    Alberto T. Arai was an architect and philosopher practically unknown to scholars of Mexican philosophy. His work has been retrieved thanks to the architects’ research. Nonetheless, Arai deserves a critical view by philosophers. In the present article this examination is made, especially from the book Voluntad cinematográfica published in 1937.Alberto T. Arai fue un filósofo y arquitecto prácticamente desconocido por los estudiosos de la filosofía hecha en México. Su obra se ha rescatado gracias a la investigación hecha por los arquitectos. Sin embargo, Arai merece una mirada crítica por parte de los filósofos. En el artículo se hace este examen, en especial, del libro Voluntad cinematográfica publicado en 1937

Nine specimens: MNRJ 26918 (4, 224.0–260.0 mm), T, E- 515; MNRJ 26919 (1, 245.0 mm), T, E- 508; MNRJ 26988 (1, 300.0 mm), T, E- 518; MNRJ 30477 (3, 345.0–389.0 mm), T, E- 502. Distribution. First record of Malacocephalus okamurai in the WSA. Collected from off Bahia, at depths from 379 to 627 m. It was described from off the mouth of the Amazon River, Brazil (2 °04’ N, 47 °00’ W); it is a rare species which is only known from the type locality (Iwamoto & Arai 1987).Published as part of Melo, Marcelo R.     Let HH be a self-adjoint operator on a Hilbert space H,T\mathcal{H}, T be a symmetric operator on H\mathcal{H} and K(t)K(t) (tR)(t∈\mathbb{R}) be a bounded self-adjoint operator on H\mathcal{H}. We say that (T,H,K)(T,H,K) obeys the generalized weak Weyl relation (GWWR) if eitHD(T)D(T)e^{-itH} D(T)⊂D(T) for all tRt∈\mathbb{R} and TeitHψ=eitH(T+K(t))ψ,ψD(T)Te^{-itH}ψ=e^{-itH}(T+K(t))ψ,∀ψ∈D(T) ( D(T)D(T) denotes the domain of TT). In the context of quantum mechanics where HH is the Hamiltonian of a quantum system, we call TT a generalized time opeartor of HH. We first investigate, in an abstract framework, mathematical structures and properties of triples (T,H,K)(T,H,K) obeying the GWWR. These include the absolute continuity of the spectrum of HH restricted to a closed subspace of H\mathcal{H}, an uncertainty relation between HH and TT (a "time-energy uncertainty relation"), the decay property of transition probabilities 2||^2 as t|t|→∞ for all vectors ψψ and φφ in a subspace of H\mathcal{H}, where , denotes the inner product of H\mathcal{H}. We describe methods to construct various examples of triples (T,H,K)(T,H,K) obeying the GWWR.
