PENGARUH PERSEPSI NILAI DAN PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP MINAT MENABUNG SERTA DAMPAKNNYA KEPADA KEPUTUSAN MENABUNG PADA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI BANDA ACEH
Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of the value perception, and knowledge of the community on the interest of saving as well as its impact on saving decisions in the Islamic banks in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in the city of Banda Aceh. The object of research is the saving society in Islamic banks in Banda Aceh 155 respondents. This study used the SEM analysis model using AMOS sofware.Direct influence between independent variables that exist in this research that perception value (X1) of the dependent variable, namely Decision saving (Z), is smaller than its influence through an intervening variable interest when saving (Y). The direct effect between X and Z is 0.060. While its indirect effect through the larger Y is 0.1008. Direct influence between independent variables Knowledge (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Decision saving (Z), is smaller than its influence through an intervening variable interest when saving (Y). The direct effect between X and Z is 0.220. While its indirect effect through the larger Y is 0.4536. Due to the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect that memalui mediating variable is the variable interest savings, then the variable interest savings also called partial intervening variables. It is said partial intervening, because this variable minimize the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords: Perception of value, Knowledge, saving interest and Saving decisionAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi nilai, dan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap minat menabung serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan menabung pada perbankan syariah di Banda Aceh.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Building the Halal Dining Experience: Physical Evidence, Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention in Banda Aceh
This study investigates how physical evidence in Middle Eastern–themed restaurants influences revisit intention in Banda Aceh and whether Muslim customer satisfaction mediates that relationship. Motivated by the growth of halal dining and the centrality of servicescape to Muslim diners’ experiences, the research addresses limited empirical evidence in this specific cultural setting. A cross-sectional survey was administered to 300 Muslim customers who had visited at least one target restaurant; responses were captured on a five-point Likert scale using reflective indicators for physical evidence, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention. Data were analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 3.0) and bootstrapping. Measurement results showed strong reliability and convergent–discriminant validity across constructs. Structurally, physical evidence had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, while customer satisfaction also significantly increased revisit intention. The model explained a substantial share of variance in customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and mediation testing indicated that customer satisfaction partially carried the effect of physical evidence on revisit intention. These findings highlight that an Islamic-aligned servicescape—covering architecture and interior, Islamic visual cues, cleanliness, absence of non-sharia activities, prayer facilities, and transparent transactions—directly encourages return visits and, through enhanced satisfaction, further strengthens customers’ intentions to revisit. The study contributes context-specific evidence for halal hospitality management and suggests that operators should jointly invest in servicescape design and experience orchestration to build repeat patronage
HOW CAN SHARIA COOPERATIVES ALLEVIATE POVERTY IN ACEH?
Sharia cooperatives have emerged as an alternative solution in poverty alleviation efforts, especially in Aceh Province, which has officially implemented a Sharia-based financial system. This study aims to explore the role of Sharia cooperatives in empowering impoverished communities through a qualitative descriptive approach informed by a literature review. Based on a review of more than 25 national and international academic sources, this study highlights how sharia cooperatives provide inclusive financial access, create employment opportunities, and promote economic independence, particularly for vulnerable groups, including women and Micro And Small Enterprises (MSMEs). The findings demonstrate that sharia cooperatives not only enhance economic welfare but also foster social solidarity, expand access to decent housing, and integrate Islamic values into community life. In addition, sharia cooperatives also support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the aspects of poverty alleviation (SDG 1) and women's empowerment (SDG 5). Despite facing structural challenges such as low managerial capacity and regulatory support, sharia cooperatives still have great potential as a value-based economic instrument in realizing a just and prosperous society. This study recommends integrating sharia cooperatives into the national digital-based economic ecosystem to strengthen their contribution to inclusive and equitable development
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
