn ratio (18) indicates that the Nyamuragira basanites are low degree partial
melts of a slightly incompatible element-enriched mantle source in the garnet stability field. The least differentiated mafic
rocks of Nyiragongo are melilite nephelinites and olivine melilitites. Melilite has akermanite composition, olivine ranges
from forsterite-fayalite to kirschsteinite and clinopyroxene is diopside. All samples are feldspar-free. The composition of
the glass is often rich in Ba content (up to 5 wt.% BaO). These rocks have higher CaO (~16.3 wt.%) and lower SiO2 (~
40 wt.%), MgO (8.7-9.1 wt.%) and compatible elements concentrations (Cr = 380-395 ppm; Ni = 155-169 ppm) than
Nyamuragira basanites. Their incompatible element patterns are also more enriched than those of Nyamuragira basanites
with high LREE/HREE (Lan/Ybn = 42). The low Zr/Nb (2.1) of the olivine melilitites indicate that the Nyiragongo olivine
melilitites are melt products of an incompatible element-enriched source. In addition, their low heavy REE contents
suggest that they were generated within the garnet-peridotite stability field within the lithospheric mantle. The
compositional variation within the Nyiragongo volcanic rocks was largely controlled by low pressure fractional
crystallization of the observed phases
