SISTEM PENDINGINAN ALTERNATOR PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA UAP (PLTU) ASAM-ASAM
AC generator which is also called the alternator is a rotating electrical machine which can transform mechanical energy into electrical energy through the magnetic field based on electromagnetic principles. The mechanical energy is obtained to play comes from the AC generator or turbine prime movers.Power Plant Asam-asam is the powerhouse that has an installed capacity of 260 MW (4 x 65 Mw) which is expected to meet the requirement of power supply in the region of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. In keeping operations on one or all of the electricity power generation equipment can run smoothly and well, it must be held maintenance and monitoring good and accurate.Alternator or generator AC at power plants work continuously or 24-hour turnaround every day that cause heat to the alternator or generator AC. To keep the alternator is not experiencing excessive heat, it is necessary water cooling system, so that the alternator can last a long time and no disruption in the operation
PEMBERSIH UDARA BUANG PADA BOILER (KETEL) UAP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR (ESP) PADA PLTU ASAM-ASAM
Asam-asam Steam Power (power plant) is the powerhouse that has an installed capacity of 260Mw (4x65Mw) which is expected to meet the requirement of power supply in the region of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. In keeping operations of the entire electricity power generation equipment can run smoothly and well, it must be held maintenance (Maintenance) and monitoring good and accurate. Steam Power (power plant) which works continuously for 24 hours each day using coal fuel. Power Plant works / operates based on certain hot steam generated by the boiler which is working with a combustion boiler water in the boiler using coal powder fuels, which would certainly lead to the air in the boiler being dirty form of coal dust. So that exhaust air from the boiler flue into space is not dirty, then we need a sucker (Wash) coal dust by using Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)

SISTEM PENGAMAN TEGANGAN LEBIH PADA JARINGAN TEGANGAN MENENGAH 20kV-ARUS BOLAK-BALIK (AC) TERHADAP PETIR
Electric power system can be broadly divided into three sub-systems, namely generation system, Transmission system and distribution system. The distribution system can also be called the medium voltage network or called the primary distribution system using 20kV. Distribution system, the network is widely spread in densely populated areas, buildings, and others, so many have disturbances, both from outside the system (external system) and from within the system it self (internal system). In order for electrical energy to be channeled to the consumer running smoothly and well and trustworthy, then the Disorders should be reduced even to be eliminated. Therefore a medium-voltage 20kV network must be secured from all interference. Disturbance in the most dangerous 20kV intermediate voltage network is over voltage disturbance caused by lightning strikes, either direct or indirect strokes, and therefore must be secured by a device called Ground Wire and Arrester.

SISTEM PROTEKSI TEGANGAN SENTUH PADA INSTALASI LISTRIK BERBASIS EARTH LEAGAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER (ELCB)
An electrical installation is a series of electrical installation equipment that connects an conductor with the electrical equipment used (consumers). The protection factor (safety) is a consideration that must be considered in designing an electrical installation so that it can be used optimally, effectively, efficiently, safely, properly and correctly while ensuring fire safety, of course in accordance with the General Requirements for Electrical Installation (PUIL) 2011. Touch voltage, which means that if a live wire is touched or held on a cable that is stripped of its insulation, then we will be electrocuted. Therefore, in the installation of electrical installations, there must be additional safety besides the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). The additional safeguards are the neutral point (ground) ground and the Earth Leakege Circuit Breaker (ELCB). Electrical installations that use Earth Leakege Circuit Breaker (ELCB) safety must install a neutral point (Ground) ground as a condition for the Earth Leakege Circuit Breaker (ELCB) to work properly and correctly, meaning that if there is a touch voltage we will not be electrocuted, because the MCB and The ELCB will be disconnected (Trip) simultaneously
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
PENGARUH OPERASIONAL PLTD PADA BANDAR UDARA SYAMSUDIN NOOR BANJARBARU AKIBAT PEMUTUSAN TENAGA LISTRIK OLEH PT. PLN DITINJAU DARI SEGI EKONOMI
With the growing age and increasingly sophisticated technology, it will automatically bring changes in human life. Which will also be more and more demands and needs that must be met by humans to balance these developments. One of them is human needs for electrical energy. To meet the increasing electricity needs and to prevent total power outages from occurring, Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport uses PLTD (Diesel Power Plant) as a power supply for the operation of Syamsudin Noor Airport.
Payment of electricity bills at the Syamsudin Noor airport will increase by operating the PLTD at the time of termination of electricity by PT. (PLN). Every month the electricity account must be paid by Syamsudin Noor Airport, but if there is a power cut, the PLTD will operate, so that it will cause additional costs every month at Syamsudin Noor Airport. Additional fees at Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport in addition to paying electricity bills every month, plus the total operational cost of PLTD (diesel engine) of Rp.15,215,370
Keywords: PLTD (diesel engine), AC generator, total operational cost of PLTD (diesel engine)
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
